B'reshit Chapter 45
1 Then Yosef could not refrain himself before all them that stood by him; and he cried, "Cause every man to go out from me." And there stood no man with him, while Yosef made himself known unto his brethren. 2 And he wept aloud; and the Mitzrim heard, and the house of Paroh heard. 3 And Yosef said unto his brethren, "I am Yosef; does my father yet live?" And his brethren could not answer him; for they were affrighted at his presence. 4 And Yosef said unto his brethren, "Come near to me, I pray." And they came near. And he said, "I am Yosef your brother, whom you sold into Mitzrayim. 5 And now be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves that you sold me hither; for Elohim did send me before you to preserve life. 6 For these two years has the famine been in the land; and there are yet five years, in which there shall be neither plowing nor harvest. 7 And Elohim sent me before you to give you a remnant on the earth, and to save you alive for a great deliverance. 8 So now it was not you that sent me here, but Elohim; and He has made me a father to Paroh, and master of all his house, and ruler over all the land of Mitzrayim. 9 Hasten, and go up to my father, and say unto him, 'Thus says your son Yosef: Elohim has made me Adon of all Mitzrayim; come down unto me, tarry not. 10 And you shall dwell in the land of Goshen, and you shall be near unto me, you, and your children, and your children’s children, and your flocks, and your herds, and all that you have; 11 and there will I sustain you; for there are yet five years of famine; lest you come to poverty, you, and your household, and all that you have." 12 And, behold, your eyes see, and the eyes of my brother Binyamin, that it is my mouth that speaks unto you. 13 And you shall tell my father of all my glory in Mitzrayim, and of all that you have seen; and you shall hasten and bring down my father hither. 14 And he fell upon his brother Binyamin’s neck, and wept; and Binyamin wept upon his neck. 15 And he kissed all his brethren, and wept upon them; and after that his brethren talked with him. 16 And the report thereof was heard in Paroh’s house, saying, "Yosef’s brethren are come;" and it pleased Paroh well, and his servants. 17 And Paroh said unto Yosef, "Say unto your brethren, 'This do you: lade your beasts, and go, get unto the land of Kena'an; 18 and take your father and your households, and come unto me; and I will give you the good of the land of Mitzrayim, and you shall eat the fat of the land. 19 Now you are commanded, this do you: take you wagons out of the land of Mitzrayim for your little ones, and for your wives, and bring your father, and come. 20 Also regard not your stuff; for the good things of all the land of Mitzrayim are yours'." 21 And the sons of Yisra'el did so; and Yosef gave them wagons, according to the commandment of Paroh, and gave them provision for the way. 22 To all of them he gave each man changes of raiment; but to Binyamin he gave three hundred shekels of silver, and five changes of raiment. 23 And to his father he sent in like manner ten donkeys laden with the good things of Mitzrayim, and ten she-donkeys laden with grain and bread and victual for his father by the way. 24 So he sent his brethren away, and they departed; and he said unto them, "See that you fall not out by the way." 25 And they went up out of Mitzrayim, and came into the land of Kena'an unto Ya'akov their father. 26 And they told him, saying, "Yosef is yet alive, and he is ruler over all the land of Mitzrayim." And his heart fainted, for he believed them not. 27 And they told him all the words of Yosef, which he had said unto them; and when he saw the wagons which Yosef had sent to carry him, the spirit of Ya'akov their father revived. 28 And Yisra'el said, "It is enough; Yosef my son is yet alive; I will go and see him before I die."

בראשית פרק מה
א וְלֹא יָכֹל יוֹסֵף לְהִתְאַפֵּק לְכֹל הַנִּצָּבִים עָלָיו וַיִּקְרָא הוֹצִיאוּ כָל אִישׁ מֵעָלָי וְלֹא עָמַד אִישׁ אִתּוֹ בְּהִתְוַדַּע יוֹסֵף אֶל אֶחָיו.
ב וַיִּתֵּן אֶת קֹלוֹ בִּבְכִי וַיִּשְׁמְעוּ מִצְרַיִם וַיִּשְׁמַע בֵּית פַּרְעֹה.
ג וַיֹּאמֶר יוֹסֵף אֶל אֶחָיו אֲנִי יוֹסֵף הַעוֹד אָבִי חָי וְלֹא יָכְלוּ אֶחָיו לַעֲנוֹת אֹתוֹ כִּי נִבְהֲלוּ מִפָּנָיו.
ד וַיֹּאמֶר יוֹסֵף אֶל אֶחָיו גְּשׁוּ נָא אֵלַי וַיִּגָּשׁוּ וַיֹּאמֶר אֲנִי יוֹסֵף אֲחִיכֶם אֲשֶׁר מְכַרְתֶּם אֹתִי מִצְרָיְמָה.
ה וְעַתָּה אַל תֵּעָצְבוּ וְאַל יִחַר בְּעֵינֵיכֶם כִּי מְכַרְתֶּם אֹתִי הֵנָּה כִּי לְמִחְיָה שְׁלָחַנִי אֱלֹהִים לִפְנֵיכֶם.
