VaYikra Chapter 12
1 And יהוה spoke unto Moshe, saying, 2 "Speak unto B'nei Yisra'el, saying, 'If a woman conceives, and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of the impurity of her sickness shall she be unclean. 3 And in the eighth day, the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised. 4 And she shall continue in the blood of purification thirty-three days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into HaMikdash, until the days of her purification are fulfilled. 5 But if she bears a female child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her impurity; and she shall continue in the blood of purification sixty-six days. 6 And when the days of her purification are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for an Olah, and a young pigeon or a turtle-dove for a Khatat, unto the door of the Ohel Mo'ed, unto the kohen. 7 And he shall offer it before יהוה , and make atonement for her; and she shall be cleansed from the fountain of her blood. This is the instruction for her that bears either a male or a female. 8 And if her means suffice not for a lamb, then she shall take two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons: the one for an Olah, and the other for a Khatat; and the kohen shall make atonement for her, and she shall be clean'."

VaYikra Chapter 13
1 And יהוה spoke unto Moshe and unto Aharon, saying, 2 "When a man shall have in the skin of his flesh a rising, or a scab, or a bright spot, and it becomes in the skin of his flesh the plague of leprosy, then he shall be brought unto Aharon the kohen, or unto one of his sons the Kohanim. 3 And the kohen shall look upon the plague in the skin of the flesh; and if the hair in the plague is turned white, and the appearance of the plague is deeper than the skin of his flesh, it is the plague of leprosy; and the kohen shall look on him, and pronounce him unclean. 4 And if the bright spot is white in the skin of his flesh, and the appearance thereof is not deeper than the skin, and the hair thereof is not turned white, then the kohen shall shut him in that has the plague, for seven days. 5 And the kohen shall look on him the seventh day; and, behold, if the plague stays in its appearance, and the plague is not spread in the skin, then the kohen shall shut him in seven days more. 6 And the kohen shall look on him again the seventh day; and, behold, if the plague is dim, and the plague is not spread in the skin, then the kohen shall pronounce him clean: it is a scab; and he shall wash his clothes and be clean. 7 But if the scab spreads abroad in the skin, after that he has shown himself to the kohen for his cleansing, he shall show himself to the kohen again. 8 And the kohen shall look, and, behold, if the scab is spread in the skin, then the kohen shall pronounce him unclean: it is leprosy.
9 When the plague of leprosy is in a man, then he shall be brought unto the kohen. 10 And the kohen shall look, and, behold, if there is a white rising in the skin, and it has turned the hair white, and there is quick raw flesh in the rising, 11 it is an old leprosy in the skin of his flesh, and the kohen shall pronounce him unclean; he shall not shut him in; for he is unclean. 12 And if the leprosy breaks out abroad in the skin, and the leprosy covers all the skin of him that has the plague from his head even to his feet, as far as it appears to the kohen, 13 then the kohen shall look; and, behold, if the leprosy has covered all his flesh, he shall pronounce him clean that has the plague; it is all turned white. He is clean. 14 But whenever raw flesh appears in him, he shall be unclean. 15 And the kohen shall look on the raw flesh, and pronounce him unclean; the raw flesh is unclean. It is leprosy. 16 But if the raw flesh again is turned into white, then he shall come unto the kohen; 17 and the kohen shall look on him; and, behold, if the plague is turned into white, then the kohen shall pronounce him clean that has the plague. He is clean.
18 And when the flesh has in the skin thereof a boil, and it is healed, 19 and in the place of the boil there is a white rising, or a bright spot, reddish-white, then it shall be shown to the kohen. 20 And the kohen shall look; and, behold, if the appearance thereof is lower than the skin, and the hair thereof is turned white, then the kohen shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy, it has broken out in the boil. 21 But if the kohen looks on it, and, behold, there are no white hairs therein, and it is not lower than the skin, but is dim, then the kohen shall shut him up seven days. 22 And if it spreads abroad in the skin, then the kohen shall pronounce him unclean: it is a plague. 23 But if the bright spot stays in its place, and does not spread, it is the scar of the boil; and the kohen shall pronounce him clean.
