D'varim Chapter 11
26 "See, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse:
27 the blessing, if you shall hearken unto the Mitzvot of יהוה your Elohim which I command you this day;
28 and the curse, if you shall not hearken unto the Mitzvot of יהוה your Elohim, but turn aside out of HaDerekh which I command you this day, to go after other gods which you have not known."
29 "And it shall come to pass, when יהוה your Elohim shall bring you into the land where you go to possess it, that you shall set the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount Eval.
30 Are they not beyond the Yarden, behind the way of the going down of the sun, in the land of the Kena'ani that dwell in the Aravah, over against Gilgal, beside the terebinths of Moreh?
31 For you are to pass over the Yarden to go in to possess the land which יהוה your Elohim gives you, and you shall possess it, and dwell therein.
32 And you shall observe to do all the Khukot and the Mishpatim which I set before you this day."

D'varim Chapter 12
1 "These are the Khukot and the Mishpatim, which you shall observe to do in the land which יהוה , the Elohim of your fathers, has given you to possess it, all the days that you live upon the earth.
2 You shall surely destroy all the places, wherein the nations that you are to dispossess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every evergreen tree.
3 And you shall break down their altars, and dash in pieces their pillars, and burn their Asherim with fire; and you shall hew down the graven images of their gods; and you shall destroy their name out of that place.
4 You shall not do so unto יהוה your Elohim.
5 But unto the place which יהוה your Elohim shall choose out of all your tribes to put His Name there, even unto His habitation shall you seek, and there you shall come;
6 and there you shall bring your Olot, and your Z'vakhim, and your tenth-parts, and the offering of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill-offerings, and the firstlings of your herd and of your flock;
7 and there you shall eat before יהוה your Elohim, and you shall rejoice in all that you put your hand unto, you and your households, wherein יהוה your Elohim has blessed you.
8 You shall not do after all that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes;
9 for you are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which יהוה your Elohim gives you.
10 But when you go over the Yarden, and dwell in the land which יהוה your Elohim causes you to inherit, and He gives you rest from all your enemies round about, so that you dwell in safety;
11 then it shall come to pass that the place which יהוה your Elohim shall choose to cause His Name to dwell there, there shall you bring all that I command you: your Olot, and your Z'vakhim, your tenth-parts, and the offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow unto יהוה .
12 And you shall rejoice before יהוה your Elohim, you, and your sons, and your daughters, and your men-servants, and your maid-servants, and HaLevi that is within your gates, forasmuch as he has no portion nor inheritance with you.
13 Take heed to yourself that you offer not your burnt-offerings in every place that you see;
14 but in the place which יהוה shall choose in one of your tribes, there you shall offer your Olot, and there you shall do all that I command you.
15 Notwithstanding you may kill and eat meat within all your gates, after all the desire of your soul, according to the blessing of יהוה your Elohim which He has given you; the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the gazelle, and as of the hart.
16 Only you shall not eat the blood; you shall pour it out upon the earth as water.
17 You may not eat within your gates the tenth-part of your grain, or of your choice wine, or of your oil, or the firstlings of your herd or of your flock, nor any of your vows which you vow, nor your freewill-offerings, nor the offering of your hand;
18 but you shall eat them before יהוה your Elohim in the place which יהוה your Elohim shall choose, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your man-servant, and your maid-servant, and HaLevi that is within your gates; and you shall rejoice before יהוה your Elohim in all that you put your hand unto.
19 Take heed to yourself that you forsake not HaLevi as long as you live upon your land."
20 "When יהוה your Elohim shall enlarge your border, as He has promised you, and you shall say, 'I will eat meat', because your soul desires to eat meat; you may eat meat, after all the desire of your soul.
21 If the place which יהוה your Elohim shall choose to put His Name there is too far from you, then you shall kill of your herd and of your flock, which יהוה has given you, as I have commanded you, and you shall eat within your gates, after all the desire of your soul.
22 But as the gazelle and as the hart is eaten, so you shall eat thereof; the unclean and the clean may eat thereof alike.
23 Only be stedfast in not eating the blood; for the blood is the life; and you shall not eat the life with the flesh.
24 You shall not eat it; you shall pour it out upon the earth as water.
25 You shall not eat it; that it may go well with you, and with your children after you, when you shall do that which is right in the eyes of יהוה . Only
26 your k'doshim which you have, and your vows, you shall take, and go unto the place which יהוה shall choose;
27 and you shall offer your Olot, the meat and the blood, upon the Mizbe'akh of יהוה your Elohim; and the blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out against the Mizbe'akh of יהוה your Elohim, and you shall eat the meat.
28 Observe and hear all these words which I command you, that it may go well with you, and with your children after you forever, when you do that which is good and right in the eyes of יהוה your Elohim."

