D'varim Chapter 19
14 "You shall not remove your neighbor’s landmark, which they of old time have set, in your inheritance which you shall inherit in the land that יהוה your Elohim gives you to possess it."
15 "One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sins; at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall a matter be established. 16 If an unrighteous witness rises up against any man to bear perverted witness against him, 17 then both the men between whom the controversy is shall stand before יהוה , before the Kohanim and the Shoftim that shall be in those days. 18 And the Shoftim shall inquire diligently; and, behold, if the witness is a false witness, and has testified falsely against his brother; 19 then shall you do unto him as he had purposed to do unto his brother; so shall you put away the evil from the midst of you. 20 And those that remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil in the midst of you. 21 And your eye shall not pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot."

D'varim Chapter 20
1 "When you go forth to battle against your enemies, and see horses, and chariots, and a people more than you, you shall not be afraid of them; for יהוה your Elohim is with you, who brought you up out of the land of Mitzrayim. 2 And it shall be, when you draw nigh unto the battle, that the kohen shall approach and speak unto the people, 3 and shall say unto them, 'Hear, O Yisra'el, you draw nigh this day unto battle against your enemies; let not your heart faint; fear not, nor be alarmed, neither be affrighted at them; 4 for יהוה your Elohim is He that goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.' 5 And the officers shall speak unto the people, saying, 'What man is there that has built a new house, and has not dedicated it? Let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man dedicates it. 6 And what man is there that has planted a vineyard, and has not used the fruit thereof? Let him go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man uses the fruit thereof. 7 And what man is there that has betrothed a wife, and has not taken her? Let him go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man takes her.' 8 And the officers shall speak further unto the people, and they shall say, 'What man is there that is fearful and faint-hearted? Let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren’s heart melt as his heart.' 9 And it shall be, when the officers have made an end of speaking unto the people, that captains of hosts shall be appointed at the head of the people."
10 "When you draw near unto a city to fight against it, then proclaim shalom unto it. 11 And it shall be, if it makes you an answer of shalom, and opens unto you, then it shall be that all the people that are found therein shall become tributary unto you, and shall serve you. 12 And if it will make no shalom with you, but will make war against you, then you shall besiege it. 13 And when יהוה your Elohim delivers it into your hand, you shall smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword; 14 but the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shall you take for a prey unto yourself; and you shall eat the spoil of your enemies, which יהוה your Elohim has given you. 15 Thus shall you do unto all the cities which are very far off from you, which are not of the cities of these nations. 16 But of the cities of these peoples, that יהוה your Elohim gives you for an inheritance, you shall save alive nothing that breathes, 17 but you shall utterly destroy them: the Khiti, and the Amori, the Kena'ani, and the Perizi, the Khivi, and the Yevusi; as יהוה your Elohim has commanded you; 18 that they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods, and so you sin against יהוה your Elohim. 19 When you shall besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, you shall not destroy the trees thereof by wielding an axe against them; for you may eat of them, but you shall not cut them down; for is the tree of the field man, that it should be besieged of you? 20 Only the trees of which you know that they are not trees for food, them you may destroy and cut down, that you may build bulwarks against the city that makes war with you, until it falls." | דברים פרק כ

D'varim Chapter 21
1 If one is found slain in the land which יהוה your Elohim gives you to possess it, lying in the field, and it is not known who has smitten him; 2 then your elders and your shoftim shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain. 3 And it shall be, that the city which is nearest unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take a heifer of the herd, which has not been wrought with, and which has not drawn in the yoke. 4 And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which may neither be plowed nor sown, and shall break the heifer’s neck there in the valley. 5 And the Kohanim, the sons of Levi shall come near, for them יהוה your Elohim has chosen to minister unto Him, and to bless in the Name of יהוה ; and according to their word shall every controversy and every stroke be. 6 And all the elders of that city, who are nearest unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley. 7 And they shall speak and say, 'Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it. 8 Forgive, O יהוה , Your people Yisra'el, whom You have redeemed, and suffer not innocent blood to remain in the midst of Your people Yisra'el.' And the blood shall be forgiven them. 9 So shall you put away the innocent blood from the midst of you, when you shall do that which is right in the eyes of יהוה ." | דברים פרק כא