24 Or when the flesh has in the skin thereof a burning by fire, and the quick flesh of the burning becomes a bright spot, reddish-white, or white, 25 then the kohen shall look upon it; and, behold, if the hair in the bright spot is turned white, and the appearance thereof is deeper than the skin, it is leprosy, it has broken out in the burning; and the kohen shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy. 26 But if the kohen looks on it, and, behold, there is no white hair in the bright spot, and it is no lower than the skin, but is dim; then the kohen shall shut him in seven days. 27 And the kohen shall look upon him the seventh day; if it spreads abroad in the skin, then the kohen shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy. 28 And if the bright spot stays in its place, and does not spread in the skin, but is dim, it is the rising of the burning, and the kohen shall pronounce him clean; for it is the scar of the burning. 29 And when a man or woman has a plague upon the head, or upon the beard, 30 then the kohen shall look on the plague; and, behold, if the appearance thereof is deeper than the skin, and there is in it yellow thin hair, then the kohen shall pronounce him unclean: it is a scall, it is leprosy of the head or of the beard. 31 And if the kohen looks on the plague of the scall, and, behold, the appearance thereof is not deeper than the skin, and there is no black hair in it, then the kohen shall shut him in that has the plague of the scall seven days. 32 And in the seventh day the kohen shall look on the plague; and, behold, if the scall is not spread, and there is in it no yellow hair, and the appearance of the scall is not deeper than the skin, 33 then he shall be shaved, but the scall shall he not shave; and the kohen shall shut him in that has the scall seven days more. 34 And in the seventh day the kohen shall look on the scall; and, behold, if the scall is not spread in the skin, and the appearance thereof is not deeper than the skin, then the kohen shall pronounce him clean; and he shall wash his clothes and be clean. 35 But if the scall spreads abroad in the skin after his cleansing, 36 then the kohen shall look on him; and, behold, if the scall is spread in the skin, the kohen shall not seek for the yellow hair: he is unclean. 37 But if the scall stays in its appearance, and black hair is grown up therein, the scall is healed, and he is clean; and the kohen shall pronounce him clean.
38 And if a man or a woman has in the skin of their flesh bright spots, even white bright spots; 39 then the kohen shall look; and, behold, if the bright spots in the skin of their flesh is of a dull white, it is a tetter, it has broken out in the skin: he is clean.
40 And if a man's hair is fallen off his head, he is bald; yet is he clean. 41 And if his hair is fallen off from the front part of his head, he is forehead-bald; yet is he clean. 42 But if there is in the bald head, or the bald forehead, a reddish-white plague, it is leprosy breaking out in his bald head, or his bald forehead. 43 Then the kohen shall look upon him; and, behold, if the rising of the plague is reddish-white in his bald head, or in his bald forehead, as the appearance of leprosy in the skin of the flesh, 44 he is a leprous man, he is unclean; the kohen shall surely pronounce him unclean: his plague is in his head. 45 And the leper in whom the plague is, his clothes shall be rent, and the hair of his head shall go loose, and he shall cover his upper lip, and shall cry, "Unclean, unclean!" 46 All the days wherein the plague is in him he shall be unclean; he is unclean; he shall dwell alone; without the camp shall his dwelling be.
47 And when the plague of leprosy is in a garment, whether it is a woolen garment, or a linen garment; 48 or in the warp, or in the woof, whether they be of linen, or of wool; or in a skin, or in any thing made of skin. 49 If the plague is greenish or reddish in the garment, or in the skin, or in the warp, or in the woof, or in anything of skin, it is the plague of leprosy, and shall be shown unto the kohen. 50 And the kohen shall look upon the plague, and shut in that which has the plague seven days. 51 And he shall look on the plague on the seventh day: if the plague is spread in the garment, or in the warp, or in the woof, or in the skin, whatever service skin is used for, the plague is a malignant leprosy: it is unclean. 52 And he shall burn the garment, or the warp, or the woof, whether it is of wool or of linen, or any thing of skin wherein the plague is; for it is a malignant leprosy; it shall be burnt in the fire. 53 And if the kohen shall look, and, behold, the plague is not spread in the garment, or in the warp, or in the woof, or in anything of skin, 54 then the kohen shall command that they wash the thing wherein the plague is, and he shall shut it in seven days more. 55 And the kohen shall look, after that the plague is washed; and, behold, if the plague has not changed its color, and the plague is not spread, it is unclean; you shall burn it in the fire; it is a fret, whether the bareness is within or without. 56 And if the kohen looks, and, behold, the plague is dim after the washing thereof, then he shall rend it out of the garment, or out of the skin, or out of the warp, or out of the woof. 57 And if it appears still in the garment, or in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin, it is breaking out, you shall burn that wherein the plague is with fire. 58 And the garment, or the warp, or the woof, or whatever thing of skin it is, which you shall wash, if the plague is departed from them, then it shall be washed the second time, and shall be clean. 59 This is the instruction of the plague of leprosy in a garment of wool or linen, or in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin, to pronounce it clean, or to pronounce it unclean.

