D'varim Chapter 12
29 "When יהוה your Elohim shall cut off the nations from before you where you go in to dispossess them, and you dispossess them and dwell in their land, 30 take heed to yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them, after that they are destroyed from before you; and that you inquire not after their gods, saying, 'How did these nations used to serve their gods? Even so will I do likewise.' 31 You shall not do so unto יהוה your Elohim; for every abomination to יהוה , which He hates, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters do they burn in the fire to their gods."

D'varim Chapter 13
1 "All this word which I command you, that shall you observe to do; you shall not add thereto, nor diminish from it."
2 "If there arises in the midst of you a navi, or a dreamer of dreams, and he gives you a sign or a wonder, 3 and the sign or the wonder comes to pass, whereof he spoke unto you, saying, 'Let us go after other gods, which you have not known, and let us serve them;' 4 you shall not hearken unto the words of that navi, or unto that dreamer of dreams; for יהוה your Elohim puts you to test, to know whether you do love יהוה your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul. 5 After יהוה your Elohim shall you walk, and Him shall you fear, and His Mitzvot shall you keep, and unto His voice shall you hearken, and Him shall you serve, and unto Him shall you cleave. 6 And that navi, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he has spoken perversion against יהוה your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Mitzrayim, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to draw you aside out of the way in which יהוה your Elohim commanded you to walk. So shall you put away the evil from the midst of you."
7 "If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son, or your daughter, or the wife of your bosom, or your friend, that is as your own soul, entices you secretly, saying, 'Let us go and serve other gods,' which you have not known, you, nor your fathers; 8 of the gods of the peoples that are round about you, nigh unto you, or far off from you, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth; 9 you shall not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall your eye pity him, neither shall you spare, neither shall you conceal him; 10 but you shall surely kill him; your hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. 11 And you shall stone him with stones, that he dies; because he has sought to draw you away from יהוה your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Mitzrayim, out of the house of bondage. 12 And all Yisra'el shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is in the midst of you."
13 "If you shall hear tell concerning one of your cities, which יהוה your Elohim gives you to dwell there, saying, 14 'Certain base fellows are gone out from the midst of you, and have drawn away the inhabitants of their city, saying, 'Let us go and serve other gods, which you have not known';' 15 then shall you inquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it is truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in the midst of you, 16 you shall surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword. 17 And you shall gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the broad place thereof, and shall burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof every whit, unto יהוה your Elohim; and it shall be a heap forever; it shall not be built again. 18 And there shall cleave nought of the devoted thing to your hand, that יהוה may turn from the fierceness of His anger, and show you mercy, and have compassion upon you, and multiply you, as He has sworn unto your fathers; 19 when you shall hearken to the voice of יהוה your Elohim, to keep all His Mitzvot which I command you this day, to do that which is right in the eyes of יהוה your Elohim."

D'varim Chapter 14
1 "You are the children of יהוה your Elohim: you shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead. 2 For you are a kadosh people unto יהוה your Elohim, and יהוה has chosen you to be His own treasure out of all peoples that are upon the face of the earth."
3 "You shall not eat any abominable thing. 4 These are the beasts which you may eat: the ox, the sheep, and the goat, 5 the hart, and the gazelle, and the roebuck, and the wild goat, and the pygarg, and the antelope, and the mountain-sheep. 6 And every beast that parts the hoof, and has the hoof wholly cloven in two, and chews the cud, among the beasts, that you may eat. 7 Nevertheless these you shall not eat of them that only chew the cud, or of them that only have the hoof cloven: the camel, and the hare, and the rock-badger, because they chew the cud but part not the hoof, they are unclean unto you; 8 and the swine, because he parts the hoof but chews not the cud, he is unclean unto you; of their flesh you shall not eat, and their carcasses you shall not touch."
9 "These you may eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever has fins and scales may you eat; 10 and whatsoever has not fins and scales you shall not eat; it is unclean unto you."
11 "Of all clean birds you may eat. 12 But these are they of which you shall not eat: the great vulture, and the bearded vulture, and the ospray; 13 and the glede, and the falcon, and the kite after its kinds; 14 and every raven after its kinds; 15 and the ostrich, and the night-hawk, and the sea-mew, and the hawk after its kinds; 16 the little owl, and the great owl, and the horned owl; 17 and the pelican, and the carrion-vulture, and the cormorant; 18 and the stork, and the heron after its kinds, and the hoopoe, and the bat. 19 And all winged swarming things are unclean unto you; they shall not be eaten. 20 Of all clean winged things you may eat."
21 "You shall not eat of any thing that dies of itself; you may give it unto the stranger that is within your gates, that he may eat it; or you may sell it unto a foreigner; for you are a set-apart people unto יהוה your Elohim. You shall not seethe a kid in its mother's milk."
22 "You shall surely tithe all the increase of your seed, that which is brought forth in the field year by year. 23 And you shall eat before יהוה your Elohim, in the place which He shall choose to cause His Name to dwell there, the tenth-part of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the firstlings of your herd and of your flock; that you may learn to fear יהוה your Elohim always. 24 And if the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry it, because the place is too far from you, which יהוה your Elohim shall choose to set His Name there, when יהוה your Elohim shall bless you; 25 then shall you turn it into money, and bind up the money in your hand, and shall go unto the place which יהוה your Elohim shall choose. 26 And you shall bestow the money for whatsoever your soul desires, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever your soul asks of you; and you shall eat there before יהוה your Elohim, and you shall rejoice, you and your household. 27 And HaLevi that is within your gates, you shall not forsake him; for he has no portion nor inheritance with you."
28 "At the end of every three years, even in the same year, you shall bring forth all the tenth-part of your increase, and shall lay it up within your gates. 29 And HaLevi, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within your gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that יהוה your Elohim may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do."

