BaMidbar Chapter 13
1 And יהוה spoke unto Moshe, saying, 2 "Send for yourself men, that they may spy out the land of Kena'an, which I give unto B'nei Yisra'el; of every tribe of their fathers shall you send a man, every one a prince among them." 3 And Moshe sent them from the wilderness of Paran according to the direction of יהוה ; all of them men who were heads of B'nei Yisra'el. 4 And these were their names: of the tribe of Re'uven, Shamua Ben Zakur. 5 Of the tribe of Shimon, Shafat Ben Khori. 6 Of the tribe of Yehudah, Kalev Ben Yefuneh. 7 Of the tribe of Yisakhar, Igal Ben Yosef. 8 Of the tribe of Efrayim, Hoshea Bin Nun. 9 Of the tribe of Binyamin, Palti Ben Rafu. 10 Of the tribe of Zevulun, Gadi'el Ben Sodi. 11 Of the tribe of Yosef, namely, of the tribe of Menasheh, Gadi Ben Susi. 12 Of the tribe of Dan, Amiel Ben Gemali. 13 Of the tribe of Asher, Setur Ben Mikha'el. 14 Of the tribe of Naftali, Nahbi Ben Vofsi. 15 Of the tribe of Gad, Geu'el Ben Makhi. 16 These are the names of the men that Moshe sent to spy out the land.
And Moshe called Hoshea Bin Nun ‘Yehoshua'. 17 And Moshe sent them to spy out the land of Kena'an, and said unto them, "Get up here into the South, and go up into the mountains, 18 and see the land, what it is; and the people that dwell therein, whether they are strong or weak, whether they are few or many; 19 and what the land is that they dwell in, whether it is good or bad; and what cities they are that they dwell in, whether in camps, or in strongholds; 20 and what the land is, whether it is fat or lean, whether there is wood therein, or not. And be of good courage, and bring of the fruit of the land." Now the time was the time of the first-ripe grapes.
21 So they went up, and spied out the land from the wilderness of Tzin unto Rekhov, at the entrance to Khamat. 22 And they went up into the South, and came unto Khevron.
And Akhiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the children of Anak, were there. Now Khevron was built seven years before Tzoan in Mitzrayim.
23 And they came unto the valley of Eshkol, and cut down from there a branch with one cluster of grapes, and they bore it upon a pole between two; they took also of the pomegranates, and of the figs. 24 That place was called the valley of Eshkol, because of the cluster which B'nei Yisra'el cut down from there. 25 And they returned from spying out the land at the end of forty days. 26 And they went and came to Moshe, and to Aharon, and to all the assembly of B'nei Yisra'el, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the assembly, and showed them the fruit of the land. 27 And they told him, and said, "We came unto the land where you sent us, and surely it flows with milk and honey; and this is the fruit of it. 28 But the people that dwell in the land are fierce, and the cities are fortified, and very great; and moreover, we saw the children of Anak there. 29 Amalek dwells in the land of the South; and the Khiti, and the Yevusi, and the Amori dwell in the mountains; and the Kena'ani dwells by the sea, and along by the side of the Yarden." 30 And Kalev stilled the people toward Moshe, and said, "We should go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it." 31 But the men that went up with him said, "We are not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we." 32 And they spread an evil report of the land which they had spied out unto B'nei Yisra'el, saying, "The land, through which we have passed to spy it out, is a land that eats up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of great stature. 33 And there we saw the Nefilim, the sons of Anak, who come from the Nefilim; and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight."

במדבר פרק יג
א וַיְדַבֵּר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר.
ב שְׁלַח לְךָ אֲנָשִׁים וְיָתֻרוּ אֶת אֶרֶץ כְּנַעַן אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי נֹתֵן לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אִישׁ אֶחָד אִישׁ אֶחָד לְמַטֵּה אֲבֹתָיו תִּשְׁלָחוּ כֹּל נָשִׂיא בָהֶם.
ג וַיִּשְׁלַח אֹתָם מֹשֶׁה מִמִּדְבַּר פָּארָן עַל פִּי יהוה כֻּלָּם אֲנָשִׁים רָאשֵׁי בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל הֵמָּה.
ד וְאֵלֶּה שְׁמוֹתָם לְמַטֵּה רְאוּבֵן שַׁמּוּעַ בֶּן זַכּוּר.
ה לְמַטֵּה שִׁמְעוֹן שָׁפָט בֶּן חוֹרִי.
ו לְמַטֵּה יְהוּדָה כָּלֵב בֶּן יְפֻנֶּה.
ז לְמַטֵּה יִשָּׂשכָר יִגְאָל בֶּן יוֹסֵף.
ח לְמַטֵּה אֶפְרָיִם הוֹשֵׁעַ בִּן נוּן.
ט לְמַטֵּה בִנְיָמִן פַּלְטִי בֶּן רָפוּא.
י לְמַטֵּה זְבוּלֻן גַּדִּיאֵל בֶּן סוֹדִי.
יא לְמַטֵּה יוֹסֵף לְמַטֵּה מְנַשֶּׁה גַּדִּי בֶּן סוּסִי.
יב לְמַטֵּה דָן עַמִּיאֵל בֶּן גְּמַלִּי.
יג לְמַטֵּה אָשֵׁר סְתוּר בֶּן מִיכָאֵל.
יד לְמַטֵּה נַפְתָּלִי נַחְבִּי בֶּן וָפְסִי.
טו לְמַטֵּה גָד גְּאוּאֵל בֶּן מָכִי.
