D'varim Chapter 7
12 "And it shall come to pass, because you hearken to these Mishpatim, and keep and do them, that יהוה your Elohim shall keep with you the Brit [covenant] and the Khesed [compassion] which He swore unto your fathers, 13 and He will love you, and bless you, and multiply you; He will also bless the fruit of your body and the fruit of your land, your grain and your choice wine and your oil, the increase of your kine and the young of your flock, in the land which He swore unto your fathers to give you. 14 You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle. 15 And יהוה will take away from you all sickness; and He will put none of the evil diseases of Mitzrayim, which you know, upon you, but will lay them upon all them that hate you. 16 And you shall consume all the peoples that יהוה your Elohim shall deliver unto you; your eye shall not pity them; neither shall you serve their gods; for that will be a snare unto you. 17 If you shall say in your heart, 'These nations are more than I; how can I dispossess them?' 18 You shall not be afraid of them; you shall well remember what יהוה your Elohim did unto Paroh, and unto all Mitzrayim: 19 the great trials which your eyes saw, and the signs, and the wonders, and the mighty hand, and the outstretched arm, whereby יהוה your Elohim brought you out; so shall יהוה your Elohim do unto all the peoples of whom you are afraid. 20 Moreover, יהוה your Elohim will send the hornet among them, until they that are left, and they that hide themselves, perish from before you. 21 You shall not be affrighted at them; for יהוה your Elohim is in the midst of you, El Gadol v'Nora. 22 And יהוה your Elohim will cast out those nations before you little by little; you may not consume them quickly, lest the beasts of the field increase upon you. 23 But יהוה your Elohim shall deliver them up before you, and shall discomfit them with a great discomfiture, until they are destroyed. 24 And He shall deliver their kings into your hand, and you shall make their name to perish from under heaven; there shall no man be able to stand against you, until you have destroyed them. 25 The graven images of their gods shall you burn with fire; you shall not covet the silver or the gold that is on them, nor take it unto you, lest you be snared therein; for it is an abomination to יהוה your Elohim. 26 And you shall not bring an abomination into your house, and be accursed like unto it; you shall utterly detest it, and you shall utterly abhor it; for it is a devoted thing." | דברים פרק ז

D'varim Chapter 8
1 "All the Mitzvah which I command you this day shall you observe to do, that you may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which יהוה swore unto your fathers. 2 And you shall remember all the way which יהוה your Elohim has led you these forty years in the wilderness, that He might afflict you, to prove you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His Mitzvot or not. 3 And He afflicted you, and suffered you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you knew not, neither did your fathers know; that He might make you know that man does not live by bread only, but by all that proceeds out of the mouth of יהוה does man live. 4 Your raiment waxed not old upon you, neither did your foot swell these forty years. 5 And you shall consider in your heart, that, as a man chastens his son, so יהוה your Elohim chastens you. 6 And you shall keep the Mitzvot of יהוה your Elohim, to walk in His ways, and to fear Him. 7 For יהוה your Elohim brings you into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths, springing forth in valleys and hills; 8 a land of wheat and barley, and vines and fig trees and pomegranates; a land of olive trees and honey; 9 a land wherein you shall eat bread without scarceness, you shall not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills you may dig brass. 10 And you shall eat and be satisfied, and bless יהוה your Elohim for the good land which He has given you. 11 Beware lest you forget יהוה your Elohim, in not keeping His Mitzvot, and His Mishpatim, and His Khukot, which I command you this day; 12 lest when you have eaten and are satisfied, and have built goodly houses, and dwelt therein; 13 and when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and your gold is multiplied, and all that you have is multiplied; 14 then your heart becomes lifted up, and you forget יהוה your Elohim, who brought you forth out of the land of Mitzrayim, out of the house of bondage; 15 who led you through the great and dreadful wilderness, wherein were serpents, fiery serpents, and scorpions, and thirsty ground where there was no water; who brought you forth water out of the rock of flint; 16 who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers knew not, that He might afflict you, and that He might prove you, to do you good at your latter end; 17 and you say in your heart, 'My power and the might of my hand has gotten me this wealth.' 18 But you shall remember יהוה your Elohim, for it is He that gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His Brit which He swore unto your fathers, as it is this day.
19 And it shall be, if you shall forget יהוה your Elohim, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I forewarn you this day that you shall surely perish. 20 As the nations that יהוה makes to perish before you, so shall you perish; because you would not hearken unto the voice of יהוה your Elohim."