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 44
11 Behold, all the fellows thereof shall be ashamed; and the craftsmen skilled above men; let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; they shall fear, they shall be ashamed together. 12 The smith makes an axe, and works in the coals, and fashions it with hammers, and works it with his strong arm; yes, he is hungry, and his strength fails; he drinks no water, and is faint. 13 The carpenter stretches out a line; he marks it out with a pencil; he fits it with planes, and he marks it out with the compasses, and makes it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of a man, to dwell in the house. 14 He hews him down cedars, and takes the ilex and the oak, and strengthens for himself one among the trees of the forest; he plants a bay tree, and the rain does nourish it. 15 Then a man uses it for fuel; and he takes thereof, and warms himself; yes, he kindles it, and bakes bread; yes, he makes a god, and worships it; he makes it a graven image, and falls down thereto. 16 He burns the half thereof in the fire; with the half thereof he eats flesh; he roasts a roast, and is satisfied; yes, he warms himself, and says, 'Aha, I am warm, I have seen the fire'; 17 and the residue thereof he makes a god, even his graven image; he falls down unto it and worships, and prays unto it, and says, 'Deliver me, for you are my god.' 18 They know not, neither do they understand; for their eyes are bedaubed, that they cannot see, and their hearts, that they cannot understand. 19 And none considers in his heart, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, 'I have burned the half of it in the fire; yes, also I have baked bread upon the coals thereof; I have roasted flesh and eaten it; and shall I make the residue thereof an abomination? Shall I fall down to the stock of a tree?' 20 He strives after ashes, a deceived heart has turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, 'Is there not a lie in my right hand?' 21 Remember these things, O Ya'akov, and Yisra'el, for you are My servant; I have formed you, you are My own servant; O Yisra'el, you should not forget Me. 22 I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins; return unto Me, for I have redeemed you. 23 Sing, O you heavens, for יהוה has done it; shout, you lowest parts of the earth; break forth into singing, you mountains, O forest, and every tree therein; for יהוה has redeemed Ya'akov, and does glorify Himself in Yisra'el. 24 Thus says יהוה , your Redeemer, and He that formed you from the womb, 'I am יהוה , that makes all things; that stretched forth the heavens, alone; that spread abroad the earth by Myself; 25 that frustrates the tokens of the imposters, and makes diviners mad; that turns wise men backward, and makes their knowledge foolish; 26 that confirms the D'var, His Servant, and performs the counsel of His Malakhim; that says of Yerushalayim, 'She shall be inhabited'; and of the cities of Yehudah, 'They shall be built, and I will raise up the waste places thereof'; 27 That says to the deep, 'Be dry, and I will dry up your rivers'; 28 That says of Koresh, 'He is My shepherd, and shall perform all My pleasure'; even saying of Yerushalayim, 'She shall be built'; and to the Heikhal, 'My foundation shall be laid'."