טז אֵלֶּה שְׁמוֹת הָאֲנָשִׁים אֲשֶׁר שָׁלַח מֹשֶׁה לָתוּר אֶת-הָאָרֶץ; וַיִּקְרָא מֹשֶׁה לְהוֹשֵׁעַ בִּן נוּן יְהוֹשֻׁעַ.
יז וַיִּשְׁלַח אֹתָם מֹשֶׁה לָתוּר אֶת אֶרֶץ כְּנָעַן וַיֹּאמֶר אֲלֵהֶם עֲלוּ זֶה בַּנֶּגֶב וַעֲלִיתֶם אֶת הָהָר.
יח וּרְאִיתֶם אֶת הָאָרֶץ מַה הִוא וְאֶת הָעָם הַיֹּשֵׁב עָלֶיהָ הֶחָזָק הוּא הֲרָפֶה הַמְעַט הוּא אִם רָב.
יט וּמָה הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר הוּא יֹשֵׁב בָּהּ הֲטוֹבָה הִוא אִם רָעָה וּמָה הֶעָרִים אֲשֶׁר הוּא יוֹשֵׁב בָּהֵנָּה הַבְּמַחֲנִים אִם בְּמִבְצָרִים.
כ וּמָה הָאָרֶץ הַשְּׁמֵנָה הִוא אִם רָזָה הֲיֵשׁ בָּהּ עֵץ אִם אַיִן וְהִתְחַזַּקְתֶּם וּלְקַחְתֶּם מִפְּרִי הָאָרֶץ וְהַיָּמִים יְמֵי בִּכּוּרֵי עֲנָבִים.
כא וַיַּעֲלוּ וַיָּתֻרוּ אֶת הָאָרֶץ מִמִּדְבַּר צִן עַד רְחֹב לְבֹא חֲמָת.
כב וַיַּעֲלוּ בַנֶּגֶב וַיָּבֹא עַד חֶבְרוֹן וְשָׁם אֲחִימַן שֵׁשַׁי וְתַלְמַי יְלִידֵי הָעֲנָק וְחֶבְרוֹן שֶׁבַע שָׁנִים נִבְנְתָה לִפְנֵי צֹעַן מִצְרָיִם.
כג וַיָּבֹאוּ עַד נַחַל אֶשְׁכֹּל וַיִּכְרְתוּ מִשָּׁם זְמוֹרָה וְאֶשְׁכּוֹל עֲנָבִים אֶחָד וַיִּשָּׂאֻהוּ בַמּוֹט בִּשְׁנָיִם וּמִן הָרִמֹּנִים וּמִן הַתְּאֵנִים.
כד לַמָּקוֹם הַהוּא קָרָא נַחַל אֶשְׁכּוֹל עַל אֹדוֹת הָאֶשְׁכּוֹל אֲשֶׁר כָּרְתוּ מִשָּׁם בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל.
כה וַיָּשֻׁבוּ מִתּוּר הָאָרֶץ מִקֵּץ אַרְבָּעִים יוֹם.
כו וַיֵּלְכוּ וַיָּבֹאוּ אֶל מֹשֶׁה וְאֶל אַהֲרֹן וְאֶל כָּל עֲדַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶל מִדְבַּר פָּארָן קָדֵשָׁה וַיָּשִׁיבוּ אֹתָם דָּבָר וְאֶת כָּל הָעֵדָה וַיַּרְאוּם אֶת פְּרִי הָאָרֶץ.
כז וַיְסַפְּרוּ לוֹ וַיֹּאמְרוּ בָּאנוּ אֶל הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר שְׁלַחְתָּנוּ וְגַם זָבַת חָלָב וּדְבַשׁ הִוא וְזֶה פִּרְיָהּ.
כח אֶפֶס כִּי עַז הָעָם הַיֹּשֵׁב בָּאָרֶץ וְהֶעָרִים בְּצֻרוֹת גְּדֹלֹת מְאֹד וְגַם יְלִדֵי הָעֲנָק רָאִינוּ שָׁם.
כט עֲמָלֵק יוֹשֵׁב בְּאֶרֶץ הַנֶּגֶב וְהַחִתִּי וְהַיְבוּסִי וְהָאֱמֹרִי יוֹשֵׁב בָּהָר וְהַכְּנַעֲנִי יוֹשֵׁב עַל הַיָּם וְעַל יַד הַיַּרְדֵּן.
ל וַיַּהַס כָּלֵב אֶת הָעָם אֶל מֹשֶׁה וַיֹּאמֶר עָלֹה נַעֲלֶה וְיָרַשְׁנוּ אֹתָהּ כִּי יָכוֹל נוּכַל לָהּ.
לא וְהָאֲנָשִׁים אֲשֶׁר עָלוּ עִמּוֹ אָמְרוּ לֹא נוּכַל לַעֲלוֹת אֶל הָעָם כִּי חָזָק הוּא מִמֶּנּוּ.
לב וַיֹּצִיאוּ דִּבַּת הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר תָּרוּ אֹתָהּ אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לֵאמֹר הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר עָבַרְנוּ בָהּ לָתוּר אֹתָהּ אֶרֶץ אֹכֶלֶת יוֹשְׁבֶיהָ הִוא וְכָל הָעָם אֲשֶׁר רָאִינוּ בְתוֹכָהּ אַנְשֵׁי מִדּוֹת.
