B'reshit Chapter 49
27 Binyamin is a wolf that devours; in the morning he devours the prey, and at evening he divides the spoil."
28 All these are the twelve tribes of Yisra'el, and this is that which their father spoke unto them and blessed them; every one according to his blessing he blessed them. 29 And he charged them, and said unto them, "I am to be gathered unto my people; bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in the field of Efron the Khiti, 30 in the cave that is in the field of Makhpelah, which is before Mamre, in the land of Kena'an, which Avraham bought with the field from Efron the Khiti for a possession of a burying-place. 31 There they buried Avraham and Sarah his wife; there they buried Yitz'khak and Rivkah his wife; and there I buried Le'ah. 32 The field and the cave that is therein, which was purchased from the children of Khet."
33 And when Ya'akov made an end of charging his sons, he gathered up his feet into the bed, and expired, and was gathered unto his people.

B'reshit Chapter 50
1 And Yosef fell upon his father's face, and wept upon him, and kissed him. 2 And Yosef commanded his servants the physicians to embalm his father. And the physicians embalmed Yisra'el. 3 And forty days were fulfilled for him; for so are fulfilled the days of embalming. And the Mitzrim wept for him seventy days. 4 And when the days of weeping for him were past, Yosef spoke unto the house of Paroh, saying, "If now I have found favor in your eyes, speak, I pray, in the ears of Paroh, saying, 5 'My father made me swear, saying, 'Lo, I die; in my grave which I have digged for me in the land of Kena'an, there shall you bury me.' Now therefore let me go up, I pray, and bury my father, and I will come back." 6 And Paroh said, "Go up, and bury your father, according as he made you swear." 7 And Yosef went up to bury his father; and with him went up all the servants of Paroh, the elders of his house, and all the elders of the land of Mitzrayim, 8 and all the house of Yosef, and his brethren, and his father's house; only their little ones, and their flocks, and their herds, they left in the land of Goshen. 9 And there went up with him both chariots and horsemen; and it was a very great company. 10 And they came to the threshing-floor of Atad, which is beyond the Yarden, and there they wailed with a very great and sore wailing; and he made a mourning for his father seven days. 11 And when the inhabitants of the land, the Kena'ani, saw the mourning in the floor of Atad, they said, "This is a grievous mourning to the Mitzrim." Therefore the name of it was called Avel Mitzrayim, which is beyond the Yarden. 12 And his sons did unto him according as he commanded them. 13 For his sons carried him into the land of Kena'an, and buried him in the cave of the field of Makhpelah, which Avraham bought with the field, for a possession of a burying-place, of Efron the Khiti, in front of Mamre. 14 And Yosef returned into Mitzrayim, he, and his brethren, and all that went up with him to bury his father, after he had buried his father.
15 And when Yosef's brethren saw that their father was dead, they said, "It may be that Yosef will hate us, and will fully requite us all the evil which we did unto him." 16 And they sent a message unto Yosef, saying, "Your father did command before he died, saying, 17 'So shall you say unto Yosef, 'Forgive, I pray now, the transgression of your brethren, and their sin, for that they did unto you evil.' And now, we pray, forgive the transgression of the servants of the Elohim of your father." And Yosef wept when they spoke unto him. 18 And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, "Behold, we are your servants." 19 And Yosef said unto them, "Fear not; for am I in the place of Elohim? 20 And as for you, you meant evil against me; but Elohim meant it for good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. 21 Now, therefore, fear not; I will sustain you and your little ones." And he comforted them, and spoke kindly unto them. 22 And Yosef dwelt in Mitzrayim, he, and his father's house; and Yosef lived a hundred and ten years.
23 And Yosef saw Efrayim's children of the third generation; the children also of Makhir Ben Menasheh were born upon Yosef's knees. 24 And Yosef said unto his brethren, "I die; but Elohim will surely remember you, and bring you up out of this land unto the land which He swore to Avraham, to Yitz'khak, and to Ya'akov." 25 And Yosef took an oath of B'nei Yisra'el, saying, "Elohim will surely remember you, and you shall carry up my bones from here." 26 So Yosef died, being a hundred and ten years old. And they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Mitzrayim.

Melakhim Alef Chapter 2
1 Now the days of David drew nigh that he should die; and he charged Shlomo his son, saying, 2 "I go the way of all the earth; be strong therefore, and show yourself a man; 3 and keep the charge of יהוה your Elohim, to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, and His Mitzvot, and His ordinances, and His testimonies, according to that which is written in the Torah of Moshe, that you may prosper in all that you do, and wherever you turn yourself; 4 that יהוה may establish His word which He spoke concerning me, saying, 'If your children take heed to their way, to walk before Me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul, there shall not fail you', said He, 'a man on the throne of Yisra'el'. 5 Moreover you know also what Yo'av Ben Tz'ru-Yah did unto me, even what he did to the two captains of the hosts of Yisra'el, unto Avner Ben Ner and unto Amasa Ben Yeter, whom he slew, and shed the blood of war in shalom, and put the blood of war upon his girdle that was about his loins, and in his shoes that were on his feet. 6 Do therefore according to your wisdom, and let not his gray head go down to the grave in shalom. 7 But show kindness unto the sons of Barzilai HaGiladi, and let them be of those that eat at your table; for so they drew nigh unto me when I fled from Avshalom your brother. 8 And, behold, there is with you Shimi Ben Gera, the Binyamini, of Bakhurim, who cursed me with a grievous curse in the day when I went to Makhanayim; but he came down to meet me at the Yarden, and I swore to him by יהוה , saying, 'I will not put you to death with the sword'. 9 Now therefore hold him not guiltless, for you are a wise man; and you will know what you ought to do unto him, and you shall bring his gray head down to the grave with blood." 10 And David slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David.
11 And the days that David reigned over Yisra'el were forty years: seven years he reigned in Khevron, and thirty-three years he reigned in Yerushalayim. 12 And Shlomo sat upon the throne of David his father; and his Melukhah was established firmly.