HAFTARAH

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 44
11 Behold, all the fellows thereof shall be ashamed; and the craftsmen skilled above men; let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; they shall fear, they shall be ashamed together.
12 The smith makes an axe, and works in the coals, and fashions it with hammers, and works it with his strong arm; yes, he is hungry, and his strength fails; he drinks no water, and is faint.
13 The carpenter stretches out a line; he marks it out with a pencil; he fits it with planes, and he marks it out with the compasses, and makes it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of a man, to dwell in the house.
14 He hews him down cedars, and takes the ilex and the oak, and strengthens for himself one among the trees of the forest; he plants a bay tree, and the rain does nourish it.
15 Then a man uses it for fuel; and he takes thereof, and warms himself; yes, he kindles it, and bakes bread; yes, he makes a god, and worships it; he makes it a graven image, and falls down thereto.
16 He burns the half thereof in the fire; with the half thereof he eats flesh; he roasts a roast, and is satisfied; yes, he warms himself, and says, 'Aha, I am warm, I have seen the fire';
17 and the residue thereof he makes a god, even his graven image; he falls down unto it and worships, and prays unto it, and says, 'Deliver me, for you are my god.'
18 They know not, neither do they understand; for their eyes are bedaubed, that they cannot see, and their hearts, that they cannot understand.
19 And none considers in his heart, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, 'I have burned the half of it in the fire; yes, also I have baked bread upon the coals thereof; I have roasted flesh and eaten it; and shall I make the residue thereof an abomination? Shall I fall down to the stock of a tree?'
20 He strives after ashes, a deceived heart has turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, 'Is there not a lie in my right hand?'
21 Remember these things, O Ya'akov, and Yisra'el, for you are My servant; I have formed you, you are My own servant; O Yisra'el, you should not forget Me.
22 I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins; return unto Me, for I have redeemed you.
23 Sing, O you heavens, for יהוה has done it; shout, you lowest parts of the earth; break forth into singing, you mountains, O forest, and every tree therein; for יהוה has redeemed Ya'akov, and does glorify Himself in Yisra'el.
24 Thus says יהוה , your Redeemer, and He that formed you from the womb, 'I am יהוה , that makes all things; that stretched forth the heavens, alone; that spread abroad the earth by Myself;
25 that frustrates the tokens of the imposters, and makes diviners mad; that turns wise men backward, and makes their knowledge foolish;
26 that confirms the D'var, His Servant, and performs the counsel of His Malakhim; that says of Yerushalayim, 'She shall be inhabited'; and of the cities of Yehudah, 'They shall be built, and I will raise up the waste places thereof';
27 that says to the deep, 'Be dry, and I will dry up your rivers';
28 that says of Koresh, 'He is My shepherd, and shall perform all My pleasure'; even saying of Yerushalayim, 'She shall be built'; and to the Heikhal, 'My foundation shall be laid'."

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 45
1 "Thus says יהוה to His anointed, to Koresh, whose right hand I have held, to subdue nations before him, and to loose the loins of kings; to open the doors before him, and that the gates may not be shut:
2 'I will go before you, and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the doors of brass, and cut asunder the bars of iron;
3 and I will give you the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I am יהוה , who calls you by your name, even Elohei Yisra'el.
4 For the sake of Ya'akov My servant, and Yisra'el My elect, I have called you by your name, I have surnamed you, though you have not known Me.
5 I am יהוה , and there is none else, beside Me there is no Elohim; I have girded you, though you have not known Me.

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 54
11 O you afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in fair colors, and lay your foundations with sapphires.
12 And I will make your pinnacles of rubies, and your gates of carbuncles, and all your border of precious stones.
13 And all your children shall be taught of יהוה ; and great shall be the shalom of your children.
14 In tzedaka shall you be established far from oppression, for you shall not fear, and from ruin, for it shall not come near you.
15 Behold, they may gather together, but not by Me; whoever shall gather together against you shall fall because of you.
16 Behold, I have created the smith that blows the fire of coals, and brings forth a weapon for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
17 No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of יהוה , and their Tzedaka from Me, says יהוה ."