לג וְשָׁם רָאִינוּ אֶת הַנְּפִילִים בְּנֵי עֲנָק מִן הַנְּפִלִים וַנְּהִי בְעֵינֵינוּ כַּחֲגָבִים וְכֵן הָיִינוּ בְּעֵינֵיהֶם.

BaMidbar Chapter 15
1 And יהוה spoke unto Moshe, saying, 2 "Speak unto B'nei Yisra'el, and say unto them, 'When you are come into the land of your habitations which I give unto you, 3 and will make an offering by fire unto יהוה , an Olah, or a Zevakh, in fulfilment of a Neder clearly uttered, or as a N’davah, or in your Mo'edim, to make a sweet savor unto יהוה , of the herd, or of the flock; 4 then shall he that brings his offering present unto יהוה a Minkhah of a tenth part of an efah of fine flour mingled with the fourth part of a hin of oil; 5 and wine for the Nesekh, the fourth part of a hin shall you prepare with the Olah or for the Zevakh, for each lamb. 6 Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a Minkhah two tenth parts of an efah of fine flour mingled with the third part of a hin of oil; 7 and for the Nesekh you shall present the third part of a hin of wine, of a sweet savor unto יהוה . And8 when you prepare a bullock for an Olah, or for a Zevakh, in fulfilment of a vow clearly uttered, or for Sh'lamim unto יהוה , then9 shall there be presented with the bullock a Minkhah of three tenth parts of an efah of fine flour mingled with half a hin of oil. 10 And you shall present for the Nesekh half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto יהוה . Thus11 shall it be done for each bullock, or for each ram, or for each of the he-lambs, or of the kids. 12 According to the number that you may prepare, so shall you do for every one according to their number. 13 All that are home-born shall do these things after this manner, in presenting an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto יהוה . And14 if a stranger sojourns with you, or whoever may be among you, throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto יהוה ; as you do, so he shall do. 15 As for the congregation, there shall be one statute both for you, and for the stranger that sojourns with you, a statute forever throughout your generations; as you are, so shall the stranger be before יהוה . One16 Torah and one ordinance shall be both for you, and for the stranger that sojourns with you."
17 And יהוה spoke unto Moshe, saying, 18 "Speak unto B'nei Yisra'el, and say unto them, 'When you come into the land where I bring you, 19 then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall consecrate a portion for a gift unto יהוה . Of20 the first of your dough you shall consecrate a cake for a gift; as that which is consecrated of the threshing-floor, so shall you hallow it. 21 Of the first of your dough you shall give unto יהוה a portion for a gift throughout your generations.
22 And when you shall err, and not observe all these mitzvot, which יהוה has spoken unto Moshe, 23 even all that יהוה has commanded you by the hand of Moshe, from the day that יהוה gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations; 24 then it shall be, if it is done in error by the assembly, it being hid from their eyes, that all the assembly shall offer one young bullock for an Olah, for a sweet savor unto יהוה , with the Minkhah thereof, and the Nesekh thereof, according to the ordinance, and one he-goat for a Khatat. 25 And the kohen shall make atonement for all the assembly of B'nei Yisra'el, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire unto יהוה , and their Khatat before יהוה , for their error. 26 And all the assembly of B'nei Yisra'el shall be forgiven, and the stranger that sojourns among them; for in respect of all the people it was done in error.
27 And if one person sins through error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a Khatat. 28 And the kohen shall make atonement for the soul that errs, when he sins through error, before יהוה , to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven, 29 both he that is home-born among B'nei Yisra'el, and the stranger that sojourns among them: you shall have one Torah for him that does aught in error. 30 But the soul that does aught with a high hand, whether he is home-born or a stranger, the same blasphemes יהוה ; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people. 31 Because he has despised the D'var יהוה , and has broken His mitzvah; that soul shall utterly be cut off, his iniquity shall be upon him'."
32 And while B'nei Yisra'el were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering wood upon Yom Shabbat. 33 And they that found him gathering wood brought him unto Moshe and Aharon, and unto all the assembly. 34 And they put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him. 35 And יהוה said unto Moshe, "The man shall surely be put to death; all the assembly shall stone him with stones outside the camp." 36 And all the assembly brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died, as יהוה commanded Moshe.
37 And יהוה spoke unto Moshe, saying, 38 "Speak unto B'nei Yisra'el, and bid them that they make them throughout their generations tzit-tzit in the kanfot of their garments, and that they put with the Tzit-tzit HaKanaf a thread of Tekhelet. 39 And it shall be unto you for a tzit-tzit, that you may look upon it, and remember all the Mitzvot of יהוה , and do them; and that you go not about after your own heart and your own eyes after which you use to go astray; 40 that you may remember and do all My Mitzvot, and be kadosh unto your Elohim. 41 I am יהוה your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Mitzrayim, to be your Elohim: I am יהוה your Elohim."

במדבר פרק טו
א וַיְדַבֵּר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר.
ב דַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם כִּי תָבֹאוּ אֶל אֶרֶץ מוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי נֹתֵן לָכֶם.
ג וַעֲשִׂיתֶם אִשֶּׁה לַיהוה עֹלָה אוֹ זֶבַח לְפַלֵּא נֶדֶר אוֹ בִנְדָבָה אוֹ בְּמֹעֲדֵיכֶם לַעֲשׂוֹת רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה מִן הַבָּקָר אוֹ מִן הַצֹּאן.
ד וְהִקְרִיב הַמַּקְרִיב קָרְבָּנוֹ לַיהוה מִנְחָה סֹלֶת עִשָּׂרוֹן בָּלוּל בִּרְבִעִית הַהִין שָׁמֶן.
