D'varim Chapter 3
23 "And I sought favor from יהוה at that time, saying, 24 'O Adonai יהוה , you have begun to show your servant your greatness, and your strong hand; for what god is there in heaven or on earth, that can do according to your works, and according to your mighty acts? 25 Let me go over, I pray, and see the good land that is beyond the Yarden, that goodly hill country, and Levanon.' 26 But יהוה was wroth with me for your sakes, and hearkened not unto me; and יהוה said unto me, 'Let it suffice you; speak no more unto Me of this matter. 27 Get yourself up into the top of Pisgah, and lift up your eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and behold with your eyes; for you shall not go over this Yarden. 28 But charge Yehoshua, and encourage him, and strengthen him; for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land which you shall see.' 29 So we abode in the valley over against Beit Pe'or."

D'varim Chapter 4
1 "And now, O Yisra'el, hearken unto the Khukot and unto the Mishpatim which I teach you, to do them; that you may live, and go in and possess the land which יהוה , the Elohim of your fathers, gives you. 2 You shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall you diminish from it, that you may keep the Mitzvot of יהוה your Elohim which I command you. 3 Your eyes have seen what יהוה did in Ba'al Pe'or; for all the men that followed the Ba'al of Pe'or, יהוה your Elohim has destroyed them from the midst of you. 4 But you that did cleave unto יהוה your Elohim are alive, every one of you, this day. 5 Behold, I have taught you Khukot and Mishpatim, even as יהוה my Elohim commanded me, that you should do so in the midst of the land where you go in to possess it. 6 Observe therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples, that, when they hear all these Khukot, shall say, 'Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.' 7 For what great nation is there, that has a god so nigh unto them, as יהוה our Elohim is whenever we call upon Him? 8 And what great nation is there, that has Khukot and Mishpatim so righteous as all this Torah, which I set before you this day? 9 Only, take heed to yourself, and keep your soul diligently, lest you forget the things which your eyes saw, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life; but make them known unto your children and your children’s children; 10 the day that you stood before יהוה your Elohim in Khorev, when יהוה said unto me, 'Assemble Me the people, and I will make them hear My D'var, that they may learn to fear Me all the days that they live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children.' 11 And you came near and stood under the mountain; and the mountain burned with fire unto the heart of heaven, with darkness, cloud, and thick darkness. 12 And יהוה spoke unto you out of the midst of the fire; you heard the voice of words, but you saw no form; only a voice. 13 And He declared unto you His covenant, which He commanded you to perform, even the Ten D'varim; and He wrote them upon two lukhot of stone. 14 And יהוה commanded me at that time to teach you Khukot and Mishpatim, that you might do them in the land where you go over to possess it. 15 Take you therefore good heed unto yourselves, for you saw no manner of form on the day that יהוה spoke unto you in Khorev out of the midst of the fire, 16 lest you deal corruptly, and make you a graven image, even the form of any figure, the likeness of male or female, 17 the likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flies in the heaven, 18 the likeness of any thing that creeps on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the water under the earth; 19 and lest you lift up your eyes unto heaven, and when you see the sun and the moon and the stars, even all the host of heaven, you are drawn away and worship them, and serve them, which יהוה your Elohim has allotted unto all the peoples under the whole heaven. 20 But you has יהוה taken and brought forth out of the iron furnace, out of Mitzrayim, to be unto Him a people of inheritance, as you are this day. 21 Now יהוה was angered with me for your sakes, and swore that I should not go over the Yarden, and that I should not go in unto that good land which יהוה your Elohim gives you for an inheritance; 22 but I must die in this land, I must not go over the Yarden; but you are to go over and possess that good land. 23 Take heed unto yourselves, lest you forget the Brit [covenant] of יהוה your Elohim, which He made with you, and make you a graven image, even the likeness of any thing which יהוה your Elohim has forbidden you. 24 For יהוה your Elohim is a devouring fire, El Kanah."