Luka Chapter 4
31 And He went down to K’far Nakhum, a city of the Galil, and He taught them on each Shabbat. 32 And they were astonished at His teaching, because His word had power. 33 And there was in the Beit K’nesset a man who had an unclean, demonic spirit, and he cried in a loud voice, 34 saying, “Let me alone; what have we in common, O Yeshua HaNatzri? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are, Kadosh HaElohim!” 35 And Yeshua rebuked him, saying, “Keep quiet, and come out of him.” The demon threw him in the midst and went out of him, and did him no harm. 36 And every man was seized with amazement, and the people spoke among themselves, saying, “What kind of word is this, that He commands unclean spirits with authority and power, and they go out!” 37 And the fame about Him went out through all the country around them. 38 And when Yeshua left the Beit K’nesset, He entered the house of Shimon. And Shimon’s mother-in-law was suffering with a severe fever, and they besought Him for her. 39 And He stood by her and rebuked the fever, and it left her; and she rose up immediately and ministered to them. 40 When the sun was setting, all who had sick people suffering from various diseases brought them to Him; and He laid his hand on each one of them and healed them. 41 Demons also came out of many, who cried out saying, “You are the Mashi'akh, Ben HaElohim.” And He rebuked them, and would not allow them to speak, that people might not know that He was the Mashi'akh. 42 And in the morning He came out and went to a desert place, and the people were looking for Him, and came where He was; and they held Him so that He might not leave them. 43 But Yeshua said to them, “I must declare Malkhut HaElohim in other cities also, because I was sent for this.” 44 And He declared in the Beit K’nessets of the Galil. | לוקא פרק ד

Luka Chapter 5
1 It came to pass when the people gathered around Him to hear the D'var HaElohim, He stood on the shore of the lake of Ginesar. 2 And He saw two boats standing by the lake, but the fishermen had gotten out of them and were washing their nets. 3 One of them belonged to Shimon Kefa, so Yeshua went up and sat in it, and He asked to row it a little way from the shore to the water. And He sat and taught the people from the boat. 4 When He was through speaking, He said to Shimon, “Row out to the deep, and cast your net for a catch.” 5 Shimon answered, saying to Him, “Rabbi, we have toiled all night and have caught nothing; but just because of your word, I will cast the net.” 6 And when they had done this, they snared a great many fish, and their net was breaking. 7 So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And when they came, they filled both the boats until they were almost sinking. 8 When Shimon Kefa saw it, he fell at the feet of Yeshua and said to Him, “I beg you, My Adon, leave me alone, for I am a sinful man.” 9 For he was amazed, and all who were with him, because of the catch of fish which they took. 10 So also was it with Ya’akov and Yokhanan, sons of Zavdai, who were partners with Shimon. But Yeshua said to Shimon, “Do not be afraid; from henceforth you will be catching men unto life.” 11 And they brought the boats to land, and left everything and followed Him. | לוקא פרק ה

Kefa Alef Chapter 1
17 And if you call on HaAv, who is impartial and who judges every man according to his works, conduct yourselves reverently during the time of your sojourning here, 18 knowing that you have not been redeemed from your empty works which you have received from your fathers by corruptible silver and gold, 19 but with the precious blood of HaSeh, without blemish and without spot, which is Mashi'akh, 20 who truly was foreordained for this very purpose before the foundation of the world, and was manifest in these last times for your sakes, 21 who, by Him you trust in Elohim, who raised Him up from the dead and gave Him glory, that your absolute trust and hope might rest on Elohim. 22 Let your souls be consecrated by obedience to the truth, and be filled with sincere love, so that you may love one another with pure and perfect hearts, 23 being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, in His D’var HaKhai, which abides forever. 24 For all flesh is as grass, and all its glory is as the flower of the field. The grass withers and the flower fades away, 25 but the D'var Eloheinu endures forever. And this is HaDavar which has been declared to you.

Kefa Alef Chapter 2
11 My beloved ones, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from carnal desires, which war against the soul; 12 and let your conduct be good before all men, so that those who speak evil words against you may see your good works and glorify Elohim at the day of trial.
13 Submit yourselves to all human authority for the sake of Elohim, whether it is to kings because of their power, 14 or to judges, because from them officers are sent to punish offenders and to bestow honor on those who do good. 15 For such is the will of Elohim, that by your good works you may silence the mouths of foolish men who know not Elohim. 16 Act as free men; not as men who use their liberty as a cloak for their maliciousness, but as the servants of Elohim. 17 Honor all men. Love your brethren. Fear Elohim. Honor the king. | כיפא א פרק ב

Ivrim Chapter 11
21 By Emunah Ya’akov, when he was dying, blessed both of the sons of Yosef, and he worshipped, leaning upon the end of his staff. 22 By Emunah, Yosef, when he died, made mention of the departure of B'nei Yisra’el, and gave commandment concerning his bones.
