D'varim Chapter 21
10 When you go forth to battle against your enemies, and יהוה your Elohim delivers them into your hands, and you carry them away captive, 11 and see among the captives a woman of goodly form, and you have a desire unto her, and would take her to you as a wife;12 then you shall bring her home to your house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails; 13 and she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in your house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month; and after that you may go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be your wife. 14 And it shall be, if you have no delight in her, then you shall let her go wherever she will; but you shall not sell her at all for money, you shall not make merchandise of her, because you have humbled her."
15 If a man has two wives, the one beloved, and the other hated, and they have borne him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the first-born son is hers that was hated; 16 then it shall be, in the day that he causes his sons to inherit that which he has, that he may not make the son of the beloved the firstborn before the son of the hated, who is the firstborn; 17 but he shall acknowledge the firstborn, the son of the hated, by giving him a double portion of all that he has; for he is the firstfruits of his strength, the right of the firstborn is his."
18 "If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son, that will not hearken to the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and though they chasten him, he will not hearken unto them, 19 then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place; 20 and they shall say unto the elders of his city, 'This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he does not hearken to our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.'
21 And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he dies; so shall you put away the evil from the midst of you; and all Yisra'el shall hear, and fear."22 "And if a man has committed a sin worthy of death, and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree, 23 his body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but you shall surely bury him the same day; for he that is hanged is accursed unto Elohim; that you defile not your land which יהוה your Elohim gives you for an inheritance."

דברים פרק כא
י כִּי תֵצֵא לַמִּלְחָמָה עַל אֹיְבֶיךָ וּנְתָנוֹ יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ בְּיָדֶךָ וְשָׁבִיתָ שִׁבְיוֹ.
יא וְרָאִיתָ בַּשִּׁבְיָה אֵשֶׁת יְפַת תֹּאַר וְחָשַׁקְתָּ בָהּ וְלָקַחְתָּ לְךָ לְאִשָּׁה.
יב וַהֲבֵאתָהּ אֶל תּוֹךְ בֵּיתֶךָ וְגִלְּחָה אֶת רֹאשָׁהּ וְעָשְׂתָה אֶת צִפָּרְנֶיהָ.
יג וְהֵסִירָה אֶת שִׂמְלַת שִׁבְיָהּ מֵעָלֶיהָ וְיָשְׁבָה בְּבֵיתֶךָ וּבָכְתָה אֶת אָבִיהָ וְאֶת אִמָּהּ יֶרַח יָמִים וְאַחַר כֵּן תָּבוֹא אֵלֶיהָ וּבְעַלְתָּהּ וְהָיְתָה לְךָ לְאִשָּׁה.
יד וְהָיָה אִם לֹא חָפַצְתָּ בָּהּ וְשִׁלַּחְתָּהּ לְנַפְשָׁהּ וּמָכֹר לֹא תִמְכְּרֶנָּה בַּכָּסֶף לֹא תִתְעַמֵּר בָּהּ תַּחַת אֲשֶׁר עִנִּיתָהּ.
טו כִּי תִהְיֶיןָ לְאִישׁ שְׁתֵּי נָשִׁים הָאַחַת אֲהוּבָה וְהָאַחַת שְׂנוּאָה וְיָלְדוּ לוֹ בָנִים הָאֲהוּבָה וְהַשְּׂנוּאָה וְהָיָה הַבֵּן הַבְּכֹר לַשְּׂנִיאָה.
טז וְהָיָה בְּיוֹם הַנְחִילוֹ אֶת בָּנָיו אֵת אֲשֶׁר יִהְיֶה לוֹ לֹא יוּכַל לְבַכֵּר אֶת בֶּן הָאֲהוּבָה עַל פְּנֵי בֶן הַשְּׂנוּאָה הַבְּכֹר.
יז כִּי אֶת הַבְּכֹר בֶּן הַשְּׂנוּאָה יַכִּיר לָתֶת לוֹ פִּי שְׁנַיִם בְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר יִמָּצֵא לוֹ כִּי הוּא רֵאשִׁית אֹנוֹ לוֹ מִשְׁפַּט הַבְּכֹרָה.
יח כִּי יִהְיֶה לְאִישׁ בֵּן סוֹרֵר וּמוֹרֶה אֵינֶנּוּ שֹׁמֵעַ בְּקוֹל אָבִיו וּבְקוֹל אִמּוֹ וְיִסְּרוּ אֹתוֹ וְלֹא יִשְׁמַע אֲלֵיהֶם.
יט וְתָפְשׂוּ בוֹ אָבִיו וְאִמּוֹ וְהוֹצִיאוּ אֹתוֹ אֶל זִקְנֵי עִירוֹ וְאֶל שַׁעַר מְקֹמוֹ.
כ וְאָמְרוּ אֶל זִקְנֵי עִירוֹ בְּנֵנוּ זֶה סוֹרֵר וּמֹרֶה אֵינֶנּוּ שֹׁמֵעַ בְּקֹלֵנוּ זוֹלֵל וְסֹבֵא.
כא וּרְגָמֻהוּ כָּל אַנְשֵׁי עִירוֹ בָאֲבָנִים וָמֵת וּבִעַרְתָּ הָרָע מִקִּרְבֶּךָ וְכָל יִשְׂרָאֵל יִשְׁמְעוּ וְיִרָאוּ.
כב וְכִי יִהְיֶה בְאִישׁ חֵטְא מִשְׁפַּט מָוֶת וְהוּמָת וְתָלִיתָ אֹתוֹ עַל עֵץ.
כג לֹא תָלִין נִבְלָתוֹ עַל הָעֵץ כִּי קָבוֹר תִּקְבְּרֶנּוּ בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא כִּי קִלְלַת אֱלֹהִים תָּלוּי וְלֹא תְטַמֵּא אֶת אַדְמָתְךָ אֲשֶׁר יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ נֹתֵן לְךָ נַחֲלָה.


D'varim Chapter 22
1 "You shall not see your brother's ox or his sheep driven away, and hide yourself from them; you shall surely bring them back unto your brother. 2 And if your brother is not near to you, and you know him not, then you shall bring it home to your house, and it shall be with you until your brother requires it, and you shall restore it to him. 3 And so shall you do with his donkey; and so shall you do with his garment; and so shall you do with every lost thing of your brother's, which he has lost, and you have found; you may not hide yourself."
4 "You shall not see your brother's donkey or his ox fallen down by the way, and hide yourself from them; you shall surely help him to lift them up again."
5 "A woman shall not wear that which pertains unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment; for whoever does these things is an abomination unto יהוה your Elohim."
6 "If a bird's nest chances to be before you in the way, in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, you shall not take the dam with the young; 7 you shall in any wise let the dam go, but the young you may take unto yourself; that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days."
8 "When you build a new house, then you shall make a parapet for your roof, that you do not bring blood upon your house, if any man falls from there. 9 You shall not sow your vineyard with two kinds of seed; lest the fullness of the seed which you have sown is forfeited together with the increase of the vineyard."
10 "You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together. 11 You shall not wear a mingled stuff of wool and linen together."
12 "You shall make yourself twisted cords upon the four corners of your covering, wherewith you cover yourself."
13 "If any man takes a wife, and goes in unto her, and hates her, 14 and lays wanton charges against her, and brings up an evil name upon her, and says, 'I took this woman, and when I came nigh to her, I did not find in her the tokens of virginity'; 15 then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate.
16 And the damsel's father shall say unto the elders, 'I gave my daughter unto this man as a wife, and he hates her; 17 and, lo, he has laid wanton charges, saying, 'I found not in your daughter the tokens of virginity'; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity.' And they shall spread the garment before the elders of the city. 18 And the elders of that city shall take the man and chastise him. 19 And they shall fine him a hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he has brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Yisra'el; and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days. 20 But if this thing is true, that the tokens of virginity were not found in the damsel, 21 then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she dies; because she has wrought a wanton deed in Yisra'el, to play the harlot in her father's house; so shall you put away the evil from the midst of you."
22 "If a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both of them die, the man that lay with the woman, and the woman; so shall you put away the evil from Yisra'el."
23 "If there is a damsel that is a virgin betrothed unto a man, and a man finds her in the city, and lies with her, 24 then you shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and you shall stone them with stones that they die: the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he has humbled his neighbor's wife; so you shall put away the evil from the midst of you. 25 But if the man finds the damsel that is betrothed in the field, and the man takes hold of her, and lies with her, then the man only that laid with her shall die. 26 But unto the damsel you shall do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death; for as when a man rises against his neighbor, and slays him, even so is this matter. 27 For he found her in the field; the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her. 28 If a man finds a damsel that is a virgin, that is not betrothed, and lays hold on her, and lies with her, and they are found; 29 then the man that laid with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife, because he has humbled her; he may not put her away all his days."