D'varim Chapter 9
1 "Shema, O Yisra'el: you are to pass over the Yarden this day, to go in to dispossess nations greater and mightier than yourself, cities great and fortified up to heaven, 2 a people great and mighty, the sons of the Anakim, whom you know, and of whom you have heard it said, 'Who can stand before the sons of Anak?' 3 Know therefore this day, that יהוה your Elohim is He who goes over before you as a devouring fire; He will destroy them, and He will bring them down before you; so shall you drive them out, and make them to perish quickly, as יהוה has spoken unto you. 4 Speak not in your heart, after that יהוה your Elohim has thrust them out from before you, saying, 'For my righteousness יהוה has brought me in to possess this land;' whereas for the wickedness of these nations יהוה does drive them out from before you. 5 Not for your righteousness, or for the uprightness of your heart, do you go in to possess their land; but for the wickedness of these nations יהוה your Elohim does drive them out from before you, and that He may establish HaDavar which יהוה swore unto your fathers, to Avraham, to Yitz'khak, and to Ya'akov. 6 Know therefore that it is not for your righteousness that יהוה your Elohim gives you this good land to possess it; for you are a stiffnecked people. 7 Remember, do not forget, how you did make יהוה your Elohim wroth in the wilderness; from the day that you did go forth out of the land of Mitzrayim, until you came unto this place, you have been rebellious against יהוה . Also 8 in Khorev you made יהוה wroth, and יהוה was angered with you to have destroyed you. 9 When I was gone up into the mount to receive the lukhot of stone, even the Lukhot HaBrit which יהוה made with you, then I abode in the mount forty days and forty nights; I did neither eat bread nor drink water. 10 And יהוה delivered unto me the two lukhot of stone written with the finger of Elohim; and on them was written according to all the words, which יהוה spoke with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly. 11 And it came to pass at the end of forty days and forty nights, that יהוה gave me the two lukhot of stone, even the Lukhot HaBrit. 12 And יהוה said unto me, 'Arise, get down quickly from here; for your people that you have brought forth out of Mitzrayim have dealt corruptly; they are quickly turned aside out of the way which I commanded them; they have made them a molten image.' 13 Furthermore, יהוה spoke unto me, saying, 'I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people; 14 let Me alone, that I may destroy them, and blot out their name from under heaven; and I will make of you a nation mightier and greater than they.' 15 So I turned and came down from the mount, and the mount burned with fire; and the two Lukhot HaBrit were in my two hands. 16 And I looked, and, behold, you had sinned against יהוה your Elohim; you had made yourself a molten calf; you had turned aside quickly out of the way which יהוה had commanded you. 17 And I took hold of the two lukhot, and cast them out of my two hands, and broke them before your eyes. 18 And I fell down before יהוה , as at the first, forty days and forty nights; I did neither eat bread nor drink water; because of all your sin which you sinned, in doing that which was evil in the sight of יהוה , to provoke Him. 19 For I was in dread of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith יהוה was wroth against you to destroy you. But יהוה hearkened unto me that time also. 20 Moreover יהוה was very angry with Aharon to have destroyed him; and I prayed for Aharon also the same time. 21 And I took your sin, the calf which you had made, and burnt it with fire, and beat it in pieces, grinding it very small, until it was as fine as dust; and I cast the dust thereof into the brook that descended out of the mount. 22 And at Taverah, and at Masah, and at Kivrot haTa'avah, you made יהוה wroth. 23 And when יהוה sent you from Kadesh Barne'ah, saying, 'Go up and possess the land which I have given you;' then you rebelled against the direction of יהוה your Elohim, and you believed Him not, nor hearkened to His voice. 24 You have been rebellious against יהוה from the day that I knew you. 25 So I fell down before יהוה the forty days and forty nights that I fell down; because יהוה had said He would destroy you. 26 And I prayed unto יהוה , and said, 'O Adonai יהוה , destroy not Your people and Your inheritance, that you have redeemed through your greatness, that you have brought forth out of Mitzrayim with a mighty hand. 27 Remember your servants, Avraham, Yitz'khak, and Ya'akov; look not unto the stubbornness of this people, nor to their wickedness, nor to their sin; 28 lest the land from where you brought us out says, 'Because יהוה was not able to bring them into the land which He promised unto them, and because He hated them, He has brought them out to slay them in the wilderness.' 29 Yet they are Your people and Your inheritance, that you did bring out by your great power and by your outstretched arm." | דברים פרק ט