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 9
1 "The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light; they that dwelt in the land of Tzal-Mavet, upon them has the light shined. 2 You have multiplied the nation, You have increased their joy; they joy before You according to the joy in harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the spoil. 3 For the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, You have broken as in the day of Midyan. 4 For every boot stamped with fierceness, and every cloak rolled in blood, shall even be for burning, for fuel of fire. 5 For a boy is born unto us, a Son is given unto us; and the government is upon his shoulder; and his name is called Peleh Yo'etz El Gibor Avi Ad Sar Shalom [Wonderful Counselor (of the) Mighty G-d (the) Eternal Father Prince of Shalom]; 6 that the government may be increased, and of Shalom there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon Malkhuto, to establish it, and to uphold it through justice and through Tzedaka, from henceforth, even forever. The zeal of יהוה Tzeva'ot does perform this." | יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק ט

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 49
1 "Listen, O isles, unto me, and hearken, you peoples, from afar: יהוה has called me from the womb, from the bowels of my mother has He made mention of my name; 2 and He has made my mouth like a sharp sword, in the shadow of His hand has He hidden me; and He has made me a polished shaft, in His quiver has He concealed me; 3 and He said unto me, 'You are My servant, Yisra'el, in whom I will be glorified.' 4 But I said, 'I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for nought and vanity; yet surely my right is with יהוה , and my recompense with my Elohim'. 5 And now says יהוה that formed me from the womb to be His servant, to bring Ya'akov back to Him, and that Yisra'el be gathered unto Him, for I am honorable in the eyes of יהוה , and my Elohim is become my strength, 6 yes, He says, 'It is too light a thing that you should be My servant to raise up the tribes of Ya'akov, and to restore the offspring of Yisra'el; I will also give you for a light of the nations, that My Yeshua may be unto the ends of the earth'.

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 51
12 I, even I, am He that comforts you: who are you, that you are afraid of man that shall die, and of the son of man that shall be made as grass; 13 and have forgotten יהוה your Maker, that stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and yet you fear continually all the day because of the fury of the oppressor, as he makes ready to destroy? And where is the fury of the oppressor? 14 He that is bent down shall speedily be loosed; and he shall not go down dying into the pit, neither shall his bread fail. 15 For I am יהוה your Elohim, who stirs up the sea, that the waves thereof roar; יהוה Tzeva'ot is His name. 16 And I have put My D'varim in your mouth, and have covered you in the shadow of My hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Tzion, 'You are My people.' 17 Awake, awake, stand up, O Yerushalayim, that have drunk at the hand of יהוה the cup of His fury; you have drunken the beaker, even the cup of staggering, and drained it. 18 There is none to guide her among all the sons whom she has brought forth; neither is there any that takes her by the hand of all the sons that she has brought up. 19 These two things are befallen you; who shall bemoan you? Desolation and destruction, and the famine and the sword; how shall I comfort you? 20 Your sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as an antelope in a net; they are full of the fury of יהוה , the rebuke of your Elohim. 21 Therefore hear now this, you afflicted, and drunken, but not with wine:"
22 "Thus says your Adonai יהוה , and your Elohim that pleads the cause of His people, 'Behold, I have taken out of your hand the cup of staggering; the beaker, even the cup of My fury, you shall no more drink it again; 23 and I will put it into the hand of them that afflict you; that have said to your soul, 'Bow down, that we may go over'; and you have laid your back as the ground, and as the street, to them that go over." | יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק נא

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 52
1 "Awake, awake, put on your strength, O Tzion; put on your beautiful garments, O Yerushalayim, the consecrated city; for henceforth there shall no more come into you the uncircumcised and the unclean. 2 Shake yourself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Yerushalayim; loose yourself from the bands of your neck, O captive Bat Tzion. 3 For thus says יהוה , 'You were sold for nought; and you shall be redeemed without money'. 4 For thus says Adonai יהוה , 'My people went down aforetime into Mitzrayim to sojourn there; and Ashur oppressed them without cause. 5 Now therefore, what do I do here', says יהוה , 'seeing that My people is taken away for nought? They that rule over them do howl', says יהוה , 'and My Name continually all the day is blasphemed. 6 Therefore My people shall know My Name; therefore they shall know in that day that I, even He that spoke, behold, here I am. 7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of the messenger of good tidings, that announces shalom, the harbinger of good tidings, that announces Yeshua[h]; that says unto Tzion, "Your Elohim reigns!' 8 Hark, your watchmen! They lift up the voice, together do they sing; for they shall see, eye to eye, יהוה returning to Tzion. 9 Break forth into joy, sing together, you waste places of Yerushalayim; for יהוה has comforted His people, He has redeemed Yerushalayim. 10 יהוה has made bare His Zero'ah Kadosh in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the Yeshua[h] of our Elohim. 11 Depart, depart, go out from there, touch no unclean thing; go out of the midst of her; be clean, you that bear the vessels of יהוה . For 12 you shall not go out in haste, neither shall you go on a journey; for יהוה will go before you, and Elohei Yisra'el will be your rear guard. | יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק נב

