CALENDAR

The calendar is “Gregorian based,” but also reflects Biblical days.  Biblical days start at night, so the ‘khodesh’ (renewed crescent of the moon) begins in the evening (Erev) of the Gregorian day on which it is posted.  “High Days” are listed on the day they start [at night, because there is most always an in-home blessing to set apart that ‘day’], AND the event of the ‘assembly’ on the day and at the time the assembly actually occurs.

Shavu’ot Assembly

May 31, 2020

We hope you will plan to join us at Keith and Ileana's home for immersions beginning at 12 pm followed by worship, fellowship and a pot luck lunch. Please prepare to bring some good food to share that is ready to serve and doesn't need reheating. Also bring your own lawn chairs, waters and any other things your family would need to picnic together. Bat Tzion will provide paper goods, tea/lemonade  and some sandwich trays.

A note about parking: We will need to park in their driveway and not the street as much as possible to avoid damaging sprinkler systems. Those arriving early and staying late should park deep into the driveway. Depending on the number of people attending, we may need to shuttle from the golf course parking lot as well.

Email: webmaster@battzion.org for the address.