ה וְיַיִן לַנֶּסֶךְ רְבִיעִית הַהִין תַּעֲשֶׂה עַל הָעֹלָה אוֹ לַזָּבַח לַכֶּבֶשׂ הָאֶחָד.
ו אוֹ לָאַיִל תַּעֲשֶׂה מִנְחָה סֹלֶת שְׁנֵי עֶשְׂרֹנִים בְּלוּלָה בַשֶּׁמֶן שְׁלִשִׁית הַהִין.
ז וְיַיִן לַנֶּסֶךְ שְׁלִשִׁית הַהִין תַּקְרִיב רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה .
ח וְכִי תַעֲשֶׂה בֶן בָּקָר עֹלָה אוֹ זָבַח לְפַלֵּא נֶדֶר אוֹ שְׁלָמִים לַיהוה .
ט וְהִקְרִיב עַל בֶּן הַבָּקָר מִנְחָה סֹלֶת שְׁלֹשָׁה עֶשְׂרֹנִים בָּלוּל בַּשֶּׁמֶן חֲצִי הַהִין.
י וְיַיִן תַּקְרִיב לַנֶּסֶךְ חֲצִי הַהִין אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה .
יא כָּכָה יֵעָשֶׂה לַשּׁוֹר הָאֶחָד אוֹ לָאַיִל הָאֶחָד אוֹ לַשֶּׂה בַכְּבָשִׂים אוֹ בָעִזִּים.
יב כַּמִּסְפָּר אֲשֶׁר תַּעֲשׂוּ כָּכָה תַּעֲשׂוּ לָאֶחָד כְּמִסְפָּרָם.
יג כָּל הָאֶזְרָח יַעֲשֶׂה כָּכָה אֶת אֵלֶּה לְהַקְרִיב אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה .
יד וְכִי יָגוּר אִתְּכֶם גֵּר אוֹ אֲשֶׁר בְּתוֹכְכֶם לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם וְעָשָׂה אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה כַּאֲשֶׁר תַּעֲשׂוּ כֵּן יַעֲשֶׂה.
טו הַקָּהָל חֻקָּה אַחַת לָכֶם וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר חֻקַּת עוֹלָם לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם כָּכֶם כַּגֵּר יִהְיֶה לִפְנֵי יהוה .
טז תּוֹרָה אַחַת וּמִשְׁפָּט אֶחָד יִהְיֶה לָכֶם וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר אִתְּכֶם.
יז וַיְדַבֵּר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר.
יח דַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם בְּבֹאֲכֶם אֶל הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי מֵבִיא אֶתְכֶם שָׁמָּה.
יט וְהָיָה בַּאֲכָלְכֶם מִלֶּחֶם הָאָרֶץ תָּרִימוּ תְרוּמָה לַיהוה .
כ רֵאשִׁית עֲרִסֹתֵכֶם חַלָּה תָּרִימוּ תְרוּמָה כִּתְרוּמַת גֹּרֶן כֵּן תָּרִימוּ אֹתָהּ.
כא מֵרֵאשִׁית עֲרִסֹתֵיכֶם תִּתְּנוּ לַיהוה תְּרוּמָה לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם.
כב וְכִי תִשְׁגּוּ וְלֹא תַעֲשׂוּ אֵת כָּל הַמִּצְו‍ֹת הָאֵלֶּה אֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה.
כג אֵת כָּל אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יהוה אֲלֵיכֶם בְּיַד מֹשֶׁה מִן הַיּוֹם אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יהוה וָהָלְאָה לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם.
כד וְהָיָה אִם מֵעֵינֵי הָעֵדָה נֶעֶשְׂתָה לִשְׁגָגָה וְעָשׂוּ כָל הָעֵדָה פַּר בֶּן בָּקָר אֶחָד לְעֹלָה לְרֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה וּמִנְחָתוֹ וְנִסְכּוֹ כַּמִּשְׁפָּט וּשְׂעִיר עִזִּים אֶחָד לְחַטָּת.
כה וְכִפֶּר הַכֹּהֵן עַל כָּל עֲדַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְנִסְלַח לָהֶם כִּי שְׁגָגָה הִוא וְהֵם הֵבִיאוּ אֶת קָרְבָּנָם אִשֶּׁה לַיהוה וְחַטָּאתָם לִפְנֵי יהוה עַל שִׁגְגָתָם.
כו וְנִסְלַח לְכָל עֲדַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר בְּתוֹכָם כִּי לְכָל הָעָם בִּשְׁגָגָה.
כז וְאִם נֶפֶשׁ אַחַת תֶּחֱטָא בִשְׁגָגָה וְהִקְרִיבָה עֵז בַּת שְׁנָתָהּ לְחַטָּאת.
כח וְכִפֶּר הַכֹּהֵן עַל הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַשֹּׁגֶגֶת בְּחֶטְאָה בִשְׁגָגָה לִפְנֵי יהוה לְכַפֵּר עָלָיו וְנִסְלַח לוֹ.
כט הָאֶזְרָח בִּבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר בְּתוֹכָם תּוֹרָה אַחַת יִהְיֶה לָכֶם לָעֹשֶׂה בִּשְׁגָגָה.
ל וְהַנֶּפֶשׁ אֲשֶׁר תַּעֲשֶׂה בְּיָד רָמָה מִן הָאֶזְרָח וּמִן הַגֵּר אֶת יהוה הוּא מְגַדֵּף וְנִכְרְתָה הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַהִוא מִקֶּרֶב עַמָּהּ.