25 "When you shall beget children, and children’s children, and you shall have been long in the land, and shall deal corruptly, and make a graven image, even the form of any thing, and shall do that which is evil in the sight of יהוה your Elohim, to provoke Him; 26 I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that you shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto you go over the Yarden to possess it; you shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed. 27 And יהוה shall scatter you among the peoples, and you shall be left few in number among the nations, where יהוה shall lead you away. 28 And there you shall serve gods, the work of men’s hands, wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell. 29 But from there you will seek יהוה your Elohim; and you shall find Him, if you search after Him with all your heart and with all your soul. 30 In your distress, when all these things are come upon you, in the Akharit HaYamim, you will return to יהוה your Elohim, and hearken unto His voice; 31 for יהוה your Elohim is a merciful God; He will not fail you, neither destroy you, nor forget the Brit of your fathers which He swore unto them. 32 For ask now of the days past, which were before you, since the day that Elohim created man upon the earth, and from the one end of heaven unto the other, whether there has been any such thing as this great thing is, or has been heard like it? 33 Did ever a people hear the voice of Elohim speaking out of the midst of the fire, as you have heard, and live? 34 Or has Elohim assayed to go and take Him a nation from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that יהוה your Elohim did for you in Mitzrayim before your eyes? 35 Unto you it was shown, that you might know that יהוה , He is Elohim; there is none else beside Him. 36 Out of heaven He made you to hear His voice, that He might instruct you; and upon earth He made you to see His great fire; and you did hear His words out of the midst of the fire. 37 And because He loved your fathers, and chose their seed after them, and brought you out with His Presence, with His great power, out of Mitzrayim, 38 to drive out nations from before you greater and mightier than you, to bring you in, to give you their land for an inheritance, as it is this day; 39 know this day, and lay it to your heart, that יהוה , He is Elohim in heaven above and upon the earth beneath; there is none else. 40 And you shall keep His Khukot, and His Mitzvot, which I command you this day, that it may go well with you, and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days upon the land, which יהוה your Elohim gives you, forever."
41 Then Moshe separated three cities beyond the Yarden toward the sunrising; 42 that the manslayer might flee there, that slays his neighbor unawares, and hated him not in time past; and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live: 43 Bezer in the wilderness, in the table-land, for the Re'uveni; and Ramot in Gilad, for the Gadi; and Golan in Bashan, for the Menashi.
44 And this is The Torah which Moshe set before B'nei Yisra'el; 45 these are the Edot, and the Khukot, and the Mishpatim, which Moshe spoke unto B'nei Yisra'el, when they came forth out of Mitzrayim 46 beyond the Yarden, in the valley over against Beit Pe'or, in the land of Sikhon king of the Amori, who dwelt at Kheshbon, whom Moshe and B'nei Yisra'el smote, when they came forth out of Mitzrayim; 47 and they took his land in possession, and the land of Og king of Bashan, the two kings of the Amori, who were beyond the Yarden toward the sunrising; 48 from Aro'er, which is on the edge of the valley of Arnon, even unto mount Si'on, the same is Khermon, 49 and all the Arabah beyond the Yarden eastward, even unto the sea of the Arabah, under the slopes of Pisgah.

D'varim Chapter 5
1 And Moshe called unto all Yisra'el, and said unto them, "Shema, Yisra'el, [hear] the Khukot and the Mishpatim which I speak in your ears this day, that you may learn them, and observe to do them. 2 יהוה our Elohim made a covenant with us in Khorev. 3 יהוה did not make this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day. 4 יהוה spoke with you face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire, 5 I stood between יהוה and you at that time, to declare unto you the D'var יהוה ; for you were afraid because of the fire, and went not up into the mount, to say:
6 'I am יהוה your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Mitzrayim, out of the house of bondage. you shall have no other gods before Me. 7 You shall not make unto you a graven image, even any manner of likeness, of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. 8 You shall not bow down unto them, nor serve them; for I, יהוה your Elohim, am El Kanah, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the third and upon the fourth generation of them that hate Me, 9 and showing mercy unto the thousandth generation of them that love Me and keep My Mitzvot. 10 You shall not take the Name of יהוה your Elohim in vain; for יהוה will not hold him guiltless that takes His Name in vain. 11 Observe Yom HaShabbat, to keep it Kadosh, as יהוה your Elohim commanded you. 12 Six days shall you labor, and do all your work; 13 but the seventh day is a Shabbat unto יהוה your Elohim. In it you shall not do any manner of work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your man-servant, nor your maid-servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your cattle, nor your stranger that is within your gates; that your man-servant and your maid-servant may rest as well as you. 14 And you shall remember that you were a servant in the land of Mitzrayim, and יהוה your Elohim brought you out of there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm; therefore יהוה your Elohim commanded you to keep Yom HaShabbat. 15 Honor your father and your mother, as יהוה your Elohim commanded you; that your days may be long, and that it may go well with you, upon the land which יהוה your Elohim gives you. 16 You shall not murder. Neither shall you commit adultery. Neither shall you steal. Neither shall you bear false witness against your neighbor. 17 Neither shall you covet your neighbor’s wife; neither shall you desire your neighbor’s house, his field, or his man-servant, or his maid-servant, his ox, or his donkey, or any thing that is your neighbor's.'