D'varim Chapter 10
1 "At that time יהוה said unto me, 'Hew two lukhot of stone like unto the first, and come up unto Me into the mount; and make yourself an Aron of wood. 2 And I will write on the lukhot the words that were on the first lukhot which you did break, and you shall put them in the Aron.' 3 So I made an Aron of acacia-wood, and hewed two lukhot of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two lukhot in my hand. 4 And He wrote on the lukhot according to the first writing, the Ten D’varim, which יהוה spoke unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly; and יהוה gave them unto me. 5 And I turned and came down from the mount, and put the lukhot in the Aron which I had made; and there they are, as יהוה commanded me. 6 And B'nei Yisra'el journeyed from Be'erot B'nei Ya'akan to Moserah; there Aharon died, and there he was buried; and El Azar his son ministered in the kohen's office in his stead. 7 From there they journeyed unto Gudgodah; and from Gudgodah to Yatbatah, a land of brooks of water. 8 At that time יהוה separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the Aron HaBrit יהוה , to stand before יהוה to minister unto Him, and to bless in His Name, unto this day. 9 Therefore Levi has no portion nor inheritance with his brethren; יהוה is his inheritance, according as יהוה your Elohim spoke unto him. 10 Now I stayed in the mount, as at the first time, forty days and forty nights; and יהוה hearkened unto me that time also; יהוה would not destroy you. 11 And יהוה said unto me, 'Arise, go before the people, causing them to set forward, that they may go in and possess the land, which I swore unto their fathers to give unto them.'
12 And now, Yisra'el, what does יהוה your Elohim require of you, but to fear יהוה your Elohim, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve יהוה your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul; 13 to keep for your good the Mitzvot of יהוה and His Khukot, which I command you this day? 14 Behold, unto יהוה your Elohim belongs the heaven, and the heaven of heavens, the earth, with all that therein is. 15 Only יהוה had a delight in your fathers to love them, and He chose their seed after them, even you, above all peoples, as it is this day. 16 Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked. 17 For יהוה your Elohim, He is Elohim of gods, and Adonei Ha'Adonim, El Gibor, the mighty, and the awesome, who regards not persons, nor takes reward. 18 He does execute justice for the fatherless and widow, and loves the stranger, in giving him food and raiment. 19 Love therefore the stranger; for you were strangers in the land of Mitzrayim. 20 You shall fear יהוה your Elohim; Him shall you serve; and to Him shall you cleave, and by His Name shall you make an oath. 21 He is your glory, and He is your Elohim, that has done for you these great and tremendous things, which your eyes have seen. 22 Your fathers went down into Mitzrayim with seventy persons; and now יהוה your Elohim has made you as the stars of heaven for multitude."

