B'reshit Chapter 21
1 And יהוה remembered Sarah as He had said, and יהוה did unto Sarah as He had spoken. 2 And Sarah conceived, and bore Avraham a son in his old age, at the Mo'ed of which Elohim had spoken to him. 3 And Avraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bore to him, Yitz'khak. 4 And Avraham circumcised his son Yitz'khak when he was eight days old, as Elohim had commanded him. 5 And Avraham was a hundred years old, when his son Yitz'khak was born unto him. 6 And Sarah said, "Elohim has made laughter for me; the one that hears will laugh on account of me." 7 And she said, "Who would have said unto Avraham that Sarah should nurse children? For I have borne him a son in his old age." 8 And the child grew, and was weaned. And Avraham made a great feast on the day that Yitz'khak was weaned. 9 And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Mitzrit, whom she had borne unto Avraham, making sport. 10 Therefore she said unto Avraham, "Cast out this maidservant and her son; for the son of this maidservant shall not be heir with my son, even with Yitz'khak." 11 And the thing was very grievous in Avraham’s sight on account of his son. 12 And Elohim said unto Avraham, "Let it not be grievous in your sight because of the lad, and because of your maidservant; in all that Sarah says unto you, hearken unto her voice; for in Yitz'khak shall a seed be called to you. 13 And also of the son of the maidservant will I make a nation, because he is your seed." 14 And Avraham arose up early in the morning, and took bread and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away; and she departed, and strayed in the wilderness of Be'er Shava. 15 And the water in the bottle was spent, and she sent the boy under one of the shrubs. 16 And she went, and sat herself down over against him a good way off, as it were a bow-shot; for she said, "Let me not look upon the death of the child." And she sat over against him, and lifted up her voice, and wept. 17 And Elohim heard the voice of the lad; and the Malakh Elohim called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, "What ails you, Hagar? Fear not; for Elohim has heard the voice of the lad where he is. 18 Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him fast by your hand; for I will make him a great nation." 19 And Elohim opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink. 20 And Elohim was with the lad, and he grew; and he dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer. 21 And he dwelt in the wilderness of Paran; and his mother took him a wife out of the land of Mitzrayim.
22 And it came to pass at that time, that Avimelekh and Pikhol the captain of his host spoke unto Avraham, saying, "Elohim is with you in all that you do. 23 Now therefore swear unto me here by Elohim that you will not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my son’s son; but according to the kindness that I have done unto you, you shall do unto me, and to the land wherein you have sojourned." 24 And Avraham said, "I will swear." 25 And Avraham reproved Avimelekh because of the well of water, which Avimelekh’s servants had violently taken away. 26 And Avimelekh said, "I know not who has done this thing; neither did you tell me, neither yet heard I of it, but today." 27 And Avraham took sheep and oxen, and gave them unto Avimelekh; and the two of them made a covenant. 28 And Avraham set seven ewe-lambs of the flock by themselves. 29 And Avimelekh said unto Avraham, "What mean these seven ewe-lambs which you have set by themselves?" 30 And he said, "Truly, these seven ewe-lambs shall you take of my hand, that it may be a witness unto me, that I have digged this well." 31 Therefore that place was called Be'er Sheva; because there they swore both of them. 32 So they made a covenant at Be'er Sheva; and Avimelekh rose up, and Fikhol the captain of his host, and they returned into the land of the P'lishtim. 33 And Avraham planted a tamarisk tree in Be'er Sheva, and called there on the Name of יהוה , El Olam. 34 And Avraham sojourned in the land of the P'lishtim many days.