דברים פרק כב
א לֹא תִרְאֶה אֶת שׁוֹר אָחִיךָ אוֹ אֶת שֵׂיוֹ נִדָּחִים וְהִתְעַלַּמְתָּ מֵהֶם הָשֵׁב תְּשִׁיבֵם לְאָחִיךָ.
ב וְאִם לֹא קָרוֹב אָחִיךָ אֵלֶיךָ וְלֹא יְדַעְתּוֹ וַאֲסַפְתּוֹ אֶל תּוֹךְ בֵּיתֶךָ וְהָיָה עִמְּךָ עַד דְּרֹשׁ אָחִיךָ אֹתוֹ וַהֲשֵׁבֹתוֹ לוֹ.
ג וְכֵן תַּעֲשֶׂה לַחֲמֹרוֹ וְכֵן תַּעֲשֶׂה לְשִׂמְלָתוֹ וְכֵן תַּעֲשֶׂה לְכָל אֲבֵדַת אָחִיךָ אֲשֶׁר תֹּאבַד מִמֶּנּוּ וּמְצָאתָהּ לֹא תוּכַל לְהִתְעַלֵּם.
ד לֹא תִרְאֶה אֶת חֲמוֹר אָחִיךָ אוֹ שׁוֹרוֹ נֹפְלִים בַּדֶּרֶךְ וְהִתְעַלַּמְתָּ מֵהֶם הָקֵם תָּקִים עִמּוֹ.
ה לֹא יִהְיֶה כְלִי גֶבֶר עַל אִשָּׁה וְלֹא יִלְבַּשׁ גֶּבֶר שִׂמְלַת אִשָּׁה כִּי תוֹעֲבַת יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ כָּל עֹשֵׂה אֵלֶּה.
ו כִּי יִקָּרֵא קַן צִפּוֹר לְפָנֶיךָ בַּדֶּרֶךְ בְּכָל עֵץ אוֹ עַל הָאָרֶץ אֶפְרֹחִים אוֹ בֵיצִים וְהָאֵם רֹבֶצֶת עַל הָאֶפְרֹחִים אוֹ עַל הַבֵּיצִים לֹא תִקַּח הָאֵם עַל הַבָּנִים.
ז שַׁלֵּחַ תְּשַׁלַּח אֶת הָאֵם וְאֶת הַבָּנִים תִּקַּח לָךְ לְמַעַן יִיטַב לָךְ וְהַאֲרַכְתָּ יָמִים.
ח כִּי תִבְנֶה בַּיִת חָדָשׁ וְעָשִׂיתָ מַעֲקֶה לְגַגֶּךָ וְלֹא תָשִׂים דָּמִים בְּבֵיתֶךָ כִּי יִפֹּל הַנֹּפֵל מִמֶּנּוּ.
ט לֹא תִזְרַע כַּרְמְךָ כִּלְאָיִם פֶּן תִּקְדַּשׁ הַמְלֵאָה הַזֶּרַע אֲשֶׁר תִּזְרָע וּתְבוּאַת הַכָּרֶם.
י לֹא תַחֲרֹשׁ בְּשׁוֹר וּבַחֲמֹר יַחְדָּו.
יא לֹא תִלְבַּשׁ שַׁעַטְנֵז צֶמֶר וּפִשְׁתִּים יַחְדָּו.
יב גְּדִלִים תַּעֲשֶׂה לָּךְ עַל אַרְבַּע כַּנְפוֹת כְּסוּתְךָ אֲשֶׁר תְּכַסֶּה בָּהּ.
יג כִּי יִקַּח אִישׁ אִשָּׁה וּבָא אֵלֶיהָ וּשְׂנֵאָהּ.
יד וְשָׂם לָהּ עֲלִילֹת דְּבָרִים וְהוֹצִא עָלֶיהָ שֵׁם רָע וְאָמַר אֶת הָאִשָּׁה הַזֹּאת לָקַחְתִּי וָאֶקְרַב אֵלֶיהָ וְלֹא מָצָאתִי לָהּ בְּתוּלִים.
טו וְלָקַח אֲבִי הַנַּעֲרָ וְאִמָּהּ וְהוֹצִיאוּ אֶת בְּתוּלֵי הַנַּעֲרָ אֶל זִקְנֵי הָעִיר הַשָּׁעְרָה.
טז וְאָמַר אֲבִי הַנַּעֲרָ אֶל הַזְּקֵנִים אֶת בִּתִּי נָתַתִּי לָאִישׁ הַזֶּה לְאִשָּׁה וַיִּשְׂנָאֶהָ.
יז וְהִנֵּה הוּא שָׂם עֲלִילֹת דְּבָרִים לֵאמֹר לֹא מָצָאתִי לְבִתְּךָ בְּתוּלִים וְאֵלֶּה בְּתוּלֵי בִתִּי וּפָרְשׂוּ הַשִּׂמְלָה לִפְנֵי זִקְנֵי הָעִיר.
יח וְלָקְחוּ זִקְנֵי הָעִיר הַהִוא אֶת הָאִישׁ וְיִסְּרוּ אֹתוֹ.
יט וְעָנְשׁוּ אֹתוֹ מֵאָה כֶסֶף וְנָתְנוּ לַאֲבִי הַנַּעֲרָה כִּי הוֹצִיא שֵׁם רָע עַל בְּתוּלַת יִשְׂרָאֵל וְלוֹ תִהְיֶה לְאִשָּׁה לֹא יוּכַל לְשַׁלְּחָהּ כָּל יָמָיו.
כ וְאִם אֱמֶת הָיָה הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה לֹא נִמְצְאוּ בְתוּלִים לַנַּעֲרָ.
כא וְהוֹצִיאוּ אֶת הַנַּעֲרָ אֶל פֶּתַח בֵּית אָבִיהָ וּסְקָלוּהָ אַנְשֵׁי עִירָהּ בָּאֲבָנִים וָמֵתָה כִּי עָשְׂתָה נְבָלָה בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל לִזְנוֹת בֵּית אָבִיהָ וּבִעַרְתָּ הָרָע מִקִּרְבֶּךָ.
כב כִּי יִמָּצֵא אִישׁ שֹׁכֵב עִם אִשָּׁה בְעֻלַת בַּעַל וּמֵתוּ גַּם שְׁנֵיהֶם הָאִישׁ הַשֹּׁכֵב עִם הָאִשָּׁה וְהָאִשָּׁה וּבִעַרְתָּ הָרָע מִיִּשְׂרָאֵל.
כג כִּי יִהְיֶה נַעֲרָ בְתוּלָה מְאֹרָשָׂה לְאִישׁ וּמְצָאָהּ אִישׁ בָּעִיר וְשָׁכַב עִמָּהּ.
כד וְהוֹצֵאתֶם אֶת שְׁנֵיהֶם אֶל שַׁעַר הָעִיר הַהִוא וּסְקַלְתֶּם אֹתָם בָּאֲבָנִים וָמֵתוּ אֶת הַנַּעֲרָ עַל דְּבַר אֲשֶׁר לֹא צָעֲקָה בָעִיר וְאֶת הָאִישׁ עַל דְּבַר אֲשֶׁר עִנָּה אֶת אֵשֶׁת רֵעֵהוּ וּבִעַרְתָּ הָרָע מִקִּרְבֶּךָ.
כה וְאִם בַּשָּׂדֶה יִמְצָא הָאִישׁ אֶת הַנַּעֲרָ הַמְאֹרָשָׂה וְהֶחֱזִיק בָּהּ הָאִישׁ וְשָׁכַב עִמָּהּ וּמֵת הָאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר שָׁכַב עִמָּהּ לְבַדּוֹ.
כו וְלַנַּעֲרָ לֹא תַעֲשֶׂה דָבָר אֵין לַנַּעֲרָ חֵטְא מָוֶת כִּי כַּאֲשֶׁר יָקוּם אִישׁ עַל רֵעֵהוּ וּרְצָחוֹ נֶפֶשׁ כֵּן הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה.
כז כִּי בַשָּׂדֶה מְצָאָהּ צָעֲקָה הַנַּעֲרָ הַמְאֹרָשָׂה וְאֵין מוֹשִׁיעַ לָהּ.
כח כִּי יִמְצָא אִישׁ נַעֲרָ בְתוּלָה אֲשֶׁר לֹא אֹרָשָׂה וּתְפָשָׂהּ וְשָׁכַב עִמָּהּ וְנִמְצָאוּ.
כט וְנָתַן הָאִישׁ הַשֹּׁכֵב עִמָּהּ לַאֲבִי הַנַּעֲרָ חֲמִשִּׁים כָּסֶף וְלוֹ תִהְיֶה לְאִשָּׁה תַּחַת אֲשֶׁר עִנָּהּ לֹא יוּכַל שַׁלְּחָהּ כָּל יָמָיו.