ו כִּי זֶה שְׁנָתַיִם הָרָעָב בְּקֶרֶב הָאָרֶץ וְעוֹד חָמֵשׁ שָׁנִים אֲשֶׁר אֵין חָרִישׁ וְקָצִיר.
ז וַיִּשְׁלָחֵנִי אֱלֹהִים לִפְנֵיכֶם לָשׂוּם לָכֶם שְׁאֵרִית בָּאָרֶץ וּלְהַחֲיוֹת לָכֶם לִפְלֵיטָה גְּדֹלָה.
ח וְעַתָּה לֹא אַתֶּם שְׁלַחְתֶּם אֹתִי הֵנָּה כִּי הָאֱלֹהִים וַיְשִׂימֵנִי לְאָב לְפַרְעֹה וּלְאָדוֹן לְכָל בֵּיתוֹ וּמֹשֵׁל בְּכָל אֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם.
ט מַהֲרוּ וַעֲלוּ אֶל אָבִי וַאֲמַרְתֶּם אֵלָיו כֹּה אָמַר בִּנְךָ יוֹסֵף שָׂמַנִי אֱלֹהִים לְאָדוֹן לְכָל מִצְרָיִם רְדָה אֵלַי אַל תַּעֲמֹד.
י וְיָשַׁבְתָּ בְאֶרֶץ גֹּשֶׁן וְהָיִיתָ קָרוֹב אֵלַי אַתָּה וּבָנֶיךָ וּבְנֵי בָנֶיךָ וְצֹאנְךָ וּבְקָרְךָ וְכָל אֲשֶׁר לָךְ.
יא וְכִלְכַּלְתִּי אֹתְךָ שָׁם כִּי עוֹד חָמֵשׁ שָׁנִים רָעָב פֶּן תִּוָּרֵשׁ אַתָּה וּבֵיתְךָ וְכָל אֲשֶׁר לָךְ.
יב וְהִנֵּה עֵינֵיכֶם רֹאוֹת וְעֵינֵי אָחִי בִנְיָמִין כִּי פִי הַמְדַבֵּר אֲלֵיכֶם.
יג וְהִגַּדְתֶּם לְאָבִי אֶת כָּל כְּבוֹדִי בְּמִצְרַיִם וְאֵת כָּל אֲשֶׁר רְאִיתֶם וּמִהַרְתֶּם וְהוֹרַדְתֶּם אֶת אָבִי הֵנָּה.
יד וַיִּפֹּל עַל צַוְּארֵי בִנְיָמִן אָחִיו וַיֵּבְךְּ וּבִנְיָמִן בָּכָה עַל צַוָּארָיו.
טו וַיְנַשֵּׁק לְכָל אֶחָיו וַיֵּבְךְּ עֲלֵהֶם וְאַחֲרֵי כֵן דִּבְּרוּ אֶחָיו אִתּוֹ.
טז וְהַקֹּל נִשְׁמַע בֵּית פַּרְעֹה לֵאמֹר בָּאוּ אֲחֵי יוֹסֵף וַיִּיטַב בְּעֵינֵי פַרְעֹה וּבְעֵינֵי עֲבָדָיו.
יז וַיֹּאמֶר פַּרְעֹה אֶל יוֹסֵף אֱמֹר אֶל אַחֶיךָ זֹאת עֲשׂוּ טַעֲנוּ אֶת בְּעִירְכֶם וּלְכוּ בֹאוּ אַרְצָה כְּנָעַן.
יח וּקְחוּ אֶת אֲבִיכֶם וְאֶת בָּתֵּיכֶם וּבֹאוּ אֵלָי וְאֶתְּנָה לָכֶם אֶת טוּב אֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם וְאִכְלוּ אֶת חֵלֶב הָאָרֶץ.
יט וְאַתָּה צֻוֵּיתָה זֹאת עֲשׂוּ קְחוּ לָכֶם מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם עֲגָלוֹת לְטַפְּכֶם וְלִנְשֵׁיכֶם וּנְשָׂאתֶם אֶת אֲבִיכֶם וּבָאתֶם.
כ וְעֵינְכֶם אַל תָּחֹס עַל כְּלֵיכֶם כִּי טוּב כָּל אֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם לָכֶם הוּא.
כא וַיַּעֲשׂוּ כֵן בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיִּתֵּן לָהֶם יוֹסֵף עֲגָלוֹת עַל פִּי פַרְעֹה וַיִּתֵּן לָהֶם צֵדָה לַדָּרֶךְ.
כב לְכֻלָּם נָתַן לָאִישׁ חֲלִפוֹת שְׂמָלֹת וּלְבִנְיָמִן נָתַן שְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת כֶּסֶף וְחָמֵשׁ חֲלִפֹת שְׂמָלֹת.
כג וּלְאָבִיו שָׁלַח כְּזֹאת עֲשָׂרָה חֲמֹרִים נֹשְׂאִים מִטּוּב מִצְרָיִם וְעֶשֶׂר אֲתֹנֹת נֹשְׂאֹת בָּר וָלֶחֶם וּמָזוֹן לְאָבִיו לַדָּרֶךְ.