B'reshit Chapter 22
1 And it came to pass after these things, that Elohim did prove Avraham, and said unto him, "Avraham;" and he said, "Here am I." 2 And He said, "Take now your son, your beloved one, whom you love, even Yitz'khak, and get into the land of Mor-Yah, and offer him there for an Olah upon one of the mountains which I will tell you of." 3 And Avraham rose early in the morning, and saddled his donkey, and took two of his young men with him, and Yitz'kak his son; and he cleaved the wood for the Olah, and rose up, and went unto the place of which Elohim had told him. 4 On the third day Avraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off. 5 And Avraham said unto his young men, "Abide here with the donkey, and I and the lad will go yonder; and we will worship, and come back to you." 6 And Avraham took the wood of the Olah, and laid it upon Yitz'khak his son; and he took in his hand the fire and the knife; and they went both of them together. 7 And Yitz'khak spoke unto Avraham his father, and said, "My father?" And he said, "Here am I, my son." And he said, "Behold the fire and the wood; but where is the lamb for an Olah?" 8 And Avraham said, "Elohim will see to HaSeh for an Olah, my son." So they went both of them together. 9 And they came to the place which Elohim had told him of; and Avraham built the Mizbe'akh there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Yitz'khak his son, and laid him on the Mizbe'akh, upon the wood. 10 And Avraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son. 11 And the Malakh יהוה called unto him out of heaven, and said, "Avraham, Avraham." And he said, "Here am I." 12 And he said, "Lay not your hand upon the lad, neither do anything unto him; for now I know that you are a man who fears Elohim, seeing you have not withheld your son, your beloved one, from Me." 13 And Avraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold, behind him there was a ram caught in the thicket by his horns. And Avraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for an Olah in the stead of his son. 14 And Avraham called the name of that place יהוה Yireh; as it is said to this day, "In the mount where יהוה will see to it." 15 And the Malakh יהוה called unto Avraham a second time out of heaven, 16 and said, "By Myself have I sworn," says יהוה , "because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son, 17 that in blessing I will bless you, and in multiplying I will multiply your seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the seashore; and your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; 18 and in your seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because you have hearkened to My voice." 19 So Avraham returned unto his young men, and they rose up and went together to Be'er Sheva; and Avraham dwelt at Be'er Sheva.
20 And it came to pass after these things, that it was told Avraham, saying, "Behold, Milkah, she also has borne children unto your brother Nakhor. 21 Uz his firstborn, and Buz his brother, and Kemu'el the father of Aram; 22 and Kesed, and Khazo, and Pildash, and Yidlaf, and Betu'el." 23 And Betu'el begot Rivkah; these eight did Milkah bear to Nakhor, Avraham’s brother. 24 And his concubine, whose name was Re'umah, she also bore Tevakh, and Gakham, and Takhash, and Ma'akhah.

HAFTARAH

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 26
1 "In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Yehudah: 'We have a strong city; walls and bulwarks does He appoint for Yeshua[h]'. 2 Open the gates, that the righteous nation that keeps faithfulness may enter in. 3 The mind stayed on You, You keep in perfect shalom; because it trusts in You. 4 Trust in יהוה forever, for in Yah is יהוה , an everlasting Rock. 5 For He has brought down them that dwell on high, the lofty city, laying it low, laying it low even to the ground, bringing it even to the dust. 6 The foot shall tread it down, even the feet of the poor, and the steps of the needy. 7 The way of the just is straight; You, Most Upright, make plain the path of HaTzadik. 8 Yes, in the way of Your judgments, O יהוה , have we waited for You; to Your Name and to Your memorial is the desire of our soul. 9 With my soul have I desired You in the night; yes, with my spirit within me have I sought You earnestly; for when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn tzedaka. 10 Let favor be shown to the wicked, yet will he not learn tzedaka; in the land of uprightness will he deal wrongfully, and will not behold the majesty of יהוה ."
11 " יהוה , Your hand was lifted up, yet they see not; they shall see with shame Your zeal for the people; yes, fire shall devour Your adversaries. 12 יהוה , You will establish shalom for us; for You have indeed wrought all our works for us. 13 O יהוה our Elohim, other lords beside You have had dominion over us; but by You only do we make mention of Your Name. 14 The dead live not, the shades rise not; to that end have You punished and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish. 15 You have gotten Yourself honor with the nations, O יהוה , yes, exceedingly great honor with the nations; You are honored unto the farthest ends of the earth."
16 " יהוה , in trouble have they sought You, silently they poured out a prayer when Your chastening was upon them. 17 Like a woman with child, that draws near the time of her delivery, is in pain and cries out in her pangs; so have we been at Your presence, O יהוה . We 18 have been with child, we have been in pain, we have given birth to wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the land; neither are the inhabitants of the world come to life. 19 Your dead shall live, my dead bodies shall arise. Awake! And sing, you that dwell in the dust! For Your dew is as the dew of light, and the earth shall bring to life the shades."
20 "Go, my people, come into your khederim, and shut your doors about you; hide yourself for a little moment, until the indignation passes. 21 For, behold, יהוה comes forth out of His place to visit upon the inhabitants of the earth their iniquity; the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain."