לא כִּי דְבַר יהוה בָּזָה וְאֶת מִצְוָתוֹ הֵפַר הִכָּרֵת תִּכָּרֵת הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַהִוא עֲו‍ֹנָה בָהּ.
לב וַיִּהְיוּ בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בַּמִּדְבָּר וַיִּמְצְאוּ אִישׁ מְקֹשֵׁשׁ עֵצִים בְּיוֹם הַשַּׁבָּת.
לג וַיַּקְרִיבוּ אֹתוֹ הַמֹּצְאִים אֹתוֹ מְקֹשֵׁשׁ עֵצִים אֶל מֹשֶׁה וְאֶל אַהֲרֹן וְאֶל כָּל הָעֵדָה.
לד וַיַּנִּיחוּ אֹתוֹ בַּמִּשְׁמָר כִּי לֹא פֹרַשׁ מַה יֵּעָשֶׂה לוֹ.
לה וַיֹּאמֶר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה מוֹת יוּמַת הָאִישׁ רָגוֹם אֹתוֹ בָאֲבָנִים כָּל הָעֵדָה מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה.
לו וַיֹּצִיאוּ אֹתוֹ כָּל הָעֵדָה אֶל מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה וַיִּרְגְּמוּ אֹתוֹ בָּאֲבָנִים וַיָּמֹת כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יהוה אֶת מֹשֶׁה.
לז וַיֹּאמֶר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר.
לח דַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם וְעָשׂוּ לָהֶם צִיצִת עַל כַּנְפֵי בִגְדֵיהֶם לְדֹרֹתָם וְנָתְנוּ עַל צִיצִת הַכָּנָף פְּתִיל תְּכֵלֶת.
לט וְהָיָה לָכֶם לְצִיצִת וּרְאִיתֶם אֹתוֹ וּזְכַרְתֶּם אֶת כָּל מִצְו‍ֹת יהוה וַעֲשִׂיתֶם אֹתָם וְלֹא תָתוּרוּ אַחֲרֵי לְבַבְכֶם וְאַחֲרֵי עֵינֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר אַתֶּם זֹנִים אַחֲרֵיהֶם.
מ לְמַעַן תִּזְכְּרוּ וַעֲשִׂיתֶם אֶת כָּל מִצְו‍ֹתָי וִהְיִיתֶם קְדֹשִׁים לֵאלֹהֵיכֶם.
מא אֲנִי יהוה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר הוֹצֵאתִי אֶתְכֶם מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם לִהְיוֹת לָכֶם לֵאלֹהִים אֲנִי יהוה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם.

Yehoshua (Joshua) 2
1 And Yehoshua Bin Nun sent out of Shittim two spies secretly, saying, "Go view the land, and Yerikho." And they went, and came into the house of a harlot whose name was Rakhav, and lay there. 2 And it was told the king of Yerikho, saying, "Behold, there came men within tonight of B'nei Yisra'el to search out the land." 3 And the king of Yerikho sent unto Rakhav, saying, "Bring forth the men that are come to you, that are entered into your house; for they are come to search out all the land." 4 And the woman took the two men, and hid them; and she said, "Yes, the men came unto me, but I did not know where they were from; 5 and it came to pass about the time of the shutting of the gate, when it was dark, that the men went out; where the men went I do not know; pursue after them quickly; for you shall overtake them." 6 But she had brought them up to the roof, and hid them with the stalks of flax, which she had spread out upon the roof. 7 And the men pursued after them the way to the Yarden unto the fords; and as soon as they that pursued after them were gone out, the gate was shut. 8 And before they were laid down, she came up unto them upon the roof; 9 and she said unto the men, "I know that יהוה has given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land melt away before you. 10 For we have heard how יהוה dried up the water of Yam Suf before you, when you came out of Mitzrayim; and what you did unto the two kings of the Amori that were beyond the Yarden, unto Sikhon and to Og, whom you utterly destroyed. 11 And as soon as we had heard it, our hearts did melt, neither did there remain any more spirit in any man because of you; for יהוה your Elohim, He is Elohim in heaven above, and on earth beneath. 12 Now therefore, I pray, swear unto me by יהוה , since I have dealt kindly with you, that you also will deal kindly with my father’s house, and give me a true sign, 13 and save alive my father, and my mother, and my brethren, and my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver our lives from death." 14 And the men said unto her, "Our life for yours, if you do not tell this our business; and it shall be, when יהוה gives us the land, that we will deal kindly and truly with you." 15 Then she let them down by a cord through the window; for her house was upon the side of the wall, and she dwelt upon the wall. 16 And she said unto them, "Get to the mountain, lest the pursuers light upon you; and hide yourselves there three days, until the pursuers are returned; and afterward may you go your way." 17 And the men said unto her, "We will be guiltless of this your oath which you have made us to swear. 18 Behold, when we come into the land, you shall bind this line of scarlet thread in the window which you did let us down by; and you shall gather unto you into the house your father, and your mother, and your brethren, and all your father’s household. 19 And it shall be that whoever shall go out of the doors of your house into the street, his blood shall be upon his head, and we will be guiltless; and whoever shall be with you in the house, his blood shall be on our head, if any hand be upon him. 20 But if you utter this our business, then we will be guiltless of your oath which you have made us to swear." 21 And she said, "According unto your words, so be it." And she sent them away, and they departed; and she bound the scarlet line in the window. 22 And they went and came unto the mountain, and abode there three days, until the pursuers were returned; and the pursuers sought them throughout all the way, but found them not. 23 Then the two men returned, and descended from the mountain, and passed over, and came to Yehoshua Bin Nun; and they told him all that had befallen them. 24 And they said unto Yehoshua, "Truly יהוה has delivered into our hands all the land; and moreover, all the inhabitants of the land do melt away before us."