18 "These words יהוה spoke unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice, and it went on no more. And He wrote them upon two lukhot of stone, and gave them unto me.

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 40
1 "'Comfort, comfort My people', says your Elohim. 2 'Bid Yerushalayim take heart, and proclaim unto her that her time of service is accomplished, that her guilt is paid off; that she has received of the hand of יהוה double for all her sins.' 3 'Hark!' one calls, 'Clear in the wilderness the way of יהוה , make plain in the desert a highway for our Elohim'. 4 Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the rugged shall be made level, and the rough places a plain; 5 and the Kavod יהוה shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of יהוה has spoken it."
6 "'Hark!' one says, 'Proclaim!' And he says, 'What shall I proclaim? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field; 7 the grass withers, the flower fades; because the breath of יהוה blows upon it; surely the people is grass. 8 The grass withers, the flower fades; but the D'var Eloheinu shall stand forever.' 9 O you that tell good tidings to Tzion, get up into the high mountain; O you that tell good tidings to Yerushalayim, lift up your voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Yehudah, 'Behold your Elohim!' 10 Behold, Adonai יהוה will come as a Mighty One, and His arm will rule for Him; behold, His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him. 11 Even as a shepherd that feeds his flock, that gathers the lambs in his arm, and carries them in his bosom, and gently leads those that nurse. 12 Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance? 13 Who has meted out the Ru'akh יהוה ? Or who was His counsellor that he might instruct Him? 14 With whom did He take counsel, and who instructed Him, and taught Him in the path of right, and taught Him knowledge, and made Him to know the way of discernment? 15 Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance; behold the isles are as a mote in weight. 16 And Levanon is not sufficient fuel, nor the beasts thereof sufficient for an Olah."
17 "All the nations are as nothing before Him; they are accounted by Him as things of nought, and vanity. 18 To whom then will you liken God? Or what likeness will you compare unto Him? 19 The image perchance, which the craftsman has melted, and the goldsmith spread over with gold, the silversmith casting silver chains? 20 A holm-oak is consecrated, he chooses a tree that will not rot; he seeks unto him a cunning craftsman to set up an image that shall not be moved. 21 Do you not know? Do you not hear? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood the foundations of the earth? 22 It is He that sits above the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretches out the heavens as a curtain, and spreads them out as a tent to dwell in; 23 that brings princes to nothing; He makes the judges of the earth as a thing of nought. 24 Scarce are they planted, scarce are they sown, scarce has their stock taken root in the earth; when He blows upon them, they wither, and the whirlwind takes them away as stubble. 25 'To whom, then, will you liken Me, that I should be equal,' says the Kadosh One. 26 Lift up your eyes on high, and see: who has created these? He that brings out their host by number, He calls them all by name; by the greatness of His might, and for that He is strong in power, not one fails. | יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק מ

Matti Chapter 4
1 Then Yeshua was carried away by The Ru'akh HaKodesh into the wilderness, to be tempted by the adversary. 2 So He fasted forty days and forty nights; but at last He was hungry. 3 And the tempter drew near and said to Him, “If you are Ben HaElohim, tell these stones to become bread.” 4 But He answered and said, “It is written, that it is not by bread alone that man can live, but by every word which comes from the mouth of Elohim.” 5 Then HaSatan took Him to the consecrated city, and he made Him to stand up on the corner of the Heikhal. 6 And he said to Him, “If you are Ben HaElohim, throw yourself down; for it is written, "He will command His Malakhim concerning You, and they will bear You up on their hands, so that even Your foot may not strike a stone.” 7 Yeshua said to him, “Again it is written that you shall not test יהוה your Elohim." 8 Again HaSatan took Him to a very high mountain, and he showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 And he said to Him, “All of these I will give to you, if you will fall down and worship me.” 10 Then Yeshua said to him, “Go away, HaSatan, for it is written, ‘You shall worship יהוה your Elohim, and Him only shall you serve'.” 11 Then HaSatan left Him alone; and behold, the messengers drew near and ministered unto Him. | מתי פרק ד