D'varim Chapter 23
1 "A man shall not take his father's wife, and shall not uncover his father's skirt."
2 "He that is crushed or maimed in his privy parts shall not enter into the assembly of יהוה . A 3 bastard shall not enter into the assembly of יהוה , even to the tenth generation shall none of his enter into the assembly of יהוה . An 4 Amoni or a Mo'avi shall not enter into the assembly of יהוה , even to the tenth generation shall none of them enter into the assembly of יהוה forever, 5 because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when you came forth out of Mitzrayim; and because they hired against you Bilam the son of Be'or from Petor of Aram Naharayim, to curse you. 6 Nevertheless יהוה your Elohim would not hearken unto Bilam; but יהוה your Elohim turned the curse into a blessing unto you, because יהוה your Elohim loved you. 7 You shall not seek their shalom, nor their prosperity, all your days forever. 8 You shall not abhor an Adomi, for he is your brother; you shall not abhor a Mitzri, because you were a stranger in his land. 9 The children of the third generation that are born unto them may enter into the assembly of יהוה ."
10 "When you go forth in camp against your enemies, then you shall keep yourself from every evil thing. 11 If there is among you any man that is not clean by reason of that which chances him by night, then shall he go abroad out of the camp, he shall not come within the camp. 12 But it shall be, when evening comes on, he shall bathe himself in water; and when the sun is down, he may come within the camp. 13 You shall have a place also without the camp, where you shall go forth abroad. 14 And you shall have a paddle among your weapons; and it shall be, when you sit down abroad, you shall dig therewith, and shall turn back and cover that which comes from you. 15 For יהוה your Elohim walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you, and to give up your enemies before you; therefore shall your camp be kodesh; that He sees no unseemly thing in you, and turns away from you."
16 "You shall not deliver unto his master a servant that is escaped from his master unto you; 17 he shall dwell with you, in the midst of you, in the place which he shall choose within one of your gates, where it suits him best; you shall not wrong him."
18 "There shall be no ritual harlot of the daughters of Yisra'el, neither shall there be a male ritual harlot of the sons of Yisra'el. 19 You shall not bring the hire of a harlot, or the price of a dog, into the house of יהוה your Elohim for any vow; for even both of these are an abomination unto יהוה your Elohim."
20 "You shall not lend upon interest to your brother: interest of money, interest of victuals, interest of any thing that is lent upon interest. 21 Unto a foreigner you may lend upon interest; but unto your brother you shall not lend upon interest; that יהוה your Elohim may bless you in all that you put your hand unto, in the land where you go in to possess it."
22 When you shall vow a vow unto יהוה your Elohim, you shall not be slack to pay it; for יהוה your Elohim will surely require it of you; and it will be sin in you. 23 But if you shall forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in you. 24 That which is gone out of your lips you shall observe and do; according as you have vowed freely unto יהוה your Elohim, even that which you have promised with your mouth.
25 "When you come into your neighbor's vineyard, then you may eat grapes until you have enough at your own pleasure; but you shall not put any in your vessel. 26 When you come into your neighbor's standing grain, then you may pluck ears with your hand; but you shall not move a sickle unto your neighbor's standing grain."