D'varim Chapter 11
1 "Therefore you shall love יהוה your Elohim, and keep His charge, and His Khukot, and His Mishpatim, and His Mitzvot, always. 2 And know you this day; for I speak not with your children that have not known, and that have not seen the chastisement of יהוה your Elohim, His greatness, His mighty hand, and His outstretched arm, 3 and His signs, and His works, which He did in the midst of Mitzrayim unto Paroh the king of Mitzrayim, and unto all his land; 4 and what He did unto the army of Mitzrayim, unto their horses, and to their chariots; how He made the water of Yam Suf to overflow them as they pursued after you, and how יהוה has destroyed them unto this day; 5 and what He did unto you in the wilderness, until you came unto this place; 6 and what He did unto Datan and Aviram, the sons of Eli Av Ben Re'uven; how the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and their tents, and every living substance that followed them, in the midst of all Yisra'el; 7 but your eyes have seen all the great work of יהוה which He did. 8 Therefore shall you keep all the Mitzvah which I command you this day, that you may be strong, and go in and possess the land, where you go over to possess it; 9 and that you may prolong your days upon the land, which יהוה swore unto your fathers to give unto them and to their seed, a land flowing with milk and honey."
10 "For the land, where you go in to possess it, is not as the land of Mitzrayim from whence you came out, where you did sow your seed, and did water it with your foot, as a garden of herbs; 11 but the land where you go over to possess it, is a land of hills and valleys, and drinks water as the rain of heaven comes down; 12 a land which יהוה your Elohim cares for; the eyes of יהוה your Elohim are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year."
13 "And it shall come to pass, if you shall hearken diligently unto My Mitzvot which I command you this day, to love יהוה your Elohim, and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul, 14 that I will give the rain of your land in its season, the former rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, and your choice wine, and your oil. 15 And I will give grass in your fields for your cattle, and you shall eat and be satisfied. 16 Take heed to yourselves, lest your heart be deceived, and you turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them; 17 and the anger of יהוה be kindled against you, and He shut up the heaven, so that there shall be no rain, and the ground shall not yield her fruit; and you perish quickly from off the good land which יהוה gives you. 18 Therefore shall you lay up these My words in your heart and in your soul; and you shall bind them for a sign upon your hand, and they shall be for frontlets between your eyes. 19 And you shall teach them to your children, talking of them, when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up. 20 And you shall write them upon the door-posts of your house, and upon your gates; 21 that your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, upon the land which יהוה swore unto your fathers to give them, as the days of the heavens above the earth."
22 "For if you shall diligently keep all this Mitzvah which I command you, to do it, to love יהוה your Elohim, to walk in all His ways, and to cleave unto Him, 23 then will יהוה drive out all these nations from before you, and you shall dispossess nations greater and mightier than yourselves. 24 Every place whereon the sole of your foot shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness, and Levanon, from the river, N'har Perat, even unto the hinder sea shall be your border. 25 There shall no man be able to stand against you: יהוה your Elohim shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that you shall tread upon, as He has spoken unto you." | דברים פרק יא

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 49
14 But Tzion said, ' יהוה has forsaken me, and Adonai has forgotten me'. 15 Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have mercy on the son of her womb? Yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you. 16 Behold, I have engraved you upon the palms of My hands; your walls are continually before Me. 17 Your children make haste; your destroyers and they that made you waste shall go forth from you. 18 Lift up your eyes round about, and behold: all these gather themselves together, and come to you. 'As I live', says יהוה , 'you shall surely clothe yourself with them all as with an ornament, and gird yourself with them, like a bride'. 19 For your waste and your desolate places and your land that has been destroyed; surely now shall you be too strait for the inhabitants, and they that swallowed you up shall be far away. 20 The children of your bereavement shall yet say in your ears, 'The place is too narrow for me; give place to me that I may dwell'. 21 Then shall you say in your heart, 'Who has begotten me these, seeing I have been bereaved of my children, and am solitary, an exile, and wandering to and fro? And who has brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where were they?' "
22 "Thus says Adonai יהוה , 'Behold, I will lift up My hand to the nations, and set up My ensign to the peoples, and they shall bring your sons in their bosom, and your daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders. 23 And kings shall be your foster-fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers; they shall bow down to you with their face to the earth, and lick the dust of your feet; and you shall know that I am יהוה , for they shall not be ashamed that wait for Me. 24 Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the captives of the victorious be delivered?' 25 But, thus says יהוה , 'Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered; and I will contend with him that contends with you, and I will save your children. 26 And I will feed them that oppress you with their own flesh; and they shall be drunk with their own blood, as with sweet wine; and all flesh shall know that I, יהוה , am your Moshiah, and your Redeemer, the Avir Ya'akov." | יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק מט