כד וַיְשַׁלַּח אֶת אֶחָיו וַיֵּלֵכוּ וַיֹּאמֶר אֲלֵהֶם אַל תִּרְגְּזוּ בַּדָּרֶךְ.
כה וַיַּעֲלוּ מִמִּצְרָיִם וַיָּבֹאוּ אֶרֶץ כְּנַעַן אֶל יַעֲקֹב אֲבִיהֶם.
כו וַיַּגִּדוּ לוֹ לֵאמֹר עוֹד יוֹסֵף חַי וְכִי הוּא מֹשֵׁל בְּכָל אֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם וַיָּפָג לִבּוֹ כִּי לֹא הֶאֱמִין לָהֶם.
כז וַיְדַבְּרוּ אֵלָיו אֵת כָּל דִּבְרֵי יוֹסֵף אֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר אֲלֵהֶם וַיַּרְא אֶת הָעֲגָלוֹת אֲשֶׁר שָׁלַח יוֹסֵף לָשֵׂאת אֹתוֹ וַתְּחִי רוּחַ יַעֲקֹב אֲבִיהֶם.
כח וַיֹּאמֶר יִשְׂרָאֵל רַב עוֹד יוֹסֵף בְּנִי חָי אֵלְכָה וְאֶרְאֶנּוּ בְּטֶרֶם אָמוּת.

B'reshit Chapter 47
1 Then Yosef went in and told Paroh, and said, "My father and my brethren, and their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have, are come out of the land of Kena'an; and, behold, they are in the land of Goshen." 2 And from among his brethren he took five men, and presented them unto Paroh. 3 And Paroh said unto his brethren, "What is your occupation?" And they said unto Paroh, "Your servants are shepherds, both we, and our fathers." 4 And they said unto Paroh, "To sojourn in the land are we come; for there is no pasture for your servants' flocks; for the famine is sore in the land of Kena'an. Now therefore, we pray, let your servants dwell in the land of Goshen." 5 And Paroh spoke unto Yosef, saying, "Your father and your brethren are come unto you; 6 the land of Mitzrayim is before you; in the best of the land make your father and your brethren to dwell; in the land of Goshen let them dwell. And if you know any able men among them, then make them rulers over my cattle." 7 And Yosef brought in Ya'akov his father, and set him before Paroh. And Ya'akov blessed Paroh. 8 And Paroh said unto Ya'akov, "How many are the days of the years of your life?" 9 And Ya'akov said unto Paroh, "The days of the years of my sojournings are a hundred and thirty years; few and evil have been the days of the years of my life, and they have not attained unto the days of the years of the life of my fathers in the days of their sojournings." 10 And Ya'akov blessed Paroh, and went out from the presence of Paroh.
11 And Yosef placed his father and his brethren, and gave them a possession in the land of Mitzrayim, in the best of the land, in the land of Ra'amses, as Paroh had commanded. 12 And Yosef sustained his father, and his brethren, and all his father's household, with bread, according to the want of their little ones. 13 And there was no bread in all the land; for the famine was very sore, so that the land of Mitzrayim and the land of Kena'an languished by reason of the famine. 14 And Yosef gathered up all the money that was found in the land of Mitzrayim, and in the land of Kena'an, for the grain which they bought; and Yosef brought the money into Paroh's house. 15 And when the money was all spent in the land of Mitzrayim, and in the land of Kena'an, all the Mitzrim came unto Yosef, and said, "Give us bread; for why should we die in your presence? For our money fails." 16 And Yosef said, "Give your cattle, and I will give you [bread] for your cattle, if money fails." 17 And they brought their cattle unto Yosef. And Yosef gave them bread in exchange for the horses, and for the flocks, and for the herds, and for the donkeys; and he fed them with bread in exchange for all their cattle for that year. 18 And when that year was ended, they came unto him the second year, and said unto him, "We will not hide from my master, how that our money is all spent; and the herds of cattle are my master's; there is nought left in the sight of my master, but our bodies, and our lands. 19 Why should we die before your eyes, both we and our land? Buy us and our land for bread, and we and our land will be servants unto Paroh; and give us seed, that we may live, and not die, and that the land be not desolate." 20 So Yosef bought all the land of Mitzrayim for Paroh; for the Mitzrim sold every man his field, because the famine was sore upon them; and the land became Paroh's. 21 And as for the people, he removed them city by city, from one end of the border of Mitzrayim even to the other end thereof. 22 Only the land of the priests did he not buy, for the priests had a portion from Paroh, and did eat their portion which Paroh gave them; therefore they sold not their land. 23 Then Yosef said unto the people, "Behold, I have bought you this day and your land for Paroh. Lo, here is seed for you, and you shall sow the land. 24 And it shall come to pass at the ingatherings, that you shall give a fifth unto Paroh, and four parts shall be your own, for seed of the field, and for your food, and for them of your households, and for food for your little ones." 25 And they said, "You have saved our lives. Let us find favor in the sight of my master, and we will be Paroh's servants." 26 And Yosef made it a statute concerning the land of Mitzrayim unto this day, that Paroh should have the fifth; only the land of the priests alone did not become Paroh's.