דברים פרק כג
א לֹא יִקַּח אִישׁ אֶת אֵשֶׁת אָבִיו וְלֹא יְגַלֶּה כְּנַף אָבִיו.
ב לֹא יָבֹא פְצוּעַ דַּכָּא וּכְרוּת שָׁפְכָה בִּקְהַל יהוה .
ג לֹא יָבֹא מַמְזֵר בִּקְהַל יהוה גַּם דּוֹר עֲשִׂירִי לֹא יָבֹא לוֹ בִּקְהַל יהוה .
ד לֹא יָבֹא עַמּוֹנִי וּמוֹאָבִי בִּקְהַל יהוה גַּם דּוֹר עֲשִׂירִי לֹא יָבֹא לָהֶם בִּקְהַל יהוה עַד עוֹלָם.
ה עַל דְּבַר אֲשֶׁר לֹא קִדְּמוּ אֶתְכֶם בַּלֶּחֶם וּבַמַּיִם בַּדֶּרֶךְ בְּצֵאתְכֶם מִמִּצְרָיִם וַאֲשֶׁר שָׂכַר עָלֶיךָ אֶת בִּלְעָם בֶּן בְּעוֹר מִפְּתוֹר אֲרַם נַהֲרַיִם לְקַלְלֶךָּ.
ו וְלֹא אָבָה יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לִשְׁמֹעַ אֶל בִּלְעָם וַיַּהֲפֹךְ יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לְּךָ אֶת הַקְּלָלָה לִבְרָכָה כִּי אֲהֵבְךָ יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ.
ז לֹא תִדְרֹשׁ שְׁלֹמָם וְטֹבָתָם כָּל יָמֶיךָ לְעוֹלָם.
ח לֹא תְתַעֵב אֲדֹמִי כִּי אָחִיךָ הוּא לֹא תְתַעֵב מִצְרִי כִּי גֵר הָיִיתָ בְאַרְצוֹ.
ט בָּנִים אֲשֶׁר יִוָּלְדוּ לָהֶם דּוֹר שְׁלִישִׁי יָבֹא לָהֶם בִּקְהַל יהוה .
י כִּי תֵצֵא מַחֲנֶה עַל אֹיְבֶיךָ וְנִשְׁמַרְתָּ מִכֹּל דָּבָר רָע.
יא כִּי יִהְיֶה בְךָ אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר לֹא יִהְיֶה טָהוֹר מִקְּרֵה לָיְלָה וְיָצָא אֶל מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה לֹא יָבֹא אֶל תּוֹךְ הַמַּחֲנֶה.
יב וְהָיָה לִפְנוֹת עֶרֶב יִרְחַץ בַּמָּיִם וּכְבֹא הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ יָבֹא אֶל תּוֹךְ הַמַּחֲנֶה.
יג וְיָד תִּהְיֶה לְךָ מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה וְיָצָאתָ שָּׁמָּה חוּץ.
יד וְיָתֵד תִּהְיֶה לְךָ עַל אֲזֵנֶךָ וְהָיָה בְּשִׁבְתְּךָ חוּץ וְחָפַרְתָּה בָהּ וְשַׁבְתָּ וְכִסִּיתָ אֶת צֵאָתֶךָ.
טו כִּי יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ מִתְהַלֵּךְ בְּקֶרֶב מַחֲנֶךָ לְהַצִּילְךָ וְלָתֵת אֹיְבֶיךָ לְפָנֶיךָ וְהָיָה מַחֲנֶיךָ קָדוֹשׁ וְלֹא יִרְאֶה בְךָ עֶרְוַת דָּבָר וְשָׁב מֵאַחֲרֶיךָ.
טז לֹא תַסְגִּיר עֶבֶד אֶל אֲדֹנָיו אֲשֶׁר יִנָּצֵל אֵלֶיךָ מֵעִם אֲדֹנָיו.
יז עִמְּךָ יֵשֵׁב בְּקִרְבְּךָ בַּמָּקוֹם אֲשֶׁר יִבְחַר בְּאַחַד שְׁעָרֶיךָ בַּטּוֹב לוֹ לֹא תּוֹנֶנּוּ.
יח לֹא תִהְיֶה קְדֵשָׁה מִבְּנוֹת יִשְׂרָאֵל וְלֹא יִהְיֶה קָדֵשׁ מִבְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל.
יט לֹא תָבִיא אֶתְנַן זוֹנָה וּמְחִיר כֶּלֶב בֵּית יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לְכָל נֶדֶר כִּי תוֹעֲבַת יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ גַּם שְׁנֵיהֶם.
כ לֹא תַשִּׁיךְ לְאָחִיךָ נֶשֶׁךְ כֶּסֶף נֶשֶׁךְ אֹכֶל נֶשֶׁךְ כָּל דָּבָר אֲשֶׁר יִשָּׁךְ.
כא לַנָּכְרִי תַשִּׁיךְ וּלְאָחִיךָ לֹא תַשִּׁיךְ לְמַעַן יְבָרֶכְךָ יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ בְּכֹל מִשְׁלַח יָדֶךָ עַל הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר אַתָּה בָא שָׁמָּה לְרִשְׁתָּהּ.
כב כִּי תִדֹּר נֶדֶר לַיהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לֹא תְאַחֵר לְשַׁלְּמוֹ כִּי דָּרֹשׁ יִדְרְשֶׁנּוּ יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ מֵעִמָּךְ וְהָיָה בְךָ חֵטְא.
כג וְכִי תֶחְדַּל לִנְדֹּר לֹא יִהְיֶה בְךָ חֵטְא.
כד מוֹצָא שְׂפָתֶיךָ תִּשְׁמֹר וְעָשִׂיתָ כַּאֲשֶׁר נָדַרְתָּ לַיהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ נְדָבָה אֲשֶׁר דִּבַּרְתָּ בְּפִיךָ.
כה כִּי תָבֹא בְּכֶרֶם רֵעֶךָ וְאָכַלְתָּ עֲנָבִים כְּנַפְשְׁךָ שָׂבְעֶךָ וְאֶל כֶּלְיְךָ לֹא תִתֵּן.
כו כִּי תָבֹא בְּקָמַת רֵעֶךָ וְקָטַפְתָּ מְלִילֹת בְּיָדֶךָ וְחֶרְמֵשׁ לֹא תָנִיף עַל קָמַת רֵעֶךָ.


D'varim Chapter 24
1 When a man takes a wife and marries her, then it comes to pass, if she finds no favor in his eyes, because he has found something eirvah in her, that he writes her a bill of divorcement, and gives it in her hand, and sends her out of his house, 2 and she departs out of his house, and goes and becomes another man's wife, 3 and the latter husband hates her, and writes her a bill of divorcement, and gives it in her hand, and sends her out of his house; or if the latter husband dies, who took her to be his wife; 4 her former husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is an abomination before יהוה ; and you shall not cause the land to sin, which יהוה your Elohim gives you for an inheritance."
5 "When a man takes a new wife, he shall not go out in the army, neither shall he be charged with any business; he shall be free for his house one year, and shall cheer his wife whom he has taken. 6 No man shall take the mill or the upper millstone to pledge; for he takes a man's life to pledge. 7 If a man is found stealing any of his brethren of B'nei Yisra'el, and he deals with him as a servant, and sells him; then that thief shall die; so shall you put away the evil from the midst of you."
8 "Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that you observe diligently, and do according to all that the Kohanim the Levi'im shall teach you, as I commanded them, so you shall observe to do. 9 Remember what יהוה your Elohim did unto Miryam, by the way as you came forth out of Mitzrayim. 10 When you lend your neighbor any manner of loan, you shall not go into his house to fetch his pledge. 11 You shall stand without, and the man to whom you lend shall bring forth the pledge without unto you. 12 And if he is a poor man, you shall not sleep with his pledge; 13 you shall surely restore to him the pledge when the sun goes down, that he may sleep in his garment, and bless you; and it shall be righteousness unto you before יהוה your Elohim.
14 "You shall not oppress a hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he is of your brethren, or of your strangers that are in your land within your gates. 15 In the same day you shall give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and sets his heart upon it: lest he cries against you unto יהוה , and it becomes sin in you."
16 "The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers; every man shall be put to death for his own sin. 17 You shall not pervert the justice due to the stranger, or to the fatherless; nor take the widow's raiment to pledge. 18 But you shall remember that you were a servant in Mitzrayim, and יהוה your Elohim redeemed you there; therefore I command you to do this thing.
19 When you reap your harvest in your field, and have forgotten a sheaf in the field, you shall not go back to fetch it; it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow; that יהוה your Elohim may bless you in all the work of your hands. 20 When you beat your olive tree, you shall not go over the boughs again; it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow. 21 When you gather the grapes of your vineyard, you shall not glean it after you; it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow. 22 And you shall remember that you were a servant in the land of Mitzrayim; therefore I command you to do this thing.