42 And there came a man from Ba'al Shalishah, and brought the man of Elohim bread of the first-fruits, twenty loaves of barley, and fresh ears of grain in his sack. And he said, "Give unto the people, that they may eat." 43 And his servant said, "How should I set this before a hundred men?" But he said, "Give the people, that they may eat; for thus says יהוה , 'They shall eat, and shall leave thereof'." 44 So he set it before them, and they did eat, and left thereof, according to the D'var יהוה .

Melakhim Bet Chapter 5
1 Now Na'aman, captain of the host of the king of Aram, was a great man with his master, and held in esteem, because by him יהוה had given victory unto Aram; he was also a mighty man of valor, but he was a leper. 2 And Aram had gone out in bands, and had brought away captive out of the land of Yisra'el a little maid; and she waited on Na'aman's wife. 3 And she said unto her mistress, "Would that my master were with the Navi that is in Shomron! Then would he recover him of his leprosy." 4 And he went in, and told his master, saying, "Thus and thus said the maid that is of the land of Yisra'el." 5 And the king of Aram said, "Go now, and I will send a letter unto the king of Yisra'el." And he departed, and took with him ten talents of silver, and six thousand pieces of gold, and ten changes of clothing. 6 And he brought the letter to the king of Yisra'el, saying, "And now when this letter is come unto you, behold, I have sent Na'aman my servant to you, that you may recover him of his leprosy." 7 And it came to pass, when the king of Yisra'el had read the letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, "Am I Elohim, to kill and to make alive, that this man sends unto me to recover a man of his leprosy? But consider, I pray, and see how he seeks an occasion against me."
8 And it was so, when Elisha the man of Elohim heard that the king of Yisra'el had rent his clothes, that he sent to the king, saying, "Why have you rent your clothes? Let him come now to me, and he shall know that there is a Navi in Yisra'el." 9 So Na'aman came with his horses and with his chariots, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha. 10 And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, "Go and wash in the Yarden seven times, and your flesh shall come back to you, and you shall be clean." 11 But Na'aman was wroth, and went away, and said, "Behold, I thought, 'He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the Name of יהוה his Elohim, and wave his hand over the place, and recover the leper'. 12 Are not Amanah and Parpar, the rivers of Damesek, better than all the waters of Yisra'el? May I not wash in them, and be clean?" So he turned, and went away in a rage. 13 And his servants came near, and spoke unto him, and said, "My father, if the Navi had bid you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much rather, then, when he says to you, 'Wash, and be clean'?" 14 Then he went down, and dipped himself seven times in the Yarden, according to the saying of the man of Elohim; and his flesh came back like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
15 And he returned to the man of Elohim, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him; and he said, "Behold now, I know that there is no Elohim in all the earth, but in Yisra'el; now therefore, I pray, take a present of your servant." 16 But he said, "As יהוה lives, before whom I stand, I will receive none." And he urged him to take it; but he refused. 17 And Na'aman said, "If not, yet I pray let there be given to your servant two mules' burden of earth; for your servant will henceforth offer neither burnt-offering nor sacrifice unto other gods, but unto יהוה . In 18 this thing may יהוה pardon your servant: when my master goes into the house of Rimon to worship there, and he leans on my hand, and I prostrate myself in the house of Rimon, when I prostrate myself in the house of Rimon, may יהוה pardon your servant in this thing." 19 And he said unto him, "Go in shalom." So he departed from him some way.