Yokhanan Markos Chapter 12
28 And one of the Sofrim came near and heard them debating, and he saw that He gave them a good answer. So he asked Him, “Which is the first mitzvah of all?” 29 Yeshua said to him, “The first of all the mitzvot is,
‘Shema, Yisra'el, יהוה Eloheinu, יהוה Ekhad! [Hear O Yisra'el, יהוה is our Elohim, יהוה is One]. 30 And you must love יהוה your Elohim with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your might;' this is the first mitzvah. 31 And the second is like unto it, ‘You must love your neighbor as your own nefesh.' There is no other mitzvah greater than these two.”
32 The Sofer said to Him, “Well said, Rabbi, you have said the truth, that He is One, and there is no other besides Him; 33 and that a man should love Him with all the heart and with all the mind and with all the soul and with all the might, and love his neighbor as his own nefesh; this is far more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.” 34 When Yeshua saw that he replied wisely, He answered, saying to him, “You are not far from Malkhut HaElohim.” And no man dared again to question Him. | יוחנן מרקוס פרק יב

Luka Chapter 22
13 And they went and found it just as He had said to them; and they prepared the Pesakh. 14 And when it was time, Yeshua came and sat down, and the twelve Shlikhim with Him. 15 And He said to them, “I have greatly desired to eat this Pesakh with you before I suffer; 16 for I say to you that henceforth I will not eat it until it is fulfilled in Malkhut HaElohim.” 17 [Not in Aramaic Peshitta and other early texts] 18 [Not in Aramaic Peshitta and other early texts] 19 And He took bread and gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them and said, “This is my body, which is given for your sake; this do in remembrance of me.” 20 And likewise also He took the cup, after they had eaten supper, and He said, “This is the cup of the Brit Khadashah in my blood, which is shed for you.”
21 “But behold, the hand of him who is to betray me is on the table. 22 And Ben HaAdam will go, just as He has been destined; but woe to the man by whose hand He will be betrayed!” 23 And they began to inquire among themselves which one of them was to do this act. 24 There was also a dispute among them as to who was the greatest among them. 25 Yeshua said to them, “The kings of the Goyim are also their lords, and those who rule over them are called benefactors; 26 but not so with you; let him who is great among you be the least, and he who is a leader be like one who serves. 27 For who is greater, he who sits down or he who serves? Is it not he who sits down? But I am among you as one who serves. 28 You are those who have remained with me throughout my trials. 29 And I promise you, just as Avi has promised me a kingdom, 30 that you may eat and drink at the table in my kingdom; and you will sit on thrones and judge the twelve tribes of Yisra'el.” 31 And Yeshua said to Shimon, “Shimon, behold, HaSatan wants to sift all of you like wheat; 32 but I have made supplication for you that your Emunah may not weaken; and even you in time will repent and strengthen your brethren.” 33 Shimon said to Him, “My Adon, I am ready with you, even for the prison and for death.” 34 Yeshua said to him, “I say to you, Shimon, the cock will not crow today until you have denied three times that you know me.” 35 And He said to them, “When I sent you out without purses and without bags and shoes, did you lack anything?” They said to Him, “Not a thing.” 36 He said to them, “From now on, he who has purses, let him take them, and the bag likewise; and he who has no sword, let him sell his robe and buy for himself a sword. 37 For I say to you that what is written must be fulfilled in me, ‘He will be numbered among the wicked;' for all the things concerning me will be fulfilled.” 38 And they said to Him, “Adoneinu, behold, here are two swords.” He said to them, “That is enough.” | לוקא פרק כב