דברים פרק כד
א כִּי יִקַּח אִישׁ אִשָּׁה וּבְעָלָהּ וְהָיָה אִם לֹא תִמְצָא חֵן בְּעֵינָיו כִּי מָצָא בָהּ עֶרְוַת דָּבָר וְכָתַב לָהּ סֵפֶר כְּרִיתֻת וְנָתַן בְּיָדָהּ וְשִׁלְּחָהּ מִבֵּיתוֹ.
ב וְיָצְאָה מִבֵּיתוֹ וְהָלְכָה וְהָיְתָה לְאִישׁ אַחֵר.
ג וּשְׂנֵאָהּ הָאִישׁ הָאַחֲרוֹן וְכָתַב לָהּ סֵפֶר כְּרִיתֻת וְנָתַן בְּיָדָהּ וְשִׁלְּחָהּ מִבֵּיתוֹ אוֹ כִי יָמוּת הָאִישׁ הָאַחֲרוֹן אֲשֶׁר לְקָחָהּ לוֹ לְאִשָּׁה.
ד לֹא יוּכַל בַּעְלָהּ הָרִאשׁוֹן אֲשֶׁר שִׁלְּחָהּ לָשׁוּב לְקַחְתָּהּ לִהְיוֹת לוֹ לְאִשָּׁה אַחֲרֵי אֲשֶׁר הֻטַּמָּאָה כִּי תוֹעֵבָה הִוא לִפְנֵי יהוה וְלֹא תַחֲטִיא אֶת הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ נֹתֵן לְךָ נַחֲלָה.
ה כִּי יִקַּח אִישׁ אִשָּׁה חֲדָשָׁה לֹא יֵצֵא בַּצָּבָא וְלֹא יַעֲבֹר עָלָיו לְכָל דָּבָר נָקִי יִהְיֶה לְבֵיתוֹ שָׁנָה אֶחָת וְשִׂמַּח אֶת אִשְׁתּוֹ אֲשֶׁר לָקָח.
ו לֹא יַחֲבֹל רֵחַיִם וָרָכֶב כִּי נֶפֶשׁ הוּא חֹבֵל.
ז כִּי יִמָּצֵא אִישׁ גֹּנֵב נֶפֶשׁ מֵאֶחָיו מִבְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְהִתְעַמֶּר בּוֹ וּמְכָרוֹ וּמֵת הַגַּנָּב הַהוּא וּבִעַרְתָּ הָרָע מִקִּרְבֶּךָ.
ח הִשָּׁמֶר בְּנֶגַע הַצָּרַעַת לִשְׁמֹר מְאֹד וְלַעֲשׂוֹת כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר יוֹרוּ אֶתְכֶם הַכֹּהֲנִים הַלְוִיִּם כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוִּיתִם תִּשְׁמְרוּ לַעֲשׂוֹת.
ט זָכוֹר אֵת אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לְמִרְיָם בַּדֶּרֶךְ בְּצֵאתְכֶם מִמִּצְרָיִם.
י כִּי תַשֶּׁה בְרֵעֲךָ מַשַּׁאת מְאוּמָה לֹא תָבֹא אֶל בֵּיתוֹ לַעֲבֹט עֲבֹטוֹ.
יא בַּחוּץ תַּעֲמֹד וְהָאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר אַתָּה נֹשֶׁה בוֹ יוֹצִיא אֵלֶיךָ אֶת הַעֲבוֹט הַחוּצָה.
יב וְאִם אִישׁ עָנִי הוּא לֹא תִשְׁכַּב בַּעֲבֹטוֹ.
יג הָשֵׁב תָּשִׁיב לוֹ אֶת הַעֲבוֹט כְּבוֹא הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ וְשָׁכַב בְּשַׂלְמָתוֹ וּבֵרְכֶךָּ וּלְךָ תִּהְיֶה צְדָקָה לִפְנֵי יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ.
יד לֹא תַעֲשֹׁק שָׂכִיר עָנִי וְאֶבְיוֹן מֵאַחֶיךָ אוֹ מִגֵּרְךָ אֲשֶׁר בְּאַרְצְךָ בִּשְׁעָרֶיךָ.
טו בְּיוֹמוֹ תִתֵּן שְׂכָרוֹ וְלֹא תָבוֹא עָלָיו הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ כִּי עָנִי הוּא וְאֵלָיו הוּא נֹשֵׂא אֶת נַפְשׁוֹ וְלֹא יִקְרָא עָלֶיךָ אֶל יהוה וְהָיָה בְךָ חֵטְא.
טז לֹא יוּמְתוּ אָבוֹת עַל בָּנִים וּבָנִים לֹא יוּמְתוּ עַל אָבוֹת אִישׁ בְּחֶטְאוֹ יוּמָתוּ.
יז לֹא תַטֶּה מִשְׁפַּט גֵּר יָתוֹם וְלֹא תַחֲבֹל בֶּגֶד אַלְמָנָה.
יח וְזָכַרְתָּ כִּי עֶבֶד הָיִיתָ בְּמִצְרַיִם וַיִּפְדְּךָ יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ מִשָּׁם עַל כֵּן אָנֹכִי מְצַוְּךָ לַעֲשׂוֹת אֶת הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה.
יט כִּי תִקְצֹר קְצִירְךָ בְשָׂדֶךָ וְשָׁכַחְתָּ עֹמֶר בַּשָּׂדֶה לֹא תָשׁוּב לְקַחְתּוֹ לַגֵּר לַיָּתוֹם וְלָאַלְמָנָה יִהְיֶה לְמַעַן יְבָרֶכְךָ יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ בְּכֹל מַעֲשֵׂה יָדֶיךָ.
כ כִּי תַחְבֹּט זֵיתְךָ לֹא תְפַאֵר אַחֲרֶיךָ לַגֵּר לַיָּתוֹם וְלָאַלְמָנָה יִהְיֶה.
כא כִּי תִבְצֹר כַּרְמְךָ לֹא תְעוֹלֵל אַחֲרֶיךָ לַגֵּר לַיָּתוֹם וְלָאַלְמָנָה יִהְיֶה.
כב וְזָכַרְתָּ כִּי עֶבֶד הָיִיתָ בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם עַל כֵּן אָנֹכִי מְצַוְּךָ לַעֲשׂוֹת אֶת הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה.


D'varim Chapter 25
1 "If there is a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, and the shoftim judge them, by justifying the righteous, and condemning the wicked, 2 then it shall be, if the wicked man deserves to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face, according to the measure of his wickedness, by number. 3 Forty stripes he may give him, he shall not exceed; lest, if he should exceed, and beat him above these with many stripes, then your brother should be dishonored before your eyes."
4 "You shall not muzzle the ox when he treads out the grain."
5 "If brethren dwell together, and one of them dies, and has no child, the wife of the dead shall not be married abroad unto one not of his kin; her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him as a wife, and perform the duty of a husband's brother unto her. 6 And it shall be, that the first-born that she bears shall succeed in the name of his brother that is dead, that his name is not blotted out of Yisra'el. 7 And if the man likes not to take his brother's wife, then his brother's wife shall go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, 'My husband's brother refuses to raise up unto his brother a name in Yisra'el; he will not perform the duty of a husband's brother unto me.' 8 Then the elders of his city shall call him, and speak unto him; and if he stands, and says, 'I do not want to take her;' 9 then shall his brother's wife draw near unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face; and she shall answer and say, 'So shall it be done unto the man that does not build up his brother's house.' 10 And his name shall be called in Yisra'el 'The house of him that had his shoe loosed'."
11 "When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draws near to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smites him, and puts forth her hand, and takes him by the secrets; 12 then you shall cut off her hand, your eye shall have no pity."
13 "You shall not have in your bag diverse weights, a great one and a small one. 14 You shall not have in your house diverse measures, a great one and a small one. 15 A perfect and just weight shall you have; a perfect and just measure shall you have; that your days may be long upon the land which יהוה your Elohim gives you. 16 For all that do such things, even all that do unrighteously, are an abomination unto יהוה your Elohim."
17 "Remember what Amalek did unto you by the way as you came forth out of Mitzrayim; 18 how he met you by the way, and smote the hindmost of you, all that were enfeebled behind you, when you were faint and weary; and he feared not Elohim. 19 Therefore it shall be, when יהוה your Elohim has given you rest from all your enemies round about, in the land which יהוה your Elohim gives you for an inheritance to possess it, that you shall blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; you shall not forget."