27 And Yisra'el dwelt in the land of Mitzrayim, in the land of Goshen; and they got them possessions therein, and were fruitful, and multiplied exceedingly.

בראשית פרק מז
א וַיָּבֹא יוֹסֵף וַיַּגֵּד לְפַרְעֹה וַיֹּאמֶר אָבִי וְאַחַי וְצֹאנָם וּבְקָרָם וְכָל אֲשֶׁר לָהֶם בָּאוּ מֵאֶרֶץ כְּנָעַן וְהִנָּם בְּאֶרֶץ גֹּשֶׁן.
ב וּמִקְצֵה אֶחָיו לָקַח חֲמִשָּׁה אֲנָשִׁים וַיַּצִּגֵם לִפְנֵי פַרְעֹה.
ג וַיֹּאמֶר פַּרְעֹה אֶל אֶחָיו מַה מַּעֲשֵׂיכֶם וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֶל פַּרְעֹה רֹעֵה צֹאן עֲבָדֶיךָ גַּם אֲנַחְנוּ גַּם אֲבוֹתֵינוּ.
ד וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֶל פַּרְעֹה לָגוּר בָּאָרֶץ בָּאנוּ כִּי אֵין מִרְעֶה לַצֹּאן אֲשֶׁר לַעֲבָדֶיךָ כִּי כָבֵד הָרָעָב בְּאֶרֶץ כְּנָעַן וְעַתָּה יֵשְׁבוּ נָא עֲבָדֶיךָ בְּאֶרֶץ גֹּשֶׁן.
ה וַיֹּאמֶר פַּרְעֹה אֶל יוֹסֵף לֵאמֹר אָבִיךָ וְאַחֶיךָ בָּאוּ אֵלֶיךָ.
ו אֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם לְפָנֶיךָ הִוא בְּמֵיטַב הָאָרֶץ הוֹשֵׁב אֶת אָבִיךָ וְאֶת אַחֶיךָ יֵשְׁבוּ בְּאֶרֶץ גֹּשֶׁן וְאִם יָדַעְתָּ וְיֶשׁ בָּם אַנְשֵׁי חַיִל וְשַׂמְתָּם שָׂרֵי מִקְנֶה עַל אֲשֶׁר לִי.
ז וַיָּבֵא יוֹסֵף אֶת יַעֲקֹב אָבִיו וַיַּעֲמִדֵהוּ לִפְנֵי פַרְעֹה וַיְבָרֶךְ יַעֲקֹב אֶת פַּרְעֹה.
ח וַיֹּאמֶר פַּרְעֹה אֶל יַעֲקֹב כַּמָּה יְמֵי שְׁנֵי חַיֶּיךָ.
ט וַיֹּאמֶר יַעֲקֹב אֶל פַּרְעֹה יְמֵי שְׁנֵי מְגוּרַי שְׁלֹשִׁים וּמְאַת שָׁנָה מְעַט וְרָעִים הָיוּ יְמֵי שְׁנֵי חַיַּי וְלֹא הִשִּׂיגוּ אֶת יְמֵי שְׁנֵי חַיֵּי אֲבֹתַי בִּימֵי מְגוּרֵיהֶם.
י וַיְבָרֶךְ יַעֲקֹב אֶת פַּרְעֹה וַיֵּצֵא מִלִּפְנֵי פַרְעֹה.
יא וַיּוֹשֵׁב יוֹסֵף אֶת אָבִיו וְאֶת אֶחָיו וַיִּתֵּן לָהֶם אֲחֻזָּה בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם בְּמֵיטַב הָאָרֶץ בְּאֶרֶץ רַעְמְסֵס כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה פַרְעֹה.
יב וַיְכַלְכֵּל יוֹסֵף אֶת אָבִיו וְאֶת אֶחָיו וְאֵת כָּל בֵּית אָבִיו לֶחֶם לְפִי הַטָּף.
יג וְלֶחֶם אֵין בְּכָל הָאָרֶץ כִּי כָבֵד הָרָעָב מְאֹד וַתֵּלַהּ אֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם וְאֶרֶץ כְּנַעַן מִפְּנֵי הָרָעָב.
יד וַיְלַקֵּט יוֹסֵף אֶת כָּל הַכֶּסֶף הַנִּמְצָא בְאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם וּבְאֶרֶץ כְּנַעַן בַּשֶּׁבֶר אֲשֶׁר הֵם שֹׁבְרִים וַיָּבֵא יוֹסֵף אֶת הַכֶּסֶף בֵּיתָה פַרְעֹה.
טו וַיִּתֹּם הַכֶּסֶף מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם וּמֵאֶרֶץ כְּנַעַן וַיָּבֹאוּ כָל מִצְרַיִם אֶל יוֹסֵף לֵאמֹר הָבָה לָּנוּ לֶחֶם וְלָמָּה נָמוּת נֶגְדֶּךָ כִּי אָפֵס כָּסֶף.