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 55
1 "Ho, every one that thirsts, come for water, and he that has no money; come, buy, and eat; yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
2 Why do you spend money for that which is not bread, and your gain for that which does not satisfy? Hearken diligently unto Me, and eat that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
3 Incline your ear, and come unto Me; hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make a Brit Olam with you, even the faithful compassions of David.
4 Behold, I have given him for a witness to the peoples, a prince and commander to the peoples.
5 Behold, you shall call a nation that you know not, and a nation that did not know you shall run unto you; because of יהוה your Elohim, and for the Kadosh One of Yisra'el, for He has glorified you.

BRIT KHADASHAH

Yokhanan Alef Chapter 2
18 My children, it is the last time; and as you have heard that a false Mashi'akh shall come, even now there are many false Mashi'akhim, and from this we know that it is the last time.
19 They went out from among us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they left us, that it might be known they did not belong to us.
20 But you have been anointed by the Kadosh One, and you are enabled to distinguish between men.
21 I have written to you not because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and are aware that no lie comes out of the truth.
22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Yeshua is the Mashi'akh? He is a false Mashi'akh, and whoever denies HaAv, denies HaBen also.
23 Whoever denies HaBen, the same does not believe in HaAv; but whoever acknowledges HaBen acknowledges HaAv also.
24 As for you, let that, therefore, abide in you which you have heard from the very beginning. For if that which you have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, you also shall continue in HaAv and in HaBen.
25 And this is the promise that He has promised us, even Khayei Olam.
26 These things I have written to you concerning those who seduce you.

Yokhanan Alef Chapter 4
1 My beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to find out if they are of Elohim, because many false prophets have appeared in the world.
2 Ru'akh HaElohim is known by this: every spirit which declares that Yeshua HaMashi'akh is come in flesh is from Elohim.
3 And every spirit which does not declare that Yeshua HaMashi'akh is come in flesh is not from Elohim, but it is the spirit of the false Mashi'akh, of whose coming you have heard and who is even now already in the world.
4 But you are of Elohim, my children, and have overcome them, because He who is among you is greater than he who is in the world.
5 They are of the world; therefore they speak of the world, and the world hears them.
6 But we are of Elohim; he who knows Elohim hears us; he who is not of Elohim does not hear us. By this we know The Ru'akh HaEmet and the spirit of error.

Yokhanan Chapter 16
1 “I have spoken these things to you so that you may not stumble.
2 For they will put you out of their Beit K'nessets; and the hour will come that whoever kills you will think that he has offered an offering to Elohim.
3 And these things they will do because they have not known Avi, nor me.
4 I have spoken these things to you that when their time does come, you may remember them, and that I told you. And these things I did not tell you before because I was with you.
5 But now I am going to Him who sent me, and yet no one of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?'
6 But because I told you these things, sorrow has come and filled your hearts.”
7 “But I tell you the truth, it is better for you that I should go away; for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I should go, I will send it to you.
8 And when it is come, it will rebuke the world concerning khata, concerning tzedaka, and concerning mishpat;
9 concerning khata, because they do not believe in me;
10 concerning tzedaka, because I go to Avi and you will not see me again;
11 concerning mishpat, because the leader of this world has been judged.
12 Again, I have many other things to tell you, but you cannot grasp them now.
13 But when The Ru'akh HaEmet is come, it will guide you into all the truth; for it will not speak from itself, but what it hears it will speak; and it will make known to you things which are to come in the future.
14 It will glorify me, because it will take of my own and show it to you.
15 Everything that Avi has is mine; this is the reason why I told you that it will take of my own and show it to you.
16 A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me, because I am going to HaAv.”
17 Then His Talmidim said to one another, “What is this that He said to us, ‘A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me;' and, ‘because I am going to Avi?'”
18 And they said, “What is this that He said, ‘A little while?' We cannot understand what He talks about.”
19 Yeshua knew that they desired to ask Him, and He said to them, “Are you inquiring among yourselves concerning this that I told you, ‘a little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me?'
20 Amein, Amein, I say to you, that you will weep and wail, and yet the world will rejoice; and you will be sad, but your sadness will be changed into gladness.
21 When a woman is in labor, she is troubled because her day has arrived; but when she has given birth to a son, she no longer remembers her troubles because of the joy that a male child is born into the world.
22 So you also are troubled; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no man will take away from you.”
23 “In that day you will not ask me anything. Amein, Amein, I say to you, that whatever you ask Avi in my Name, He will give it to you.
24 Hitherto you have asked nothing in my Name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be full.
25 I have spoken these things in mishlim; but the time is coming when I will not speak to you in mishlim, but will plainly explain to you concerning HaAv.
26 In that day you will ask in my Name; and I will not say to you, ‘I will ask HaAv concerning you.'
27 For HaAv Himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came forth out of HaAv.”
28 “I came forth out of HaAv and I came into the world; again, I am leaving the world and I am going to HaAv.”
29 His Talmidim said to Him, “Behold, now you speak plainly and do not utter a single mashal.
30 Now we understand that you know everything, and you need no man to ask you; by this we trust, that you have come forth out of Elohim.”
31 Yeshua said to them, “Trust;
32 for behold, the hour is coming, and it has now come, when you will be dispersed, every man to his own country, and you will leave me alone; and yet I am never alone because HaAv is with me.
33 These things I have said to you that in me you may have shalom. In the world you will have tribulation; but have courage, I have conquered the world.”