א כִּי יִהְיֶה רִיב בֵּין אֲנָשִׁים וְנִגְּשׁוּ אֶל הַמִּשְׁפָּט וּשְׁפָטוּם וְהִצְדִּיקוּ אֶת הַצַּדִּיק וְהִרְשִׁיעוּ אֶת הָרָשָׁע.
ב וְהָיָה אִם בִּן הַכּוֹת הָרָשָׁע וְהִפִּילוֹ הַשֹּׁפֵט וְהִכָּהוּ לְפָנָיו כְּדֵי רִשְׁעָתוֹ בְּמִסְפָּר.
ג אַרְבָּעִים יַכֶּנּוּ לֹא יֹסִיף פֶּן יֹסִיף לְהַכֹּתוֹ עַל אֵלֶּה מַכָּה רַבָּה וְנִקְלָה אָחִיךָ לְעֵינֶיךָ.
ד לֹא תַחְסֹם שׁוֹר בְּדִישׁוֹ.
ה כִּי יֵשְׁבוּ אַחִים יַחְדָּו וּמֵת אַחַד מֵהֶם וּבֵן אֵין לוֹ לֹא תִהְיֶה אֵשֶׁת הַמֵּת הַחוּצָה לְאִישׁ זָר יְבָמָהּ יָבֹא עָלֶיהָ וּלְקָחָהּ לוֹ לְאִשָּׁה וְיִבְּמָהּ.
ו וְהָיָה הַבְּכוֹר אֲשֶׁר תֵּלֵד יָקוּם עַל שֵׁם אָחִיו הַמֵּת וְלֹא יִמָּחֶה שְׁמוֹ מִיִּשְׂרָאֵל.
ז וְאִם לֹא יַחְפֹּץ הָאִישׁ לָקַחַת אֶת יְבִמְתּוֹ וְעָלְתָה יְבִמְתּוֹ הַשַּׁעְרָה אֶל הַזְּקֵנִים וְאָמְרָה מֵאֵן יְבָמִי לְהָקִים לְאָחִיו שֵׁם בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל לֹא אָבָה יַבְּמִי.
ח וְקָרְאוּ לוֹ זִקְנֵי עִירוֹ וְדִבְּרוּ אֵלָיו וְעָמַד וְאָמַר לֹא חָפַצְתִּי לְקַחְתָּהּ.
ט וְנִגְּשָׁה יְבִמְתּוֹ אֵלָיו לְעֵינֵי הַזְּקֵנִים וְחָלְצָה נַעֲלוֹ מֵעַל רַגְלוֹ וְיָרְקָה בְּפָנָיו וְעָנְתָה וְאָמְרָה כָּכָה יֵעָשֶׂה לָאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר לֹא יִבְנֶה אֶת בֵּית אָחִיו.
י וְנִקְרָא שְׁמוֹ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל בֵּית חֲלוּץ הַנָּעַל.
יא כִּי יִנָּצוּ אֲנָשִׁים יַחְדָּו אִישׁ וְאָחִיו וְקָרְבָה אֵשֶׁת הָאֶחָד לְהַצִּיל אֶת אִישָּׁהּ מִיַּד מַכֵּהוּ וְשָׁלְחָה יָדָהּ וְהֶחֱזִיקָה בִּמְבֻשָׁיו.
יב וְקַצֹּתָה אֶת כַּפָּהּ לֹא תָחוֹס עֵינֶךָ.
יג לֹא יִהְיֶה לְךָ בְּכִיסְךָ אֶבֶן וָאָבֶן גְּדוֹלָה וּקְטַנָּה.
יד לֹא יִהְיֶה לְךָ בְּבֵיתְךָ אֵיפָה וְאֵיפָה גְּדוֹלָה וּקְטַנָּה.
טו אֶבֶן שְׁלֵמָה וָצֶדֶק יִהְיֶה לָּךְ אֵיפָה שְׁלֵמָה וָצֶדֶק יִהְיֶה לָּךְ לְמַעַן יַאֲרִיכוּ יָמֶיךָ עַל הָאֲדָמָה אֲשֶׁר יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ נֹתֵן לָךְ.
טז כִּי תוֹעֲבַת יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ כָּל עֹשֵׂה אֵלֶּה כֹּל עֹשֵׂה עָוֶל.
יז זָכוֹר אֵת אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה לְךָ עֲמָלֵק בַּדֶּרֶךְ בְּצֵאתְכֶם מִמִּצְרָיִם.
יח אֲשֶׁר קָרְךָ בַּדֶּרֶךְ וַיְזַנֵּב בְּךָ כָּל הַנֶּחֱשָׁלִים אַחֲרֶיךָ וְאַתָּה עָיֵף וְיָגֵעַ וְלֹא יָרֵא אֱלֹהִים.
יט וְהָיָה בְּהָנִיחַ יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לְךָ מִכָּל אֹיְבֶיךָ מִסָּבִיב בָּאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר יהוה אֱלֹהֶיךָ נֹתֵן לְךָ נַחֲלָה לְרִשְׁתָּהּ תִּמְחֶה אֶת זֵכֶר עֲמָלֵק מִתַּחַת הַשָּׁמָיִם לֹא תִּשְׁכָּח.


HAFTARAH

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 40
1 "'Comfort, comfort My people', says your Elohim.
2 'Bid Yerushalayim take heart, and proclaim unto her that her time of service is accomplished, that her guilt is paid off; that she has received of the hand of יהוה double for all her sins.'
3 'Hark!' one calls, 'Clear in the wilderness the way of יהוה , make plain in the desert a highway for our Elohim'.
4 Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the rugged shall be made level, and the rough places a plain;
5 and the Kavod יהוה shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of יהוה has spoken it."
6 "'Hark!' one says, 'Proclaim!' And he says, 'What shall I proclaim? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field;
7 the grass withers, the flower fades; because the breath of יהוה blows upon it; surely the people is grass.
8 The grass withers, the flower fades; but the D'var Eloheinu shall stand forever.'
9 O you that tell good tidings to Tzion, get up into the high mountain; O you that tell good tidings to Yerushalayim, lift up your voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Yehudah, 'Behold your Elohim!'
10 Behold, Adonai יהוה will come as a Mighty One, and His arm will rule for Him; behold, His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him.
11 Even as a shepherd that feeds his flock, that gathers the lambs in his arm, and carries them in his bosom, and gently leads those that nurse.

יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק מ
א נַחֲמוּ נַחֲמוּ עַמִּי יֹאמַר אֱלֹהֵיכֶם.
ב דַּבְּרוּ עַל לֵב יְרוּשָׁלִַם וְקִרְאוּ אֵלֶיהָ כִּי מָלְאָה צְבָאָהּ כִּי נִרְצָה עֲו‍ֹנָהּ: כִּי לָקְחָה מִיַּד יהוה כִּפְלַיִם בְּכָל חַטֹּאתֶיהָ.
ג קוֹל קוֹרֵא בַּמִּדְבָּר פַּנּוּ דֶּרֶךְ יהוה ; יַשְּׁרוּ בָּעֲרָבָה מְסִלָּה לֵאלֹהֵינוּ.
ד כָּל גֶּיא יִנָּשֵׂא וְכָל הַר וְגִבְעָה יִשְׁפָּלוּ; וְהָיָה הֶעָקֹב לְמִישׁוֹר וְהָרְכָסִים לְבִקְעָה.
ה וְנִגְלָה כְּבוֹד יהוה ; וְרָאוּ כָל בָּשָׂר יַחְדָּו כִּי פִּי יהוה דִּבֵּר.
ו קוֹל אֹמֵר קְרָא וְאָמַר מָה אֶקְרָא; כָּל הַבָּשָׂר חָצִיר וְכָל חַסְדּוֹ כְּצִיץ הַשָּׂדֶה.
ז יָבֵשׁ חָצִיר נָבֵל צִיץ כִּי רוּחַ יהוה נָשְׁבָה בּוֹ; אָכֵן חָצִיר הָעָם.
ח יָבֵשׁ חָצִיר נָבֵל צִיץ; וּדְבַר אֱלֹהֵינוּ יָקוּם לְעוֹלָם.
ט עַל הַר גָּבֹהַּ עֲלִי לָךְ מְבַשֶּׂרֶת צִיּוֹן הָרִימִי בַכֹּחַ קוֹלֵךְ מְבַשֶּׂרֶת יְרוּשָׁלִָם; הָרִימִי אַל תִּירָאִי אִמְרִי לְעָרֵי יְהוּדָה הִנֵּה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם.
י הִנֵּה אֲדֹנָי יהוה בְּחָזָק יָבוֹא וּזְרֹעוֹ מֹשְׁלָה לוֹ; הִנֵּה שְׂכָרוֹ אִתּוֹ וּפְעֻלָּתוֹ לְפָנָיו.
יא כְּרֹעֶה עֶדְרוֹ יִרְעֶה בִּזְרֹעוֹ יְקַבֵּץ טְלָאִים וּבְחֵיקוֹ יִשָּׂא; עָלוֹת יְנַהֵל.