טז וַיֹּאמֶר יוֹסֵף הָבוּ מִקְנֵיכֶם וְאֶתְּנָה לָכֶם בְּמִקְנֵיכֶם אִם אָפֵס כָּסֶף.
יז וַיָּבִיאוּ אֶת מִקְנֵיהֶם אֶל יוֹסֵף וַיִּתֵּן לָהֶם יוֹסֵף לֶחֶם בַּסּוּסִים וּבְמִקְנֵה הַצֹּאן וּבְמִקְנֵה הַבָּקָר וּבַחֲמֹרִים וַיְנַהֲלֵם בַּלֶּחֶם בְּכָל מִקְנֵהֶם בַּשָּׁנָה הַהִוא.
יח וַתִּתֹּם הַשָּׁנָה הַהִוא וַיָּבֹאוּ אֵלָיו בַּשָּׁנָה הַשֵּׁנִית וַיֹּאמְרוּ לוֹ לֹא נְכַחֵד מֵאֲדֹנִי כִּי אִם תַּם הַכֶּסֶף וּמִקְנֵה הַבְּהֵמָה אֶל אֲדֹנִי לֹא נִשְׁאַר לִפְנֵי אֲדֹנִי בִּלְתִּי אִם גְּוִיָּתֵנוּ וְאַדְמָתֵנוּ.
יט לָמָּה נָמוּת לְעֵינֶיךָ גַּם אֲנַחְנוּ גַּם אַדְמָתֵנוּ קְנֵה אֹתָנוּ וְאֶת אַדְמָתֵנוּ בַּלָּחֶם וְנִהְיֶה אֲנַחְנוּ וְאַדְמָתֵנוּ עֲבָדִים לְפַרְעֹה וְתֶן זֶרַע וְנִחְיֶה וְלֹא נָמוּת וְהָאֲדָמָה לֹא תֵשָׁם.
כ וַיִּקֶן יוֹסֵף אֶת כָּל אַדְמַת מִצְרַיִם לְפַרְעֹה כִּי מָכְרוּ מִצְרַיִם אִישׁ שָׂדֵהוּ כִּי חָזַק עֲלֵהֶם הָרָעָב וַתְּהִי הָאָרֶץ לְפַרְעֹה.
כא וְאֶת הָעָם הֶעֱבִיר אֹתוֹ לֶעָרִים מִקְצֵה גְבוּל מִצְרַיִם וְעַד קָצֵהוּ.
כב רַק אַדְמַת הַכֹּהֲנִים לֹא קָנָה כִּי חֹק לַכֹּהֲנִים מֵאֵת פַּרְעֹה וְאָכְלוּ אֶת חֻקָּם אֲשֶׁר נָתַן לָהֶם פַּרְעֹה עַל כֵּן לֹא מָכְרוּ אֶת אַדְמָתָם.
כג וַיֹּאמֶר יוֹסֵף אֶל הָעָם הֵן קָנִיתִי אֶתְכֶם הַיּוֹם וְאֶת אַדְמַתְכֶם לְפַרְעֹה הֵא לָכֶם זֶרַע וּזְרַעְתֶּם אֶת הָאֲדָמָה.
כד וְהָיָה בַּתְּבוּאֹת וּנְתַתֶּם חֲמִישִׁית לְפַרְעֹה וְאַרְבַּע הַיָּדֹת יִהְיֶה לָכֶם לְזֶרַע הַשָּׂדֶה וּלְאָכְלְכֶם וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּבָתֵּיכֶם וְלֶאֱכֹל לְטַפְּכֶם.
כה וַיֹּאמְרוּ הֶחֱיִתָנוּ נִמְצָא חֵן בְּעֵינֵי אֲדֹנִי וְהָיִינוּ עֲבָדִים לְפַרְעֹה.
כו וַיָּשֶׂם אֹתָהּ יוֹסֵף לְחֹק עַד הַיּוֹם הַזֶּה עַל אַדְמַת מִצְרַיִם לְפַרְעֹה לַחֹמֶשׁ רַק אַדְמַת הַכֹּהֲנִים לְבַדָּם לֹא הָיְתָה לְפַרְעֹה.
כז וַיֵּשֶׁב יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם בְּאֶרֶץ גֹּשֶׁן וַיֵּאָחֲזוּ בָהּ וַיִּפְרוּ וַיִּרְבּוּ מְאֹד.