HAFTARAH

Tehillah (Psalm) 106
1 Hallelu Yah! O give thanks unto יהוה ; for He is good; for His compassion endures
forever.
2 Who can express the mighty acts of יהוה , or make all His praise to be heard?
3 Happy are they that keep justice, that do tzedaka at all times.
4 Remember me, O יהוה , when You favor Your people; O think of me at Your
Salvation;
5 That I may behold the prosperity of Your chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of
Your nation, that I may glory with Your inheritance.
6 We have sinned with our fathers, we have done iniquitously, we have dealt wickedly.
7 Our fathers in Mitzrayim gave no heed unto Your wonders; they remembered not the
multitude of Your compassions; but were rebellious at the sea, even at Yam Suf.
8 Nevertheless, He saved them for His Name's sake, that He might make His mighty
power to be known.
9 And He rebuked Yam Suf, and it was dried up; and He led them through the depths,
as through a wilderness.
10 And He saved them from the hand of him that hated them, and redeemed them from
the hand of the enemy.
11 And the waters covered their adversaries; there was not one of them left.
12 Then they believed His D'varim; they sang His praise.
13 They soon forgot His works; they waited not for His counsel;
14 But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, and tried God in the desert.
15 And He gave them their request; but sent leanness into their soul.
16 They were jealous also of Moshe in the camp, and of Aharon, the Kadosh יהוה . 17The earth opened and swallowed up Datan, and covered the company of Aviram.
18 And a fire was kindled in their company; the flame burned up the wicked.
19 They made a calf in Khorev, and worshipped a molten image.
20 Thus they exchanged their glory for the likeness of an ox that eats grass.
21 They forgot Elohim their Moshi'ah, who had done great things in Mitzrayim;
22 Wondrous works in the land of Kham, terrible things by Yam Suf.
23 Therefore He said that He would destroy them, had not Moshe His chosen stood
before Him in the breach, to turn back His wrath, lest He should destroy them.
24 Moreover, they scorned the desirable land, they believed not His Davar;
25 And they murmured in their tents, they hearkened not unto the voice of יהוה . 26 Therefore He swore concerning them, that He would overthrow them in the
wilderness;
27 And that He would cast out their seed among the nations, and scatter them in the
lands.
28 They joined themselves also unto Ba'al of Pe'or, and ate the sacrifices of the dead.
29 Thus they provoked Him with their doings, and the plague broke in upon them.
30 Then stood up Pin'khas, and wrought judgment, and so the plague was stayed.
31 And that was counted unto him for tzedaka, unto all generations forever.
32 They angered Him also at the waters of Merivah, and it went ill with Moshe because
of them;
33 For they embittered his spirit, and he spoke rashly with his lips.
34 They did not destroy the peoples, as יהוה commanded them;
35 But mingled themselves with the nations, and learned their works;
36 And they served their idols, which became a snare unto them;
37Yes, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto demons,
38And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom
they sacrificed unto the idols of Kena'an; and the land was polluted with blood.
39 Thus were they defiled with their works, and went astray in their doings.
40 Therefore was the wrath of יהוה kindled against His people, and He abhorred His
inheritance.
41 And He gave them into the hand of the nations; and they that hated them ruled over
them.
42 Their enemies also oppressed them, and they were subdued under their hand.
43 Many times did He deliver them; but they were rebellious in their counsel, and sank
low through their iniquity.
44 Nevertheless He looked upon their distress, when He heard their cry;
45 And He remembered for them His Brit, and relented according to the multitude of
His compassions.
46 He made them also to be pitied of all those that carried them captive.
47 Save us, O יהוה our Elohim, and gather us from among the nations, that we may
give thanks unto Your set-apart Name, that we may triumph in Your praise.
48 Blessed is יהוה Elohei Yisra'el, from everlasting even to everlasting, and let all the
people say, "Amein." Hallelu Yah!

Matti Chapter 8
1 When He came down from the mountain, large crowds followed Him. 2 And behold, a leper came and worshipped Him, and said, “My Adon, if you wish, you can cleanse me.” 3 And Yeshua stretched out His hand and touched him, and He said, “I do wish: be cleansed.” And in that hour his leprosy was cleansed. 4 Yeshua then said to him, “Look here, why are you telling it to men? Go first and show yourself to the Kohanim, and offer an offering as Moshe has commanded, for a testimonial to them.”

Luka Chapter 17
11 And it came to pass while Yeshua was going to Yerushalayim, He went through Shomron which is towards the Galil. 12 And when He drew near to enter a village, He was met by ten lepers, and they stood afar off; 13 and they lifted their voices saying, “O Yeshua, Adoneinu, have mercy on us.” 14 And when He saw them He said to them, “Go show yourselves to the Kohanim.” And while they were going, they were cleansed. 15 But one of them, when he saw that he was cleansed, turned back, and with a loud voice praised Elohim. 16 And he fell on his face at the feet of Yeshua, thanking Him; and this one was a Shomroni. 17 Yeshua, answering, said, “Were there not ten who were cleansed? Where are the nine? 18 Why did they separate themselves so as not to come and give praise to Elohim, except this man who is of a strange people?” 19 And He said to him, “Arise, go; your Emunah has given you life.”