Ma’asei HaShlikhim Chapter 7
35 This is the Moshe whom they had denied, saying, ‘Who appointed you leader and judge over us?' This very one Elohim sent to be a leader and deliverer to them by the hand of the Malakh which had appeared to him in the bush. 36 It was he who brought them out after he had performed miracles, wonders, and signs in the land of Mitzrayim and in Yam Suf, and in the wilderness for forty years. 37 This is the Moshe who said to B'nei Yisra'el, ' יהוה your Elohim will raise up for you a Navi like me from among your brethren; give heed to Him.' 38 It was he who was in the congregation in the wilderness with the Malakh who spoke to him and to our fathers in Har Sinai. He is the one who received the living words to give to us. 39 Yet our fathers would not listen to him, but they left him, and in their hearts turned towards Mitzrayim. 40 They said to Aharon, ‘Make us gods to go before us, for this very Moshe who brought us out of the land of Mitzrayim, we do not know what has become of him.' 41 And they made a calf for themselves in those days and offered sacrifices to idols, and were pleased with the work of their hands.”
42 “Then Elohim turned and gave them up that they might worship the host of heaven, as it is written in the book of the Nevi'im, ‘O B'nei Yisra'el, why have you offered me slain creatures or sacrifices during the period of forty years in the wilderness? 43 Indeed you have borne the tabernacle of Malkom and the star of the god Refan; and you have made images to worship them; therefore I will remove you beyond Bavel.' 44 Behold the Mishkan HaEdut of our fathers was in the wilderness just as יהוה , who spoke to Moshe, had commanded him to make it after the pattern which he had shown him. 45 And this very Mishkan, our fathers, together with Yehoshua, brought into the land which Elohim took away from the peoples whom He drove out before them and gave it to them for an inheritance, and it was handed down until the days of David, 46 who found favor before Elohim and asked that he might find a dwelling place for the Elohim of Ya'akov. 47 But Shlomo built Elohim a house. 48 Yet Elyon did not dwell in temples made with hands, for as HaNavi had said, 49 ‘Heaven is my throne, and the earth is the footstool under my feet. What kind of house will you build me, says יהוה , or where is the place of my rest? 50 Behold, has not my hand made all these things?'”
51 “O you stubborn and insincere in heart and hearing, you always resist The Ru'akh HaKodesh; as your fathers did, so do you. 52 Which of the Nevi'im have not your fathers persecuted and killed? Especially have they slain those who foretold the coming of HaTzadik, whom you betrayed and killed. 53 You received the Torah by the disposition of Malakhim, and have not kept it!”
54 When they heard these things, they were enraged, and gnashed their teeth at him. 55 But he, full of absolute trust and The Ru'akh HaKodesh, looked up to heaven and saw the K'vod HaElohim, and Yeshua standing at the right hand of Elohim. 56 And he said, “Behold I see the heavens opened and Ben HaAdam standing at the right hand of Elohim.” 57 Then they cried out with a loud voice and stopped their ears and with one accord shouted threats against Tzefan-Yah. 58 And they seized him and took him outside the city and began to stone him. Those who testified against him placed their clothes under the care of a young man called Sha'ul. 59 And they stoned Tzefan-Yah as he prayed, saying, “Adoneinu, Yeshua, accept my spirit.” 60 And as he knelt down, he cried with a loud voice and said, “Adoneinu, do not hold this sin against them.” When he had said this, he passed away. And Sha'ul was pleased, and participated in his murder. | מעשי השליחים פרק ז