15 And the D'var יהוה came unto me, saying, 16 "And you, Ben Adam, take one stick, and write upon it, 'For Yehudah, and for B'nei Yisra'el his companions'; then take another stick, and write upon it, 'For Yosef, the stick of Efrayim, and of all Beit Yisra'el his companions'; 17 and join them for yourself, one to another, into one stick, that they may become one in your hand. 18 And when the children of your people shall speak unto you, saying, 'Will you not tell us what you mean by these?' 19 Say unto them, 'Thus says Adonai יהוה , 'Behold, I will take the stick of Yosef, which is in the hand of Efrayim, and the tribes of Yisra'el his companions; and I will put them unto him together with the stick of Yehudah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in My hand'.' 20 And the sticks whereon you write shall be in your hand before their eyes. 21 And say unto them, 'Thus says Adonai יהוה , 'Behold, I will take B'nei Yisra'el from among the nations, wherever they are gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land; 22 and I will make them one nation in the land, upon the mountains of Yisra'el, and one Melekh shall be Melekh to them all; and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all; 23 neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will save them out of all their dwelling-places, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them; so shall they be My people, and I will be their Elohim. 24 And My servant David shall be king over them, and they all shall have one shepherd; they shall also walk in My ordinances, and observe My statutes, and do them. 25 And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Ya'akov My servant, wherein your fathers dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, they, and their children, and their children's children, forever; and David My servant shall be their prince forever. 26 Moreover I will make a Brit Shalom with them, it shall be a Brit Olam with them; and I will establish them, and multiply them, and will set My Mikdash in the midst of them forever. 27 My Mishkan also shall be over them; and I will be their Elohim, and they shall be My people. 28 And the nations shall know that I am יהוה that consecrates Yisra'el, when My Mikdash shall be in the midst of them forever.'"

יְחֶזְקֵאל פרק לז
טו וַיְהִי דְבַר יהוה אֵלַי לֵאמֹר.
טז וְאַתָּה בֶן אָדָם קַח לְךָ עֵץ אֶחָד וּכְתֹב עָלָיו לִיהוּדָה וְלִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל חֲבֵרָו; וּלְקַח עֵץ אֶחָד וּכְתוֹב עָלָיו לְיוֹסֵף עֵץ אֶפְרַיִם וְכָל בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל חֲבֵרָו.
יז וְקָרַב אֹתָם אֶחָד אֶל אֶחָד לְךָ לְעֵץ אֶחָד; וְהָיוּ לַאֲחָדִים בְּיָדֶךָ.
יח וְכַאֲשֶׁר יֹאמְרוּ אֵלֶיךָ בְּנֵי עַמְּךָ לֵאמֹר: הֲלוֹא תַגִּיד לָנוּ מָה אֵלֶּה לָּךְ.
יט דַּבֵּר אֲלֵהֶם כֹּה אָמַר אֲדֹנָי יהוה הִנֵּה אֲנִי לֹקֵחַ אֶת עֵץ יוֹסֵף אֲשֶׁר בְּיַד אֶפְרַיִם וְשִׁבְטֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל חֲבֵרָו; וְנָתַתִּי אוֹתָם עָלָיו אֶת עֵץ יְהוּדָה וַעֲשִׂיתִם לְעֵץ אֶחָד וְהָיוּ אֶחָד בְּיָדִי.
כ וְהָיוּ הָעֵצִים אֲשֶׁר תִּכְתֹּב עֲלֵיהֶם בְּיָדְךָ לְעֵינֵיהֶם.
כא וְדַבֵּר אֲלֵיהֶם כֹּה אָמַר אֲדֹנָי יהוה הִנֵּה אֲנִי לֹקֵחַ אֶת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מִבֵּין הַגּוֹיִם אֲשֶׁר הָלְכוּ שָׁם; וְקִבַּצְתִּי אֹתָם מִסָּבִיב וְהֵבֵאתִי אוֹתָם אֶל אַדְמָתָם.
כב וְעָשִׂיתִי אֹתָם לְגוֹי אֶחָד בָּאָרֶץ בְּהָרֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וּמֶלֶךְ אֶחָד יִהְיֶה לְכֻלָּם לְמֶלֶךְ; וְלֹא יהיה (יִהְיוּ) עוֹד לִשְׁנֵי גוֹיִם וְלֹא יֵחָצוּ עוֹד לִשְׁתֵּי מַמְלָכוֹת עוֹד.
כג וְלֹא יִטַּמְּאוּ עוֹד בְּגִלּוּלֵיהֶם וּבְשִׁקּוּצֵיהֶם וּבְכֹל פִּשְׁעֵיהֶם; וְהוֹשַׁעְתִּי אֹתָם מִכֹּל מוֹשְׁבֹתֵיהֶם אֲשֶׁר חָטְאוּ בָהֶם וְטִהַרְתִּי אוֹתָם וְהָיוּ לִי לְעָם וַאֲנִי אֶהְיֶה לָהֶם לֵאלֹהִים.
כד וְעַבְדִּי דָוִד מֶלֶךְ עֲלֵיהֶם וְרוֹעֶה אֶחָד יִהְיֶה לְכֻלָּם; וּבְמִשְׁפָּטַי יֵלֵכוּ וְחֻקּוֹתַי יִשְׁמְרוּ וְעָשׂוּ אוֹתָם.
כה וְיָשְׁבוּ עַל הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר נָתַתִּי לְעַבְדִּי לְיַעֲקֹב אֲשֶׁר יָשְׁבוּ בָהּ אֲבוֹתֵיכֶם; וְיָשְׁבוּ עָלֶיהָ הֵמָּה וּבְנֵיהֶם וּבְנֵי בְנֵיהֶם עַד עוֹלָם וְדָוִד עַבְדִּי נָשִׂיא לָהֶם לְעוֹלָם.