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 45
1 "Thus says יהוה to His anointed, to Koresh, whose right hand I have held, to subdue nations before him, and to loose the loins of kings; to open the doors before him, and that the gates may not be shut: 2 'I will go before you, and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the doors of brass, and cut asunder the bars of iron; 3 And I will give you the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I am יהוה , who calls you by your name, even Elohei Yisra'el. 4 For the sake of Ya'akov My servant, and Yisra'el My elect, I have called you by your name, I have surnamed you, though you have not known Me. 5 I am יהוה , and there is none else, beside Me there is no Elohim; I have girded you, though you have not known Me;

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 54
11 O you afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in fair colors, and lay your foundations with sapphires. 12 And I will make your pinnacles of rubies, and your gates of carbuncles, and all your border of precious stones. 13 And all your children shall be taught of יהוה ; and great shall be the shalom of your children. 14 In tzedaka shall you be established far from oppression, for you shall not fear, and from ruin, for it shall not come near you. 15 Behold, they may gather together, but not by Me; whoever shall gather together against you shall fall because of you. 16 Behold, I have created the smith that blows the fire of coals, and brings forth a weapon for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy. 17 No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of יהוה , and their Tzedaka from Me, says יהוה ."

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 55
1 "Ho, every one that thirsts, come for water, and he that has no money; come, buy, and eat; yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. 2 Why do you spend money for that which is not bread, and your gain for that which does not satisfy? Hearken diligently unto Me, and eat that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. 3 Incline your ear, and come unto Me; hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make a Brit Olam with you, even the sure mercies of David. 4 Behold, I have given him for a witness to the peoples, a prince and commander to the peoples. 5 Behold, you shall call a nation that you know not, and a nation that did not know you shall run unto you; because of יהוה your Elohim, and for the Kadosh One of Yisra'el, for He has glorified you.

Yokhanan Alef Chapter 2
18 My children, it is the last time; and as you have heard that a false Mashi'akh shall come, even now there are many false Mashi'akhim, and from this we know that it is the last time. 19 They went out from among us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they left us, that it might be known they did not belong to us. 20 But you have been anointed by the Kadosh One, and you are enabled to distinguish between men. 21 I have written to you not because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and are aware that no lie comes out of the truth. 22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Yeshua is the Mashi'akh? He is a false Mashi'akh, and whoever denies HaAv, denies HaBen also. 23 Whoever denies HaBen, the same does not believe in HaAv; but whoever acknowledges HaBen acknowledges HaAv also. 24 As for you, let that, therefore, abide in you which you have heard from the very beginning. For if that which you have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, you also shall continue in HaAv and in HaBen.
25 And this is the promise that He has promised us, even eternal life. 26 These things I have written to you concerning those who seduce you.

Yokhanan Alef Chapter 4
1 My beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to find out if they are of Elohim, because many false prophets have appeared in the world. 2 Ru'akh HaElohim is known by this: every spirit which declares that Yeshua HaMashi'akh is come in flesh is from Elohim. 3 And every spirit which does not declare that Yeshua HaMashi'akh is come in flesh is not from Elohim, but it is the spirit of the false Mashi'akh, of whose coming you have heard and who is even now already in the world.
4 But you are of Elohim, my children, and have overcome them, because He who is among you is greater than he who is in the world. 5 They are of the world; therefore they speak of the world, and the world hears them. 6 But we are of Elohim; he who knows Elohim hears us; he who is not of Elohim does not hear us. By this we know The Ru'akh HaEmet and the spirit of error.