יהושוע פרק בא וַיִּשְׁלַח יְהוֹשֻׁעַ בִּן נוּן מִן הַשִּׁטִּים שְׁנַיִם אֲנָשִׁים מְרַגְּלִים חֶרֶשׁ לֵאמֹר לְכוּ רְאוּ אֶת הָאָרֶץ וְאֶת יְרִיחוֹ; וַיֵּלְכוּ וַיָּבֹאוּ בֵּית אִשָּׁה זוֹנָה וּשְׁמָהּ רָחָב וַיִּשְׁכְּבוּ שָׁמָּה.
ב וַיֵּאָמַר לְמֶלֶךְ יְרִיחוֹ לֵאמֹר: הִנֵּה אֲנָשִׁים בָּאוּ הֵנָּה הַלַּיְלָה מִבְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לַחְפֹּר אֶת הָאָרֶץ.
ג וַיִּשְׁלַח מֶלֶךְ יְרִיחוֹ אֶל רָחָב לֵאמֹר: הוֹצִיאִי הָאֲנָשִׁים הַבָּאִים אֵלַיִךְ אֲשֶׁר בָּאוּ לְבֵיתֵךְ כִּי לַחְפֹּר אֶת כָּל הָאָרֶץ בָּאוּ.
ד וַתִּקַּח הָאִשָּׁה אֶת שְׁנֵי הָאֲנָשִׁים וַתִּצְפְּנוֹ; וַתֹּאמֶר כֵּן בָּאוּ אֵלַי הָאֲנָשִׁים וְלֹא יָדַעְתִּי מֵאַיִן הֵמָּה.
ה וַיְהִי הַשַּׁעַר לִסְגּוֹר בַּחֹשֶׁךְ וְהָאֲנָשִׁים יָצָאוּ לֹא יָדַעְתִּי אָנָה הָלְכוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים; רִדְפוּ מַהֵר אַחֲרֵיהֶם כִּי תַשִּׂיגוּם.
ו וְהִיא הֶעֱלָתַם הַגָּגָה; וַתִּטְמְנֵם בְּפִשְׁתֵּי הָעֵץ הָעֲרֻכוֹת לָהּ עַל הַגָּג.
ז וְהָאֲנָשִׁים רָדְפוּ אַחֲרֵיהֶם דֶּרֶךְ הַיַּרְדֵּן עַל הַמַּעְבְּרוֹת; וְהַשַּׁעַר סָגָרוּ אַחֲרֵי כַּאֲשֶׁר יָצְאוּ הָרֹדְפִים אַחֲרֵיהֶם.
ח וְהֵמָּה טֶרֶם יִשְׁכָּבוּן; וְהִיא עָלְתָה עֲלֵיהֶם עַל הַגָּג.
ט וַתֹּאמֶר אֶל הָאֲנָשִׁים יָדַעְתִּי כִּי נָתַן יהוה לָכֶם אֶת הָאָרֶץ; וְכִי נָפְלָה אֵימַתְכֶם עָלֵינוּ וְכִי נָמֹגוּ כָּל יֹשְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ מִפְּנֵיכֶם.
י כִּי שָׁמַעְנוּ אֵת אֲשֶׁר הוֹבִישׁ יהוה אֶת מֵי יַם סוּף מִפְּנֵיכֶם בְּצֵאתְכֶם מִמִּצְרָיִם; וַאֲשֶׁר עֲשִׂיתֶם לִשְׁנֵי מַלְכֵי הָאֱמֹרִי אֲשֶׁר בְּעֵבֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן לְסִיחֹן וּלְעוֹג אֲשֶׁר הֶחֱרַמְתֶּם אוֹתָם.
יא וַנִּשְׁמַע וַיִּמַּס לְבָבֵנוּ וְלֹא קָמָה עוֹד רוּחַ בְּאִישׁ מִפְּנֵיכֶם: כִּי יהוה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם הוּא אֱלֹהִים בַּשָּׁמַיִם מִמַּעַל וְעַל הָאָרֶץ מִתָּחַת.
יב וְעַתָּה הִשָּׁבְעוּ נָא לִי בַּיהוה כִּי עָשִׂיתִי עִמָּכֶם חָסֶד; וַעֲשִׂיתֶם גַּם אַתֶּם עִם בֵּית אָבִי חֶסֶד וּנְתַתֶּם לִי אוֹת אֱמֶת.
יג וְהַחֲיִתֶם אֶת אָבִי וְאֶת אִמִּי וְאֶת אַחַי וְאֶת אחותי (אַחְיוֹתַי) וְאֵת כָּל אֲשֶׁר לָהֶם; וְהִצַּלְתֶּם אֶת נַפְשֹׁתֵינוּ מִמָּוֶת.
יד וַיֹּאמְרוּ לָהּ הָאֲנָשִׁים נַפְשֵׁנוּ תַחְתֵּיכֶם לָמוּת אִם לֹא תַגִּידוּ אֶת דְּבָרֵנוּ זֶה; וְהָיָה בְּתֵת יהוה לָנוּ אֶת הָאָרֶץ וְעָשִׂינוּ עִמָּךְ חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת.