כו וְכָרַתִּי לָהֶם בְּרִית שָׁלוֹם בְּרִית עוֹלָם יִהְיֶה אוֹתָם; וּנְתַתִּים וְהִרְבֵּיתִי אוֹתָם וְנָתַתִּי אֶת מִקְדָּשִׁי בְּתוֹכָם לְעוֹלָם.
כז וְהָיָה מִשְׁכָּנִי עֲלֵיהֶם וְהָיִיתִי לָהֶם לֵאלֹהִים; וְהֵמָּה יִהְיוּ לִי לְעָם.
כח וְיָדְעוּ הַגּוֹיִם כִּי אֲנִי יהוה מְקַדֵּשׁ אֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל בִּהְיוֹת מִקְדָּשִׁי בְּתוֹכָם לְעוֹלָם.

Tehillah (Psalm) 48
1 A Song; a Mizmor for the sons of Korakh.
2 Great is יהוה , and highly to be praised, in the city of our Elohim, His Har Kadosh,
3 Fair in situation, the joy of the whole earth; even Har Tzion, the uttermost parts of the
north, the city of Melekh Rav.
4 Elohim in her palaces has made Himself known for a stronghold.
5 For, lo, the kings assembled themselves, they came onward together.
6 They saw, straightway they were amazed; they were terrified, they hasted away.
7 Trembling took hold of them there, pangs, as of a woman in travail.
8 With the east wind You break the ships of Tarshish.
9 As we have heard, so have we seen; in the city of יהוה Tzeva'ot, in the city of our Elohim. Elohim establishes it forever. Selah.
10 We have thought on Your compassion, O Elohim, in the midst of Your Heikhal.
11 As is Your Name, O Elohim, so is Your praise unto the ends of the earth; Your right hand is full of righteousness.
12 Let Har Tzion be glad, let the daughters of Yehudah rejoice, because of Your judgments.
13 Walk about Tzion, and go round about her; count the towers thereof.
14 Mark well her ramparts, traverse her palaces; that you may tell it to the generation following.
15 For such is Elohim, our Elohim, forever and ever; He will guide us even in death.

א שִׁיר מִזְמוֹר לִבְנֵי קֹרַח.
ב גָּדוֹל יהוה וּמְהֻלָּל מְאֹד בְּעִיר אֱלֹהֵינוּ הַר שְׁקָדוֹ.
ג יְפֵה נוֹף מְשׂוֹשׂ כָּל הָאָרֶץ: הַר צִיּוֹן יַרְכְּתֵי צָפוֹן; קִרְיַתְ מֶלֶך רָב.
ד אֱלֹהִיםָ בְּאַרְמְנוֹתֶיה נוֹדַע לְמִשְׂגָּב.
ה כִּי הִנֵּה הַמְּלָכִים נוֹעֲדוּ; עָבְרוּ יַחְדָּו.
ו הֵמָּה רָאוּ כֵּן תָּמָהוּ; נִבְהֲלוּ נֶחְפָּזוּ.
ז רְעָדָה אֲחָזָתַם שָׁם; חִיל כַּיּוֹלֵדָה.
ח בְּרוּחַ קָדִים תְּשַׁבֵּר אֳנִיּוֹת תַּרְשִׁישׁ.
ט כַּאֲשֶׁר שָׁמַעְנוּ כֵּן רָאִינוּ בְּעִיר יהוה צְבָאוֹת בְּעִיר אֱלֹהֵינוּ: אֱלֹהִים יְכוֹנְנֶה עַד עוֹלָם סֶלָה.
י דִּמִּינוּ אֱלֹהִיםָ חַסְדֶּך בְּקֶרֶבָ הֵיכָלֶך.
יא כְּשִׁמְךָ אֱלֹהִים כֵּן תְּהִלָּתְךָ עַל קַצְוֵי אֶרֶץ; צֶדֶק מָלְאָהָ יְמִינֶך.
יב יִשְׂמַח הַר צִיּוֹן תָּגֵלְנָה בְּנוֹת יְהוּדָה: לְמַעַן מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ.
יג סׁבּוּ צִיּוֹןָ וְהַקִּיפוּה; סִפְרָמִגְדָּלֶיה.
יד וּשִׁית לִבְּכֶם לְחֵילָה פַּסְּגָוּ אַרְמְנוֹתֶיה: לְמַעַן תְּסַפְּרוּ לְדוֹר אַחֲרוֹן.
טו כִּי זֶה אֱלֹהִים אֱלֹהֵינוּ עוֹלָם וָעֶד; הוּא יְנַהֲגֵנוּ עַל מוּת.