BRIT KHADASHAH

Matti Chapter 24
26 Therefore, if they should say to you, ‘Behold, He is in the desert,' do not go out; or, ‘behold, He is in these rooms,' do not believe it. 27 For just as the lightning comes out from the east, and is seen even in the west, so will be the coming of Ben HaAdam. 28 For wherever the Guf is, there will the eagles gather.”
29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then the sign of Ben HaAdam will appear in the sky; and then all the generations of the earth will mourn, and they will see Ben HaAdam coming on the clouds of the sky, with an army, and great glory. 31 And He will send His Malakhim with the Shofar HaGadol, and they will gather His chosen ones from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.”
32 ”From the fig tree learn a mashal. As soon as its branches become tender and bring forth leaves, you know that summer is coming. 33 So even you, when you see all these things, know that it has arrived at the gate. 34 Truly I say to you, that this generation will not pass away, until all these things happen. 35 Even heaven and earth will pass away, but my words shall not pass away.”
36 “But concerning that day and that hour, no man knows, not even the Malakhim of heaven, but HaAv alone. 37 Just as in the days of No'akh, so will be the coming of Ben HaAdam. 38 For as the people before the flood were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day No'akh entered into the ark, 39 and they knew nothing until the flood came and carried them all away, such will be the coming of Ben HaAdam. 40 Then, two men will be in the field, one will be taken away and the other forsaken. 41 Two women will be grinding at the handmill, one will be taken and the other forsaken.
42 “Be alert, therefore, for you do not know at what hour your Adon will come. 43 But know this much, that if the adon of the house knew at what watch of the night the thief comes, he would keep awake and would not let his house be plundered. 44 For this reason, you also be ready, for Ben HaAdam will come at an hour when you do not expect him. 45 Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his Adon has appointed over his household, to give them food in due time? 46 Blessed is that servant, when his Adon comes and finds him so doing. 47 Truly I say to you, he will appoint him over all that he has. 48 But if a bad servant should say in his heart, ‘My Adon will delay his coming,' 49 and he begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with drunkards, 50 HaAdon of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect, and at an hour that he does not know. 51 And he will severely scourge him, and give him a portion like that of the hypocrites; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Hitgalut Chapter 19
1 And after these things, I heard a great voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Hallelu Yah! Yeshua[h] and power and glory and honor to our Elohim, 2 for His judgments are true and righteous; for He has condemned the great harlot who has corrupted the earth with her harlotry, and has avenged the blood of His servants at her hand.” 3 And a second time, they said, “Hallelu Yah!” And her smoke rose up forever and ever. 4 And the twenty-four elders and the four creatures fell down and worshipped Elohim who sat on the throne, saying, “Amein, Hallelu Yah!”
5 And a voice came out from the throne, saying, “Praise our Elohim, all you His servants and you who worship Him, both small and great.” 6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, like the voice of many waters and like the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Hallelu Yah! For יהוה our Elohim, Okhez HaKol, reigns. 7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give glory to Him, for the time of the marriage feast of HaSeh has come, and His bride has made herself ready.” 8 And it was given to her that she should be arrayed in fine, pure linen, clean and white; for fine linen is the tzedaka of the K'doshim. 9 And he said to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of HaSeh.'” Then he said to me, “These words of mine are the true sayings of Elohim.” 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said to me, “Do not do that; I am your fellow servant, and one of your brethren who have the testimony of Yeshua; worship Elohim, for the testimony of Yeshua is the Ru'akh HaNevu'ah.”
11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold, I saw a white horse; and He who sat upon him was called 'Ne'eman VaAmiti,' and in tzedaka He judges and makes war. 12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had names written thereon, and one of the names written, no man knew but He Himself. 13 And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood; and He called His Name ‘D'var HaElohim'. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed Him on white horses, clothed in fine linen, pure and white. 15 And out of His mouth came a sharp, two-edged sword, that with it He should smite the nations; and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He will tread the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Elohim Okhez HaKol. 16 And He had a name written on His vesture and on His thigh, Melekh HaM'lakhim, va'Adon HaAdonim. 17 And I saw a Malakh standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather yourselves together for the great supper of Elohim, 18 that you may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains of thousands, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.” 19 Then I saw the beast of prey and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to fight against Him who sat on the horse, and against His armies. 20 And the beast of prey was taken, and with him the false prophet who wrought miracles before him with which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast of prey, and those who worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. 21 And the others were slain by the sword that came out from the mouth of Him who sat upon the horse; and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.