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 54
1 "Sing, O barren, you that did not bear, break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you that did not travail; for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, says יהוה .
2 Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of your habitations, spare not; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes.
3 For you shall spread abroad on the right hand and on the left; and your seed shall possess the nations, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.
4 Fear not, for you shall not be ashamed. Neither be confounded, for you shall not be put to shame; for you shall forget the shame of your youth, and the reproach of your widowhood shall you remember no more.
5 For your Maker is your husband, יהוה Tzeva'ot is His Name; and the Kadosh One of Yisra'el is your Redeemer, the Elohim of the whole earth shall He be called.
6 For יהוה has called you as a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit; and a wife of youth, 'Can she be rejected?' says your Elohim.
7 For a small moment have I forsaken you; but with great compassion will I gather you.
8 In a little wrath I hid My face from you for a moment; but with everlasting compassion will I have mercy on you, says יהוה your Redeemer.
9 For this is as the waters of No'akh unto Me; for as I have sworn that the waters of No'akh should no more go over the earth, so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with you, nor rebuke you.
10 For the mountains may depart, and the hills be removed; but My kindness shall not depart from you, neither shall My Brit Shalom be removed, says יהוה that has mercy on you.

יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק נד
א רָנִּי עֲקָרָה לֹא יָלָדָה; פִּצְחִי רִנָּה וְצַהֲלִי לֹ חָלָה כִּי רַבִּים בְּנֵי שׁוֹמֵמָה מִבְּנֵי בְעוּלָה אָמַר יהוה .
ב הַרְחִיבִי מְקוֹם אָהֳלֵךְ וִירִיעוֹת מִשְׁכְּנוֹתַיִךְ יַטּוּ אַל תַּחְשֹׂכִי; הַאֲרִיכִי מֵיתָרַיִךְ וִיתֵדֹתַיִךְ חַזֵּקִי.
ג כִּי יָמִין וּשְׂמֹאול תִּפְרֹצִי; וְזַרְעֵךְ גּוֹיִם יִירָשׁ וְעָרִים נְשַׁמּוֹת יוֹשִׁיבוּ.
ד אַל תִּירְאִי כִּי לֹא תֵבוֹשִׁי וְאַל תִּכָּלְמִי כִּי לֹא תַחְפִּירִי: כִּי בֹשֶׁת עֲלוּמַיִךְ תִּשְׁכָּחִי וְחֶרְפַּת אַלְמְנוּתַיִךְ לֹא תִזְכְּרִי עוֹד.
ה כִּי בֹעֲלַיִךְ עֹשַׂיִךְ יהוה צְבָאוֹת שְׁמוֹ; וְגֹאֲלֵךְ קְדוֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל אֱלֹהֵי כָל הָאָרֶץ יִקָּרֵא.
ו כִּי כְאִשָּׁה עֲזוּבָה וַעֲצוּבַת רוּחַ קְרָאָךְ יהוה ; וְאֵשֶׁת נְעוּרִים כִּי תִמָּאֵס אָמַר אֱלֹהָיִךְ.
ז בְּרֶגַע קָטֹן עֲזַבְתִּיךְ; וּבְרַחֲמִים גְּדֹלִים אֲקַבְּצֵךְ.
ח בְּשֶׁצֶף קֶצֶף הִסְתַּרְתִּי פָנַי רֶגַע מִמֵּךְ וּבְחֶסֶד עוֹלָם רִחַמְתִּיךְ אָמַר גֹּאֲלֵךְ יהוה.
ט כִּי מֵי נֹחַ זֹאת לִי אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּעְתִּי מֵעֲבֹר מֵי נֹחַ עוֹד עַל הָאָרֶץ כֵּן נִשְׁבַּעְתִּי מִקְּצֹף עָלַיִךְ וּמִגְּעָר בָּךְ.
י כִּי הֶהָרִים יָמוּשׁוּ וְהַגְּבָעוֹת תְּמוּטֶינָה וְחַסְדִּי מֵאִתֵּךְ לֹא יָמוּשׁ וּבְרִית שְׁלוֹמִי לֹא תָמוּט אָמַר מְרַחֲמֵךְ יהוה .

Tehillah Chapter 32
1 By David. A Maskil. Happy is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is
pardoned.
2 Happy is the man unto whom יהוה counts not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no
guile.
3 When I kept silence, my bones wore away through my groaning all the day long.
4 For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; my sap was turned as in the
droughts of summer. Selah.
5 I acknowledged my sin unto You, and my iniquity have I not hidden; I said, "I will
make confession concerning my transgressions unto יהוה ;" and You, You forgave the
iniquity of my sin. Selah.
6 For this let every Khasid pray unto You in a time when You may be found; surely,
when the great waters overflow, they will not reach unto him.
7 You are my hiding-place; You will preserve me from the adversary; with songs of
deliverance You will encompass me about. Selah.
8 "I will instruct you and guide you in the Derekh in which you shall go; I will give
counsel, My eye being upon you."
9 Be not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding; whose mouth must
be held in with bit and bridle, that they come not near unto you.
10 Many are the sorrows of the wicked; but he that trusts in יהוה , compassion
encompasses him.
11 Be glad in יהוה , and rejoice, you Tzadikim; and shout for joy, all you that are upright in heart.

תְהִלִים פרק לב
א לְדָוִד מַׂשְּכִיל: אַׁשְרֵי נְׂשּויּ פֶׁשַע; כְּסוּי חֲטָאָה.
ב אַׁשְרֵי אָדָם לֹא יַחְׁשֹב יהוהֹ לוׂ עָוֹן; וְאֵיןֹ בְּרּוחוׂ רְמִּיָה.
ג כִּי הֶחֱרַׁשְּתִיּ בָּלוּ עֲצָמָי בְּשַאֲגָתִי
כָּלהַּיֹום.
ד כִּי יֹומָם וָלַיְלָה תִּכְבַּד עָלַיָ יָדֶך:ְ נֶהְּפַך לְׁשַּדִיּ בְחַרְבֹנֵי קַיִץ סֶלָה.

ו עַל זֹאת יִתְּפַּלֵלּ כָל חָסִיד אֵלֶיךָ לְעֵת מְצֹא: רַק לְׁשֵטֶף מַיִם רַּבִים אֵלָיו לֹא יַּגִיעוּ.
ז אַּתָה סֵתֶר לִי מִּצַּר תִּצְרֵנִי: רָּנֵי פַּלֵט;ּ תְסֹובְבֵנִי סֶלָה.
ח אַׂשְּכִילְךָ וְאֹורְךְ בְּדֶרֶךִ זוּ תֵלֵך; אִיעֲצָהָ עָלֶיךָ עֵינִי.
ט אַלּ תִּהְיּוּ כְסּוּס כְפֶרֶד אֵין הָבִין: בְּמֶתֶג וָרֶסֶן עֶדְיוׂ לִבְלֹום; בַּל קְרֹב אֵלֶיךָ.
י רַּבִים מַכְאֹובִים לָרָׁשָע: וְהַּבֹוטֵחַּ בַיהוה חֶסֶד יְסֹובְבֶנּוּ.
יא שִֹמְחוּ בַיהוהּ וְגִילוּ צַּדִיקִים; וְהַרְנִינּוּ כָל יִׁשְרֵי לֵב.

BRIT HAKHADASHAH

Yokhanan Markos Chapter 1
1 The beginning of HaB'sorah of Yeshua HaMashi'akh, Ben HaElohim.
2 As it is written in Yesha-Yahu HaNavi, “Behold I send my messenger before you, that he may prepare your way,
3 the voice that cries in the wilderness, ‘Make ready the way of יהוה , and straighten His highways.'”
4 Yokhanan was in the wilderness, immersing and declaring the immersion of Teshuvah for the forgiveness of sins,
5 and the whole province of Y'hudah went out to him, and all the people of Yerushalayim; and he immersed them in the river Yarden, when they confessed their sins. 
6 Yokhanan was dressed in camel’s hair, with a girdle of leather fastened around his loins; and his food was locusts and wild honey.
7 And he declared saying, “Behold, there is coming after me one who is mightier than myself, even the straps of whose sandals I am not good enough to bend down and loosen.
8 I have immersed you with water; but He will immerse you with The Ru'akh HaKodesh.” 
9 And it came to pass in those days, Yeshua came from Natzrat of the Galil, and was immersed in the Yarden by Yokhanan.
10 And immediately, as He went up out of the water, He saw the sky open, and HaRu'akh as a dove came down upon Him. 11 And a voice came from Heaven, “You are my Ben HaAhuv, I am pleased with you.”
12 And immediately HaRu'akh drove Him out into the wilderness.
13 And He was there in the wilderness forty days, being tempted by HaSatan; and He was with the wild beasts; and the Malakhim ministered to Him. 
14 But after Yokhanan was delivered up, Yeshua came to the Galil, declaring HaB'sorah Malkhut HaElohim,
15 and saying, “The time has come to an end, and Malkhut HaElohim is at hand; repent, and trust in HaB'sorah.”