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 50
1 "Thus says יהוה , 'Where is the bill of your mother’s divorcement, wherewith I have put her away? Or which of My creditors is it to whom I have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities were you sold, and for your transgressions was your mother put away. 2 Therefore, when I came, was there no man? When I called, was there none to answer? Is My hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? Or have I no power to deliver? Behold, at My rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness; their fish become foul, because there is no water, and die for thirst. 3 I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering."
4 "Adonai יהוה has given me the tongue of them that are taught, that I should know how to sustain with words him that is weary; He awakens morning by morning, He awakens my ear to hear as they that are taught. 5 Adonai יהוה has opened my ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away backward. 6 I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair; I hid not my face from shame and spitting. 7 For Adonai יהוה will help me; therefore have I not been confounded; therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed. 8 He is near that justifies me; who will contend with me? Let us stand up together; who is my adversary? Let him come near to me. 9 Behold, Adonai יהוה will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? Behold, they all shall wax old as a garment, the moth shall eat them up. 10 Who is among you that fears יהוה , that obeys the voice of His servant? Though he walks in darkness, and has no light, let him trust in the Name of יהוה , and stay upon his Elohim. 11 Behold, all you that kindle a fire, that gird yourselves with firebrands, be gone in the flame of your fire, and among the brands that you have kindled. This shall you have of My hand; you shall lie down in sorrow." | יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק נ

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 51
1 "Hearken to Me, you that follow after tzedaka, you that seek יהוה ; look unto the rock from whence you were hewn, and to the hole of the pit from whence you were digged. 2 Look unto Avraham your father, and unto Sarah that bore you; for when he was but one I called him, and I blessed him, and made him many. 3 For יהוה has comforted Tzion; He has comforted all her waste places, and has made her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like Gan יהוה ; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody. | יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק נא

Yesha-Yahu Chapter 52
1"Awake, awake, put on your strength, O Tzion; put on your beautiful garments, O Yerushalayim, the set-apart city; for henceforth there shall no more come into you the uncircumcised and the unclean. 2 Shake yourself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Yerushalayim; loose yourself from the bands of your neck, O captive Bat Tzion. 3 For thus says יהוה , 'You were sold for nought; and you shall be redeemed without money'. 4 For thus says Adonai יהוה , 'My people went down aforetime into Mitzrayim to sojourn there; and Ashur oppressed them without cause. 5 Now therefore, what do I do here', says יהוה , 'seeing that My people is taken away for nought? They that rule over them do howl', says יהוה , 'and My Name continually all the day is
blasphemed. 6 Therefore My people shall know My Name; therefore they shall know in that day that I, even He that spoke, behold, here I am. 7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of the messenger of good tidings, that announces shalom, the harbinger of good tidings, that announces Yeshua[h]; that says unto Tzion, "Your Elohim reigns!' 8 Hark, your watchmen! They lift up the voice, together do they sing;
for they shall see, eye to eye, יהוה returning to Tzion. 9 Break forth into joy, sing together, you waste places of Yerushalayim; for יהוה has comforted His people, He has redeemed Yerushalayim. 10 יהוה has made bare His Zero'ah Kadosh in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the Yeshua[h] of our Elohim. 11 Depart, depart, go out from there, touch no unclean thing; go out of the midst of her; be clean, you that bear the vessels of יהוה . For 12 you shall not go out in haste, neither shall you go on a journey; for יהוה will go before you, and Elohei Yisra'el will be your rear guard. 13 Behold, My servant shall prosper, he shall be exalted and lifted up, and shall be very high. 14 According as many were appalled at you, so marred was his visage unlike that of a man, and his form unlike that of the sons of men, 15 so shall He startle many nations, kings shall shut their mouths because of Him; for that which had not been told them shall they see, and that which they had not heard shall they perceive."