טו וַתּוֹרִדֵם בַּחֶבֶל בְּעַד הַחַלּוֹן: כִּי בֵיתָהּ בְּקִיר הַחוֹמָה וּבַחוֹמָה הִיא יוֹשָׁבֶת.
טז וַתֹּאמֶר לָהֶם הָהָרָה לֵּכוּ פֶּן יִפְגְּעוּ בָכֶם הָרֹדְפִים; וְנַחְבֵּתֶם שָׁמָּה שְׁלֹשֶׁת יָמִים עַד שׁוֹב הָרֹדְפִים וְאַחַר תֵּלְכוּ לְדַרְכְּכֶם.
יז וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֵלֶיהָ הָאֲנָשִׁים: נְקִיִּם אֲנַחְנוּ מִשְּׁבֻעָתֵךְ הַזֶּה אֲשֶׁר הִשְׁבַּעְתָּנוּ.
יח הִנֵּה אֲנַחְנוּ בָאִים בָּאָרֶץ; אֶת תִּקְוַת חוּט הַשָּׁנִי הַזֶּה תִּקְשְׁרִי בַּחַלּוֹן אֲשֶׁר הוֹרַדְתֵּנוּ בוֹ וְאֶת אָבִיךְ וְאֶת אִמֵּךְ וְאֶת אַחַיִךְ וְאֵת כָּל בֵּית אָבִיךְ תַּאַסְפִי אֵלַיִךְ הַבָּיְתָה.
יט וְהָיָה כֹּל אֲשֶׁר יֵצֵא מִדַּלְתֵי בֵיתֵךְ הַחוּצָה דָּמוֹ בְרֹאשׁוֹ וַאֲנַחְנוּ נְקִיִּם; וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר יִהְיֶה אִתָּךְ בַּבַּיִת דָּמוֹ בְרֹאשֵׁנוּ אִם יָד תִּהְיֶה בּוֹ.
כ וְאִם תַּגִּידִי אֶת דְּבָרֵנוּ זֶה וְהָיִינוּ נְקִיִּם מִשְּׁבֻעָתֵךְ אֲשֶׁר הִשְׁבַּעְתָּנוּ.
כא וַתֹּאמֶר כְּדִבְרֵיכֶם כֶּן הוּא וַתְּשַׁלְּחֵם וַיֵּלֵכוּ; וַתִּקְשֹׁר אֶת תִּקְוַת הַשָּׁנִי בַּחַלּוֹן.
כב וַיֵּלְכוּ וַיָּבֹאוּ הָהָרָה וַיֵּשְׁבוּ שָׁם שְׁלֹשֶׁת יָמִים עַד שָׁבוּ הָרֹדְפִים; וַיְבַקְשׁוּ הָרֹדְפִים בְּכָל הַדֶּרֶךְ וְלֹא מָצָאוּ.
כג וַיָּשֻׁבוּ שְׁנֵי הָאֲנָשִׁים וַיֵּרְדוּ מֵהָהָר וַיַּעַבְרוּ וַיָּבֹאוּ אֶל יְהוֹשֻׁעַ בִּן נוּן; וַיְסַפְּרוּ לוֹ אֵת כָּל הַמֹּצְאוֹת אוֹתָם.
כד וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֶל יְהוֹשֻׁעַ כִּי נָתַן יהוה בְּיָדֵנוּ אֶת כָּל הָאָרֶץ; וְגַם נָמֹגוּ כָּל יֹשְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ מִפָּנֵינוּ.

Tehillah(Psalm) 64
1 For the Leader. A Mizmor of David.
2 Hear my voice, O Elohim, in my complaint; preserve my life from the terror of the enemy.
3 Hide me from the council of evil-doers; from the tumult of the workers of iniquity;
4 Who have whet their tongue like a sword, and have aimed their arrow, a poisoned word;
5 That they may shoot in secret places at the blameless; suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.
6 They encourage one another in an evil matter; they converse of laying snares secretly; they ask, "Who would see them?"
7 They search out iniquities, they have accomplished a diligent search; even in the inward thought of every one, and the deep heart.
8 But Elohim does shoot at them with an arrow suddenly; thence are their wounds.
9S o they make their own tongue a stumbling unto themselves; all that see them shake the head.
10 And all men fear; and they declare the work of Elohim, and understand His doing.
11 A Tzadik shall be glad in יהוה, and shall take refuge in Him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.

תְהִלִים פרק סד
אַ לַמְנַצֵּח מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד.
ב שְׁמַע אֱלֹהִים קוֹלִי בְשִׂיחִי; מִפַּחַד אוֹיֵב תִּצֹּר חַיָּי.
ג תַּסְתִּירֵנִי מִסּוֹד מְרֵעִים; מֵרִגְשַׁת פֹּעֲלֵי אָוֶן.
ד אֲשֶׁר שָׁנְנוּ כַחֶרֶב לְשׁוֹנָם; דָּרְכוּ חִצָּם דָּבָר מָר.
ה לִירֹת בַּמִּסְתָּרִים תָּם; פִּתְאֹם יֹרֻהוּ וְלֹא יִירָאוּ.
ו יְחַזְּקוּ לָמוֹ דָּבָר רָע יְסַפְּרוּ לִטְמוֹן מוֹקְשִׁים;אָמְרוּ מִי יִרְאֶה לָּמוֹ.