Yokhanan Chapter 16
1 “I have spoken these things to you so that you may not stumble. 2 For they will put you out of their Beit K’nessets; and the hour will come that whoever kills you will think that he has offered an offering to Elohim. 3 And these things they will do because they have not known Avi, nor me. 4 I have spoken these things to you that when their time does come, you may remember them, and that I told you. And these things I did not tell you before because I was with you. 5 But now I am going to Him who sent me, and yet no one of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’ 6 But because I told you these things, sorrow has come and filled your hearts.”
7 “But I tell you the truth, it is better for you that I should go away; for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I should go, I will send it to you. 8 And when it is come, it will rebuke the world concerning khata, concerning tzedaka, and concerning mishpat; 9 concerning khata, because they do not believe in me; 10 concerning tzedaka, because I go to Avi and you will not see me again; 11 concerning mishpat, because the leader of this world has been judged. 12 Again, I have many other things to tell you, but you cannot grasp them now. 13 But when The Ru'akh HaEmet is come, it will guide you into all the truth; for it will not speak from itself, but what it hears it will speak; and it will make known to you things which are to come in the future. 14 It will glorify me, because it will take of my own and show it to you. 15 Everything that Avi has is mine; this is the reason why I told you that it will take of my own and show it to you. 16 A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me, because I am going to HaAv.”
17 Then His Talmidim said to one another, “What is this that He said to us, ‘A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me;’ and, ‘because I am going to Avi?’” 18 And they said, “What is this that He said, ‘A little while?’ We cannot understand what He talks about.” 19 Yeshua knew that they desired to ask Him, and He said to them, “Are you inquiring among yourselves concerning this that I told you, ‘a little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me?’ 20 Amein, Amein, I say to you, that you will weep and wail, and yet the world will rejoice; and you will be sad, but your sadness will be changed into gladness. 21 When a woman is in labor, she is troubled because her day has arrived; but when she has given birth to a son, she no longer remembers her troubles because of the joy that a male child is born into the world. 22 So you also are troubled; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no man will take away from you.”
23 “In that day you will not ask me anything. Amein, Amein, I say to you, that whatever you ask Avi in my Name, He will give it to you. 24 Hitherto you have asked nothing in my Name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be full. 25 I have spoken these things in mishlim; but the time is coming when I will not speak to you in mishlim, but will plainly explain to you concerning HaAv. 26 In that day you will ask in my Name; and I will not say to you, ‘I will ask HaAv concerning you.’ 27 For HaAv Himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came forth out of HaAv.”
28 “I came forth out of HaAv and I came into the world; again, I am leaving the world and I am going to HaAv.” 29 His Talmidim said to Him, “Behold, now you speak plainly and do not utter a single mashal. 30 Now we understand that you know everything, and you need no man to ask you; by this we trust, that you have come forth out of Elohim.” 31 Yeshua said to them, “Trust; 32 for behold, the hour is coming, and it has now come, when you will be dispersed, every man to his own country, and you will leave me alone; and yet I am never alone because HaAv is with me. 33 These things I have said to you that in me you may have shalom. In the world you will have tribulation; but have courage, I have conquered the world.”

Yokhanan Chapter 17
1 Yeshua spoke these things, and then He lifted up His eyes to Heaven and said, “O Avi, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, so that Your Son may glorify You, 2 since You have given Him power over all flesh, so that to all whom You have given Him, He may give life eternal. 3 And this is life eternal, that they might know You, that You are the only true Elohim, even the one who sent Yeshua HaMashi'akh. 4 I have already glorified You on the earth; for the work which You have given to me to do, I have finished. 5 So now, O Avi, glorify me with You, with the same glory which I had with You before the world was made.”
6 “I have made Your Name known to the men whom You gave me out of the world; they were Yours and You gave them to me; and they have kept Your Davar. 7 Now they know that whatever You have given me is from You. 8 For the words which You gave me I gave to them; and they accepted them, and have known truly that I came forth from You, and they have believed that You have sent me. 9 What I request is for them; I make no request for the world, but for those whom You have given to me, because they are Yours. 10 And everything which is mine is Yours, and what is Yours is mine, and I am glorified by them.”
11 “Hereafter I am not in the world, but these are in the world; and I am coming to You. O Av Kadosh, protect them in Your Name, which You have given me, that they may be one, even as we are. 12 While I was with them in the world, I protected them in Your Name; those whom you gave me I protected, and not one of them is lost, except the son of perdition, that the scripture might be fulfilled. 13 Now I am coming to You, and these things I speak while I am in the world, that my joy may be complete in them. 14 I have given them Your Davar; and the world hated them, because they were not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 15 What I request is not that You should take them out of the world, but that You should protect them from evil. 16 For they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.”
17 “O Abba, set them apart in Your truth, because Your Davar is truth. 18 Just as You did send me into the world, so I have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes, I am setting myself apart, so that they also may be set apart in the truth.”
20 “I am not making request for these alone, but also for the sake of those who trust in me through their word. 21 So that they all may be one; just as You, Avi, are in me, and I am in You, that they also may be one in us; so that the world may believe that You did send me. 22 And the glory which You gave me, I gave to them; so that they may be one just as we are one. 23 I in them and You in me, that they may become perfected in one; so that the world may know that You did send me, and that You did love them just as You loved me.”
24 “O Abba, I desire that those whom You have given me may also be with me where I am, so that they may see my glory which You have given me; for You have loved me before the foundation of the world. 25 O Avi HaTzadik, the world did not know You, but I have known You; and these have known that You have sent me. 26 And I have made Your Name known to them, and I am still making it known, so that the love with which You have loved me may be among them, and I may be in them.”