Tehillah (Psalm) 75
1 For the Leader; Al Tashkhet. A Mizmor of Asaf; a Song.
2 We give thanks unto You, O Elohim, we give thanks, and Your Name is near; men tell of Your wondrous works.
3 "When I take the Mo'ed, I Myself will judge with equity.
4 When the earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved, I Myself establish the pillars of it." Selah.
5 I say unto the arrogant, "Deal not arrogantly"; and to the wicked, "Lift not up the horn."
6 Lift not up your horn on high; speak not insolence with a haughty neck.
7 For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the wilderness, comes lifting up.
8 For Elohim is judge; He puts down one, and lifts up another.
9 For in the hand of יהוה there is a cup, with foaming wine, full of mixture, and He pours out of the same; surely the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them.
10 But as for me, I will declare forever, I will sing praises to the Elohim of Ya'akov.
11 All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of a Tzadik shall be lifted up.

Luka Chapter 4
1 Now Yeshua, full of The Ru'akh HaKodesh, returned from the Yarden, and HaRu'akh carried Him away into the wilderness 2 forty days, in order that He might be tempted by the accuser. And He did not eat anything in those days; and when they were over, at last He became hungry. 3 And the accuser said to Him, “If you are Ben HaElohim, command this stone to become bread.” 4 Yeshua answered, saying to him, “It is written, ‘It is not by bread alone that man can live, but by every word of Elohim.'” 5 Then HaSatan took Him up to a high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the earth in a short time. 6 And the accuser said to Him, “I will give you all this power and its glory, which are delivered to me, and I give it to whom I please; 7 if therefore you worship me, it will all be yours.” 8 Yeshua answered, saying to him, “It is written, ‘You shall worship יהוה your Elohim, and Him only you shall serve.'” 9 And he brought Him to Yerushalayim and made Him to stand up on the ledge of the Heikhal, and said to Him, “If you are Ben HaElohim, throw yourself down from here; 10 for it is written, ‘He will command His Malakhim concerning you, to keep watch over you; 11 And they will take you up in their arms, so that even your foot may not strike a stone.'” 12 Yeshua answered, saying to him, “It is said, ‘You shall not test יהוה your Elohim.'” 13 When the accuser was through with all his temptations, he left Him for a while. | לוקא פרק ד

Yokhanan Chapter 13
31 Yeshua then said, “Now Ben HaAdam is glorified, and Elohim is glorified by Him. 32 If Elohim is glorified by Him, Elohim will also glorify Him in Himself, and He will glorify Him at once. 33 My sons, I am with you yet a little while, and you will seek me. And just as I said to the Y'hudim, ‘Where I go you cannot come'; the same I now tell you also. 34 A renewal of a mitzvah I give you, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. 35 By this every man shall know that you are my Talmidim, if you have love one for another.”
36 Shimon Kefa said to Him, “Adoneinu, where are you going?” Yeshua answered, saying to him, “Where I go you cannot follow me now, but you will follow later.” 37 Shimon Kefa said to Him, “My Adon, why can I not follow you now? I will even lay down my life for you.” 38 Yeshua said to him, “Will you lay down your life for me? Amein, Amein, I say to you, the cock shall not crow until you have denied me three times.” | יוחנן פרק יג