Matti Chapter 26
47 While He was speaking, behold, Yehudah the traitor, one of the twelve, came, and with him a large crowd with swords and staves, from the chief Kohanim and the elders of the people. 48 Now Yehudah the traitor had given them a sign, saying, “He whom I kiss, it is He, arrest Him.” 49 And immediately he came up to Yeshua and said, “Shalom, Rabbi,” and he kissed Him. 50 Yeshua said to him, “Is it for this that you have come, my friend?” Then they came near and laid hands on Yeshua, and arrested Him. 51 And behold, one of those who were with Yeshua stretched out his hand and drew a sword, and struck it at the servant of The Kohen HaGadol, and cut off his ear. 52 Then Yeshua said to him, “Return the sword to its place; for all who take up swords will die by swords.” 53 Or do you think that I cannot ask of Avi, and He will now raise up for me more than twelve legions of Malakhim? 54 How then could the scriptures be fulfilled, that it must be so?” 55 At that very hour Yeshua said to the people, “Have you come out with swords and staves to arrest me like a bandit? I sat with you every day, teaching in the Heikhal, and you did not arrest me. 56 But this has happened so that the scriptures of the Nevi'im might be fulfilled.” Then all the Talmidim left Him, and fled.
57 And those who had arrested Yeshua took him to Kayafah, The Kohen HaGadol, where the Sofrim and the elders had assembled. 58 But Shimon Kefa followed Him afar off, up to the courtyard of The Kohen HaGadol, and he went inside and sat with the soldiers, to see the end of it. 59 Now the chief Kohanim and the elders and the whole council were seeking witnesses against Yeshua, so that they might put Him to death. 60 But they could not find any; then there came a great many false witnesses; but at the end two came forward, 61 and said, “This man said, ‘I can tear down the Heikhal of Elohim, and build it in three days.'” 62 And The Kohen HaGadol stood up and said to Him, “You are not answering anything. What is it that these men testify against you?” 63 But Yeshua was silent. Then The Kohen HaGadol answered and said to Him, “I adjure you by the living Elohim to tell us if you are the Mashi'akh, Ben HaElohim?” 64 Yeshua said to him, “You have said it. But I say to you that from henceforth you will see Ben HaAdam sitting at the right hand of the power, and coming upon the clouds of the sky.” 65 The Kohen HaGadol then rent his clothes and said, “Behold, He is blaspheming; why therefore do we need witnesses? Behold, you have now heard his blasphemy. 66 What else do you want?” They answered and said, “He deserves death.” 67 Then they spat in His face, and struck Him on His head, and others beat Him, 68 saying, “O Mashi'akh, prophesy to us; who smote you?”
69 Now Kefa sat outside in the courtyard; and a maidservant came up to him, and said to him, “You also were with Yeshua HaNatzri.” 70 But he denied it before all of them, and said, “I do not understand what you are saying.” 71 And as he was going to the porch, another one saw him, and she said to them, “This man was also there with Yeshua HaNatzri.” 72 Again he denied it with oaths, “I do not know the man.” 73 After a while, those who were standing came up and said to Kefa, “Truly you also are one of them, for even your speech proves it.” 74 Then he began to curse and to swear, “I do not know the man.” At that very hour the cock crowed. 75 And Kefa remembered the word of Yeshua, which He had said to him, “Before the cock crows, you will deny me three times.” And he went outside and wept bitterly. | מתי פרק כו

Matti Chapter 27
1 When it was morning, the chief Kohanim and the elders of the people took counsel concerning Yeshua, how to put Him to death. 2 So they bound Him, and took Him and delivered Him to Pilatos the governor.
3 Then Yehudah the traitor, when he saw that Yeshua was convicted, repented and went away, and brought back the same thirty pieces of silver to the chief Kohanim and the elders. 4 And he said, “I have sinned, because I have betrayed innocent blood.” But they said to him, “What is that to us? You know better.” 5 Then he threw the silver in the Heikhal and departed; and he went and hanged himself. 6 The chief Kohanim took the silver and said, “It is not permissible to put it in the house of offerings, because it is the price of blood.” 7 And they took counsel, and bought with it the potter’s field, for a cemetery for strangers. 8 On this account that field was called ‘The field of Blood,' to this day. 9 Then what was spoken by the Navi was fulfilled, who said, “I took the thirty pieces of silver, the costly price which was bargained with B'nei Yisra'el. 10 And I gave them for the potter’s field, as יהוה commanded me.” | מתי פרק כז