ז הִנֵּה בָּא אַחֲרַי חָזָק מִמֶּנִּי, אֲשֶׁר אֵינֶנִּי רָאוּי לִכְרֹעַ וּלְהַתִּיר אֶת שְׂרוֹכֵי נְעָלָיו.
ח אֲנִי הִטְבַּלְתִּיכֶם בְּמַיִם, אַךְ הוּא יַטְבִּילְכֶם בְּרוּחַ הַקֹּדֶשׁ.
ט וּבַיָּמִים הָהֵם בָּא יֵשׁוּעַ מִנָּצְרַת שֶׁבַּגָּלִיל וְנִטְבַּל בַּיַּרְדֵּן עַל-יְדֵי יוֹחָנָן.
י וּמִיָּד עִם עֲלוֹתוֹ מִן הַמַּיִם, רָאָה שֶׁנִּבְקְעוּ הַשָּׁמַיִם, וְהָרוּחַ כְּיוֹנָה שֶׁיָּרְדָה עָלָיו.
יא וְקוֹל הָיָה מִן הַשָּׁמַיִם: אַתָּה הוּא בְּנִי הָאָהוּב, בְּךָ חָפַצְתִּי.
יב וּמִיָּד הוֹצִיאָה אוֹתוֹ הָרוּחַ אֶל הַמִּדְבָּר;
יג וְהָיָה שָׁם בַּמִּדְבָּר אַרְבָּעִים יוֹם, מְנֻסֶּה עַל-יְדֵי הַשָּׂטָן; וְהָיָה עִם הַחַיּוֹת, וְהַמַּלְאָכִים שֵׁרְתוּ אוֹתוֹ.
יד אַחֲרֵי שֶׁהֻסְגַּר יוֹחָנָן, בָּא יֵשׁוּעַ לַגָּלִיל וְהִכְרִיז אֶת בְּשׂוֹרַת מַלְכוּת הָאֱלֹהִים,
טֵֵו וְאָמַר: מָלְאָה הָעֵת וְהִגִּיעָה מַלְכוּת הָאֱלֹהִים. שׁוּבוּ וְהַאֲמִינוּ בַּבְּשׂוֹרָה.

Luka Chapter 23
1 Then the whole company of them rose up and brought Him to Pilatos;
2 and they began to accuse Him, saying, “We found this man misleading our people and forbidding to pay the head tax to Caesar; and He says concerning Himself that He is Melekh HaMashi'akh.”
3 Pilatos asked Him, saying, “Are you Melekh of the Yehudim?” He said to him, “That is what you say.”
4 Then Pilatos said to the chief Kohanim and the people, “I cannot find any fault against this man.”
5 But they shouted and said, “He has stirred up our people, teaching throughout Y'hudah, and beginning from the Galil even to this place.”
6 When Pilatos heard the name ‘the Galil,' he asked if the man was a Gelili.
7 And when he knew that He was under the jurisdiction of Herodus, he sent Him to Herodus, because he was in Yerushalayim at that time.
8 When Herodus saw Yeshua, he was exceedingly glad, for he had wanted to see Him for a long time because he had heard many things concerning Him, and he hoped to see some miracle by Him.
9 And he asked Him many questions; but Yeshua gave him no answer.
10 Then the chief Kohanim and the Sofrim stood and accused Him bitterly.
11 And Herodus and his soldiers insulted Him and mocked Him, and dressed Him in garments of scarlet and sent Him to Pilatos.
12 And that day Pilatos and Herodus became friends with each other; for there had been a long-standing enmity between them.
13 Then Pilatos called the chief Kohanim and the leaders of the people,
14 and he said to them, “You brought me this man as if He were misleading your people; and behold, I have examined Him before your own eyes, and I have found no fault in Him concerning all that you accuse Him.
15 Nor even has Herodus; for I sent Him to him; and behold, He has done nothing worthy of death.
16 I will therefore chastise Him and release Him.”
17 For there was a custom to release to them one at the Khag.
18 But the whole crowd cried out saying, “Get rid of Him and release to us Bar Abba,”
19 who, because of sedition and murder which had happened in the city, was cast into prison.
20 Again Pilatos spoke to them, desiring to release Yeshua.
21 But they cried out, saying, “Execute Him, execute Him!”
22 And he said to them the third time, “What evil has He done? I have found nothing in Him worthy of death; I will therefore chastise Him and release Him.
23 But they persisted with loud voices, and asked to execute Him. And their voices and that of the chief Kohanim prevailed.
24 Then Pilatos commanded to have their request granted.
25 So he released to them the one who because of sedition and murder was cast into prison, whom they asked for; and he delivered Yeshua to their will.

לוקא פרק כג
א רֵאשִׁית בְּשׂוֹרַת יֵשׁוּעַ הַמָּשִׁיחַ בֶּן-הָאֱלֹהִים.

ו וְהוּא יוֹחָנָן לָבוּשׁ הָיָה לְבוּשׁ מִשְּׂעַר גְּמַלִּים וְחָגוּר חֲגוֹרַת עוֹר בְּמָתְנָיו; וּמַאֲכָלוֹ הָיָה שָׁרָשִׁים וּדְבַשׁ בָּר. וְהוּה הִכְרִיז וְאָמַר:
ז הִנֵּה בָּא אַחֲרַי חָזָק מִמֶּנִּי, אֲשֶׁר אֵינֶנִּי רָאוּי לִכְרֹעַ וּלְהַתִּיר אֶת שְׂרוֹכֵי נְעָלָיו.
ח אֲנִי הִטְבַּלְתִּיכֶם בְּמַיִם, אַךְ הוּא יַטְבִּילְכֶם בְּרוּחַ הַקֹּדֶשׁ.
ט וּבַיָּמִים הָהֵם בָּא יֵשׁוּעַ מִנָּצְרַת שֶׁבַּגָּלִיל וְנִטְבַּל בַּיַּרְדֵּן עַל-יְדֵי יוֹחָנָן.
י וּמִיָּד עִם עֲלוֹתוֹ מִן הַמַּיִם, רָאָה שֶׁנִּבְקְעוּ הַשָּׁמַיִם, וְהָרוּחַ כְּיוֹנָה שֶׁיָּרְדָה עָלָיו.
יא וְקוֹל הָיָה מִן הַשָּׁמַיִם: אַתָּה הוּא בְּנִי הָאָהוּב, בְּךָ חָפַצְתִּי.
יב וּמִיָּד הוֹצִיאָה אוֹתוֹ הָרוּחַ אֶל הַמִּדְבָּר;
יג וְהָיָה שָׁם בַּמִּדְבָּר אַרְבָּעִים יוֹם, מְנֻסֶּה עַל-יְדֵי הַשָּׂטָן; וְהָיָה עִם הַחַיּוֹת, וְהַמַּלְאָכִים שֵׁרְתוּ אוֹתוֹ.
יד אַחֲרֵי שֶׁהֻסְגַּר יוֹחָנָן, בָּא יֵשׁוּעַ לַגָּלִיל וְהִכְרִיז אֶת בְּשׂוֹרַת מַלְכוּת הָאֱלֹהִים,