Yokhanan Chapter 17
1 Yeshua spoke these things, and then He lifted up His eyes to Heaven and said, “O Avi, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, so that Your Son may glorify You,
2 since You have given Him power over all flesh, so that to all whom You have given Him, He may give life eternal.
3 And this is life eternal, that they might know You, that You are the only true Elohim, even the one who sent Yeshua HaMashi'akh.
4 I have already glorified You on the earth; for the work which You have given to me to do, I have finished.
5 So now, O Avi, glorify me with You, with the same glory which I had with You before the world was made.”
6 “I have made Your Name known to the men whom You gave me out of the world; they were Yours and You gave them to me; and they have kept Your D'var.
7 Now they know that whatever You have given me is from You.
8 For the words which You gave me I gave to them; and they accepted them, and have known truly that I came forth from You, and they have believed that You have sent me.
9 What I request is for them; I make no request for the world, but for those whom You have given to me, because they are Yours.
10 And everything which is mine is Yours, and what is Yours is mine, and I am glorified by them.”
11 “Hereafter I am not in the world, but these are in the world; and I am coming to You. O Av Kadosh, protect them in Your Name, which You have given me, that they may be one, even as we are.
12 While I was with them in the world, I protected them in Your Name; those whom you gave me I protected, and not one of them is lost, except the son of perdition, that the scripture might be fulfilled.
13 Now I am coming to You, and these things I speak while I am in the world, that my joy may be complete in them.
14 I have given them Your D'var; and the world hated them, because they were not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
15 What I request is not that You should take them out of the world, but that You should protect them from evil.
16 For they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.”
17 “O Abba, consecrate them in Your truth, because Your D'var is truth.
18 Just as You did send me into the world, so I have sent them into the world.
19 And for their sakes, I am setting myself apart, so that they also may be consecrated in the truth.”
20 “I am not making request for these alone, but also for the sake of those who trust in me through their word.
21 So that they all may be one; just as You, Avi, are in me, and I am in You, that they also may be one in us; so that the world may believe that You did send me.
22 And the glory which You gave me, I gave to them; so that they may be one just as we are one.
23 I in them and You in me, that they may become perfected in one; so that the world may know that You did send me, and that You did love them just as You loved me.”
24 “O Abba, I desire that those whom You have given me may also be with me where I am, so that they may see my glory which You have given me; for You have loved me before the foundation of the world.
25 O Avi HaTzadik, the world did not know You, but I have known You; and these have known that You have sent me.
26 And I have made Your Name known to them, and I am still making it known, so that the love with which You have loved me may be among them, and I may be in them.”

ז כָּעֵת יָדַעְתִּי שֶׁכָּל אֲשֶׁר נָתַתָּ לִי מֵאִתְּךָ הוּא;
טו לֹא שֶׁתִּקַּח אוֹתָם מִן הָעוֹלָם אֲנִי מְבַקֵּשׁ, אֶלָּא שֶׁתִּשְׁמֹר אוֹתָם מִן הָרַע;