זְ יַחפְּשׂוּ עוֹלֹת תַּמְנֶוּ חֵפֻשׂ מְחפָּשׂ; וְקֶרֶב אִישׁ וְלֵב עָמֹק.
ח וַיֹּרֵם אֱלֹהִים: חֵץ פִּתְאוֹם הָיוּ מַכּוֹתָם.
ט וַיַּכְשִׁילוּהוּ עָלֵימוֹ לְשׁוֹנָם; יִתְנֹדְדוּ כָּל רֹאֵה בָם.
י וַיִּירְאוּ כָּל אָדָם: וַיַּגִּידוּ פֹּעַל אֱלֹהִים; וּמַעֲשֵׂהוּ הִשְׂכִּילוּ.
יא יִשְׂמַח צַדִּיק בַּיהוה וְחָסָה בוּ; וְיִתְהַלְלוּ כָּל יִשְׁרֵי לֵב.

Ivrim Chapter 3
6 but Mashi'akh as a Son over His own House, whose House we are, if to the end we hold fast with confidence to the glory of His hope.
7 Therefore, as The Ru'akh HaKodesh says, "Today, if you will hear His voice, 8 harden not your hearts to provoke Him, as the murmurers did in the day of temptation in the wilderness. 9 Your fathers tempted me even though they examined and saw my works forty years; 10 therefore I was not pleased with that generation, and said, 'These are a people whose hearts have been misled, and they have not known my ways.' 11 So I swore in my anger, they shall not enter into my rest." 12 Take heed therefore, my brethren, lest perhaps there is a man among you who has an evil heart and is not a believer, and you will be cut off from the living Elohim. 13 But search your hearts daily, until the day which is called "The Day," to the end that no man among you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. 14 For we are made partakers of Mashi'akh, if from the beginning to the very end we hold steadfast to this true Brit, 15 as it is said, "Today, if you hear even the echoes of His voice, do not harden your hearts to anger Him." 16 Who are those who have heard and provoked Him? Were they not those who came out of Mitzrayim under Moshe, although not all of them? 17 But with whom was He displeased for forty years? Was it not especially with those who had sinned, and whose bones lay in the wilderness? 18 And against whom did He swear that they should not enter into His rest, except against those who did not listen? 19 So we see that they could not enter in because they did not trust.

ו אֲבָל הַמָּשִׁיחַ כְּבֵן עַל בֵּיתוֹ; וַאֲנַחְנוּ בֵּיתוֹ, אִם נַחֲזִיק עַד קֵץ בַּבִּטָּחוֹן וּבִתְהִלַּת תִּקְוָתוֹ;
ז שֶׁכֵּן רוּחַ הַקֹּדֶשׁ אָמְרָה: הַיּוֹם אִם בְּקֹלוֹ תִּשְׁמָעוּ,
ח אַל תַּקְשׁוּ לְבַבְכֶם לְהַרְגִּיזוֹ כַּמַּמְרִים, וּכְיוֹם מַסָּה בַּמִּדְבָּר,
ט אֲשֶׁר נִסּוּנִי אֲבוֹתֵיכֶם וּבָחֲנוּ וְרָאוּ פְּעָלַי אַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה.
י לָכֵן אָקוּט בַּדּוֹר הַהוּא וָאֹמַר: עַם תּוֹעֵי לֵבָב הֵם, וְהֵם לֹא יָדְעוּ דְרָכַי,
יא עַד אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּעְתִּי בְּאַפִּי אִם יְבוֹאוּן אֶל מְנוּחָתִי.
יב לָכֵן הִזָּהֲרוּ, אַחַי, פֶּן יִהְיֶה בְּאִישׁ מִכֶּם לֵב רַע בִּלְתִּי מַאֲמִין וְתָסוּרוּ מֵאֱלֹהִים חַיִּים.
יג בְּרַם דִּרְשׁוּ מֵעַצְמְכֶם כָּל הַיָּמִים, עַד לַיּוֹם הַנִּקְרָא הַיּוֹם, לְמַעַן לֹא יֻקְשֶׁה אִישׁ מִכֶּם בְּמַדּוּחֵי הַחֵטְא.
יד הֵן הִתְחַבַּרְנוּ עִם הַמָּשִׁיחַ, אִם מֵרֵאשִׁית וְעַד אַחֲרִית נַעֲמֹד בַּבְּרִית הַשְּׁרִירָה הַזּאֹת,
טו כְּפִי שֶׁאָמוּר: הַיּוֹם אִם בַּת קוֹלוֹ תִּשְׁמָעוּ, אַל תַּקְשׁוּ לְבַבְכֶם לְהַרְגִּיזוֹ;
טז כִּי מִי הֵם אֲשֶׁר שָׁמְעוּ וְהִרְגִּיזוּהוּ, הַאִם לֹא כָּל הַלָּלוּ שֶׁיָּצְאוּ מִמִּצְרַיִם בְּיַד מֹשֶׁה?
יז וּבְמִי קָט אַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה אִם לֹא בְּאֵלֶּה שֶׁחָטְאוּ וְעַצְמוֹתֵיהֶם נָפְשׁוּ בַּמִּדְבָּר?
יח וְעַל מִי נִשְׁבַּע שֶׁלֹּא יָבוֹאוּ אֶל מְנוּחָתוֹ אִם לֹא עַל אֵלֶּה שֶׁלֹּא צִיְּתוּ?
יט וְרוֹאִים אָנוּ שֶׁלֹּא יָכְלוּ לָבוֹא מִשּׁוּם שֶׁלֹּא הֶאֱמִינוּ.