Yokhanan Chapter 4
16 Yeshua said to her, “Go and call your husband, and come here.” 17 She said to him, “I have no husband.” Yeshua said to her, “You said well, ‘I have no husband;' 18 for you have had five husbands; and the one you now have is not your husband; what you said is true.” 19 Then the woman said to Him, “My Adon, I see that you are a navi. 20 Our fathers worshipped on this mountain; and you say that the place where men must worship is in Yerushalayim.” 21 Yeshua said to her, “Woman, believe me, the time is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Yerushalayim will they worship HaAv. 22 You worship what you do not know; but we worship what we do know; for life is from the Yehudim. 23 But the time is coming, and it is here, when the true worshippers shall worship HaAv in Ru'akh V'Emet; for HaAv also desires worshippers such as these. 24 For Elohim is Ru'akh; and those who worship Him must worship Him in Ru'akh V'Emet.” 25 The woman said to Him, “I know that the Mashi'akh is coming; when He is come, He will teach us everything.” 26 Yeshua said to her, “I am He, the one speaking to you.”
27 While He was talking, His Talmidim came and were surprised that He was talking with a married woman; but no one said to Him, ‘What do you want?' or, ‘Why are you talking with her?' 28 The woman then left her water jar, and went to the city and said to the men, 29 “Come and see a man who told me everything which I have done; What, is He the Mashi'akh?” 30 And the men went out of the city, and came to Him. 31 During the interval His Talmidim begged Him, saying, “Adoneinu, eat.”

טז אָמַר לָהּ יֵשׁוּעַ: לְכִי קִרְאִי לְבַעְלֵךְ וּבוֹאִי לְכָאן.
יז אָמְרָה לוֹ: אֵין לִי בַּעַל. אָמַר לָהּ יֵשׁוּעַ: הֵיטֵב אָמַרְתְּ, אֵין לִי בַּעַל;
יח כִּי חֲמִשָּׁה בְּעָלִים הָיוּ לָךְ, וְזֶה שֶׁיֵּשׁ לָךְ עַכְשָׁו אֵינֶנּוּ בַּעְלֵךְ; זֹאת אָמַרְתְּ נְכוֹנָה.
יט אָמְרָה לוֹ הָאִשָּׁה: אֲדוֹנִי, רוֹאָה אֲנִי שֶׁנָּבִיא אַתָּה.
כ אֲבוֹתֵינוּ הִשְׁתַּחֲווּ בָּהָר הַזֶּה, וְאַתֶּם אוֹמְרִים שֶׁבִּירוּשָׁלַיִם הַמָּקוֹם שֶׁרָאוּי לְהִשְׁתַּחֲווֹת בּוֹ.
כא אָמַר לָהּ יֵשׁוּעַ: אִשָּׁה, הַאֲמִינִי לִי כִּי תָּבוֹא שָׁעָה שֶׁלֹּא בָּהָר הַזֶּה וְאַף לֹא בִּירוּשָׁלַיִם תִּשְׁתַּחֲווּ לָאָב.
כב אַתֶּם מִשְׁתַּחֲוִים לְמַה שֶּׁאֵינְכֶם יוֹדְעִים, אֲבָל אֲנַחְנוּ מִשְׁתַּחֲוִים לְמַה שֶּׁאָנוּ יוֹדְעִים, כִּי הַחַיִּים מִן הַיְּהוּדִים הֵם.
כג בְּרַם תָּבוֹא שָׁעָה, וְכָעֵת הִיא, שֶׁמִּשְׁתַּחֲוִים אֲמִתִּיִּים יִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לָאָב בְּרוּחַ וּבֶאֱמֶת, שֶׁכֵּן הָאָב רוֹצֶה מִשְׁתַּחֲוִים כָּאֵלֶּה;
כד כִּי הָאֱלֹהִים הוּא רוּחַ, וְהַמִּשְׁתַּחֲוִים לוֹ, בְּרוּחַ וּבֶאֱמֶת צְרִיכִים לְהִשְׁתַּחֲווֹת.
כה אָמְרָה לוֹ הָאִשָּׁה: אֲנִי יוֹדַעַת שֶׁהַמָּשִׁיחַ יָבוֹא; וְכַאֲשֶׁר יָבוֹא, הוּא יְלַמֵּד אוֹתָנוּ הַכֹּל. כו אָמַר לָהּ יֵשׁוּעַ: אֲנִי הוּא, הַמְדַבֵּר אִתָּךְ.
כז וְכַאֲשֶׁר דִּבֵּר, בָּאוּ תַּלְמִידָיו וְהִתְפַּלְּאוּ עַל שֶׁהוּא מְדַבֵּר עִם אִשָּׁה, אַךְ אִישׁ לֹא אָמַר, מָה אַתָּה מְבַקֵּשׁ? אוֹ, לָמָּה אַתָּה מְדַבֵּר אִתָּהּ?
כח וְעָזְבָה הָאִשָּׁה אֶת כַּדָּהּ וְהָלְכָה הָעִירָה, וְאָמְרָה לָאֲנָשִׁים:
כט בּוֹאוּ רְאוּ אִישׁ שֶׁאָמַר לִי כָּל מַה שֶּׁעָשִׂיתִי; הַאִם הוּא הַמָּשִׁיחַ?
ל וְיָצְאוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים מֵהָעִיר וּבָאוּ אֵלָיו.
לא וּבֵינְתַיִם בִּקְּשׁוּ מִמֶּנּוּ תַּלְמִידָיו וְאָמְרוּ לוֹ: רַבֵּנוּ, אֱכֹל