Yokhanan Chapter 14
1 “Let not your heart be troubled; trust in Elohim, and trust in me also. 2 In the house of Avi are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and take you to me, so that where I am you may be also. 4 You know where I am going, and you know the way.” 5 T'oma said to Him, “Adoneinu, we do not know where you are going; and how can we know the way?” 6 Yeshua said to him, “I am HaDerekh, and HaEmet, and HaKhayim; no man comes to Avi except by me. 7 If you had known me, you would have known Avi also; from henceforth you know Him, and you have seen Him.” 8 Filipos said to Him, “Adoneinu, show us HaAv, and that is enough for us.” 9 Yeshua said to him, “All this time I have been with you, and yet you do not know me, Filipos? He who sees me has seen HaAv; and how do you say, ‘Show us HaAv?' 10 Do you not believe that I am in Avi and Avi is in me? The words that I speak, I do not speak of myself; but Avi who abides in me does these works. 11 Trust that I am in Avi and Avi is in me; and if not, trust because of the works.”
12 “Amein, Amein, I say to you, he who trusts in me shall do the works which I do; and even greater than these things he shall do, because I am going to Avi. 13 And whatever you ask in my Name, I will do it for you, so that HaAv may be glorified through His Son. 14 If you ask me in my own Name, I will do it.”
15 “If you love me, keep my mitzvot. 16 And I will ask of Avi, and He will give you another comforter, to be with you forever, 17 even Ru'akh HaEmet, which the world cannot receive, because it has not seen it and does not know it; but you know it because it abides with you and is in you. 18 I will not leave you bereaved, for I will come to you after a little while. 19 And the world will not see me, but you will see me; because I live, you shall live also. 20 In that day you will know that I am in Avi, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21 He who has my mitzvot with him and obeys them is the one who loves me; he who loves me will be loved by Avi, and I will love him and reveal myself to him. 22 Yehudah (not of Sekharyotah) said to Him, “My Adon, why is it that you will reveal yourself to us and not to the world?” 23 Yeshua answered, saying to him, “He who loves me keeps My D'var; and Avi will love him, and we will come to him and make a place of abode with him. 24 But he who does not love me does not keep My D'var; and this Davar which you hear is not my own but the Father’s who sent me.”
25 “I have spoken these things to you while I am with you. 26 But the Comforter, The Ru'akh HaKodesh, which Avi will send in my Name, will teach you everything, and remind you of everything which I tell you. 27 Shalom I leave with you; my own shalom I give you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, and do not be afraid.”
28 “You heard that I told you I am going away, and I will come to you. If you loved me, you would rejoice because I am going to Avi; for Avi is greater than I. 29 And now behold, I have told you before it happens, so that when it does happen, you may believe. 30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you; for the prince of this world comes; and yet he has nothing in me. 31 But that the world may know that I love Avi, and as Avi has commanded me, so I do. Arise, let us go away from here.” | יוחנן פרק יד

Yokhanan Chapter 15
1 “I am the Vine of Truth, and Avi is the caretaker. 2 Every branch in me that does not bear fruit, He cuts off; and the one which bears fruit, He prunes so that it may bring forth more fruit. 3 You have already been pruned because of HaDavar which I have spoken to you. 4 Remain in me, and I in you. Just as a branch cannot give fruit by itself unless it remains in the vine, even so you cannot unless you remain in me. 5 I am the vine, you are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, will bear abundant fruit; for without me you can do nothing. 6 Unless a man remains in me, he will be cast outside like a branch which is withered, which they pick up and throw into the fire to be burned. 7 If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, whatever you ask shall be done for you. 8 In this, HaAv will be glorified, that you bear abundant fruit and be my Talmidim.”
9 “Just as Avi has loved me, I also have loved you; abide in my love. 10 If you keep my mitzvot, you will abide in my love, even as I have kept the mitzvot of Avi, and abide in His love. 11 I have spoken these things to you that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full. 12 This is my mitzvah: that you love one another just as I have loved you. 13 There is no greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for the sake of his friends. 14 You are my friends, if you do everything that I command you. 15 Henceforth I will not call you servants, because a servant does not know what his master does; but I have always called you my friends, because everything that I heard from Avi I have made known to you. 16 You did not choose me, but I chose you, and I have appointed you, that you also should go and produce fruit, and that your fruit might remain, so that whatever you ask Avi in my Name, He will give it to you. 17 I command these things to you so that you may love one another.”
18 “If the world hates you, know well that it has hated me before you. 19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but you are not of the world, for I have chosen you out of the world; this is why the world hates you. 20 Remember HaDavar which I said to you, that no servant is greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they kept My D'var, they will also keep yours. 21 But they will do all these things to you for the sake of my Name, because they do not know Him who sent me. 22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would be without sin; but now they have no excuse for their sins. 23 He who hates me hates Avi also. 24 If I had not done works before their eyes, such as no other man has ever done, they would be without sin; but now they have seen and hated me and also Avi, 25 so that HaDavar, as it is written in their Torah, may be fulfilled, ‘They hated me for no reason.'”
26 “But when the Comforter comes, which I will send to you from Avi, The Ru'akh HaEmet which proceeds from Avi, it will testify concerning me. 27 And you also will testify because you have been with me from the beginning.” | יוחנן פרק טו
